Amazing location and amazing stuff.
That's how I believe any health services should work.
Great front desk ladies helped us get our referral which wasn't sent from my family doctor even they spent lots of time on the phone.
Really appreciate their help as well as technicians nice attitude which makes any examination way more better.

Great service. The technologist was very professional and skilled. The ultrasound went very well. I received the results on my health records the same day.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I only waited about 5 minutes for my appointment and the scan itself was quick. Clinic is beautiful.

The whole staff was amazing! From the receptionist (who was so kind when I realized I had forgotten my req), to the techs who performed the tests. They always let me know what was happening and what the next steps were. Wonderful experience (especially for tests that can be a bit uncomfortable!)

I had a great experience. They called me back right on time. And my technician Emma was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst experience. I took the whole day off from my work to have an ultrasound at 10 am. For some unavoidable reasons I was 8 mins late and reached at 10: 08am and they asked me reschedule my appointment another day. Saying they are fully booked and wont be able to take me in. Never going back to this place ever again.

They were quick and polite and the environment was very clean. If this wasn't really far from my house I would totally go here more often.

I just love how close this is to my place. Very clean and friendly staff. The receptionist was very accommodating and knows what she was doing. I unfortunately forgot her name but it starts with a letter "R"

I also want to say that the technicians were very nice and gentle during my ultrasound.

The staff at Mayfair Diagnostics @Coventry hills location are absolutely amazing.it is my absolute favorite location to get all my exams done. Keep up the good work

Staffs were very helpful. I lost my doctor note but the receptionist lady called the clinic and got it for me.
Christine and Ashley were friendly and performed their job professionally and empathically.

Their business hours changed and now they are close on Monday. Me and another two women are standing in front of their door and trying to figure out what happens. We got email reminding us the appointment is on today, Monday. I called the 3000 number to reschedule and the staff told me they have been calling me to reschedule. I checked my call history. Only one call on May 31 I missed and I did not get any voicemails. Be fair, let say they actually called me several times and did not reach me. Should they think of emailing me instead?

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable in an unpleasant situation

My appointments here have been quick & stress-free. I recommend them! The staff are polite & professional. They run a smooth operation & had me in & out in no time. All areas were clean - waiting, exam room, washroom, etc.

I arrived to a smiling receptionist, who was prepared and informed me that my ultrasound technician called in sick. I had arrived first that day, a few minutes early. So inspite of my technician being ill the team made every effort to let me know the status of my appointment and dit me in with another technician. They let me know there would be a wait. Truly I only waited 5 minutes! No more than with a regular appointment. In the room the technician was friendly and personable and easy to talk with; this made me feel comfortable. She was also very thorough taking many images ensuring my doctor gets the information required to treat me. When I left the team was all smiles and said goodbye. Overall a friendly bunch, good service and a pleasant experience.

Everyone was really friendly and all went very well and quickly. The best experience so far when getting a few diagnostic tests at a time. Thank you!

The lab technicians and front end staff are amazing. They are professional and efficient, and lab results are delivered in a timely fashion.

Great experience. Got in early, everyone was very cheerful and helpful. I was in and out with no delays. It's the only place I go to for imaging.

Went in for a chest xray, and the website said no appointment for xrays so I was worried I would be waiting forever.quite the opposite.they were friendly upon checking me in and I was taken straight back without even waiting.was in and out in 15 minutes.

Super professional staff and very nice clinic - what can often times be a stressful and uncomfortable visit is made as best as possible by the staff there. Cheers

Love this location. Staff is very nice and make you feel important and rspected.
Recently had my mamogram exam (morning of Friday April 1st), which I try to avoid every year but the nice lady (Yvette I think) made sure I did not have a bad experience.

Really felt safe while waiting for my appointment. Technician during appointment was very kind and efficient. In and out and done. Very good experience at this clinic!

The front desk staff is pleasant, and the service is always professional. The environment is neat and tidy. The technician is attentive to the requests and does the examination in a courteous manner.

I visited them last week and all the staff were nice and helpful especially the technition (Sarah) who had been very kind and made me feel more comfortable which is why, I choose this place over other radiology clinics.

Friendly, efficient reception, clean lobby, change room, imaging room; Technician Shannon friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient; convenient location, lots of free parking.

Although they were running really behind, the staff were professional, polite, and focused on the individual they had in front of them.

Staff very professional, pleasant and offer a welcoming manner. Appointment was on schedule, facilitates very clean.

Check in was smooth, however the lady checking in was wearing gloves and continually kept putting hand sanitizer on her gloves. (Which is not protocol at all) just wash your hands or hand sanitizer your hands. She had no patient contact all she kept touching was her own computer.the plastic around the counter and shield and masks of the employees is really difficult to hear.

Otherwise the tech was amazing, professional quick and made the appointment smooth and easy!

Hours of 8 to 4 are just plain stupid for this type of industry. Kicker is they are closed on weekends too.

I came on the wrong day! Lol, and they still mademit work and got me in. Fantastic staff, kind and caring, clean and wonderful place.

This is not only in my neighborhood.but the most amazing efficient place to have medical tests completed.they have coffee and nutrition for those in a rush.a very unique experience

Great service from people who are welcoming and care about their jobs and the people they are helping. In a world where sometimes people's needs and satisfaction suffers to accommodate more volume, Mayfair ticks all the boxes for me. I did not feel rushed or like just another patient, but the visit was done in a timely fashion and was very thorough. I will continue to use them whenever I need their services.

The Mayfair Diagnostics Centre in Coventry Hills is fabulous. They take care of you from the moment you enter the facility, from a cozy lounge waiting area complete with coffee, tea and snacks, to the change rooms with inspirational quotes on the mirrors. The technicians are friendly and professional and truly care about their role participating in our health.
