I went for my first mammogram and I was little anxious because of all of the stories you hear from others. However, there were very clear signs posted in the change room about the process. My technician also did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and what to expect. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I was impressed with everything from the booking procedure, to checking in, to the appointment. Immediately the same day in the afternoon, I was contacted by Mayfair and informed that the radiologist wanted me to follow-up with an ultrasound. I knew this was not a cause for concern because of the posters I had read in the change room during my initial appointment.

Since I was leaving town for an extended period of time, I had only 2 days before the long weekend to get the procedure done. The lady who called me to make the appointment went above and beyond to find a location where I could get the procedure done.

My ultrasound appointment was at Elbow drive and Glenmore. This clinic was also fantastic. I appreciated the complimentary underground parking, prompt and friendly checking and ample seating in the waiting room, though I didn't sit there long because I was called for my appointment on schedule. Once again, the technologist was knowledgeable and friendly. At the end of the appointment she clearly explained the next steps and what to expect.

I highly, highly recommend Mayfair diagnostics and would not hesitate to make appointments with them again. I wish Mayfair also ran all of the blood test in clinics!

Great service. Great staff. In and out quickly. Receptionists and technicians very efficient. Definitely using them again.

People were polite and professional. Only hiccup was when I was taken to area to change clothes for x-ray. The nurse didn't give any instructions. The xray tech looked at me confused as perhaps wasn't supped to leave shoes on? Or have any belt tied? No idea

My first time here and it was great. Short wait, staffs are friendly. My doctor literally call me 45 minutes after I did my x-ray. Results is not always that quick but the experience is amazing.

I visited the centre on 18th January 2023. I too was truly impressed by the order and cleanliness of the facility. The staff at the reception and the Ultrasound scanning were friendly and polite. However, I had an unpleasant time with the X-ray technician who was rude and impatient and yelled instructions at me. The person treated me as if I had difficulty hearing and understanding English. I think the person needs counselling.

I found the staff at Mayfair Diagnostics, prompt and very efficient.

My first time to visit and serviced in this place. I felt the friendly atmosphere and the positive and polite attitude of the staff. I saw and sensed the good vibes of a good working environment ; the place is also clean and comfy. Most importantly, I was attended on time and staff were efficient. Great job, folks! It was a big pleasure to be at this place and will highly recommend them. I used to have all these works done in NE & downtown branches. Other than the difficulties in making the appointment I was pleased with the care and attention I received. The clinic needs to staff booking personnel. Wait times on the phone are unacceptable.

This was probably my 8th visit to this clinic. As always I received excellent service however, yesterday my technician went "above and beyond". She was so kind and supportive. Much appreciated.

I always feel confident going to Mayfair in Crowfoot. They’re very professional and efficient. I was in there yesterday for two tests and was done in 15min! Thank you for your great service!

I have been to the Crowfoot location of Mayfair diagnostics a few times for (walk in) X-rays and once now for a thyroid ultrasound which required an appointment.

During every visit (pre AND post covid), the office has been very clean and all of the staff from reception to the technicians are very professional and friendly. They make you feel at ease and comfortable with the test. Post covid they have maintained appropriate seating distancing, hand sanitizing, and were able to provide a mask when asked.

Though it is probably more efficient, there is only one number to call to book appointments, regardless of the location you want to book at. However, while on hold, you are given a constant update of your position in the cue so you have an idea of your wait time. I wish EVERY company did this!

I highly recommend Mayfair services, especially the Crowfoot location!

Very friendly & courteous staff from the girls at the front right to the technician. I wish I had taken the technician’s name down because she was so sweet, friendly and gentle. Just wonderful! I always come to this location and they never disappoint.

Very firendly receiptionist who explained the procedures, wait time, etc. X-ray technician was very professional and friendly. She helped me onto the x-ray table and made sure I was properly positioned. Only complaint is that the full length gown had to be pulled over the head that made it difficult to put on. Luckily I was able to do it with a little difficulty, but some people may not be able to do it. It would be better to have a gown like a robe that slips on. You must realise that this is a place where people with health problem seek lab work.

This is a well run business and location. I have had several scans done here and they are always reliable, quick and professional.

The service by that black receptionist is horrible. She was not polite nor welcoming. She questioned RUDELY why the patient didn't bring the requisition form without checking carefully first in the system. It had actually been scanned and collected when my daughter had the other exam on the same form before. Terrible!

I was able to find an appointment the next day for an ultrasound and they were able to accommodate x-rays at the same time. The staff were very friendly as were the technicians.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I was late for my appointment, they offered to reschedule which is fine, but none of the earliest rescheduling times didn’t work for me. One doctor accommodated me and still saw me when he had an available moment. He was very quick and friendly with my ultrasound, and he got me in and out of the building very quickly. Thank you!

Very friendly- from reception to sonography scan. Procedure explained and done professionally. On time, and free parking!

Reception staff were polite and Courteous. The radiologist was polite, helpful and informative. The appointment duration was inline with what i was told, helped scheduling.

I have an appointment today and I forgot to bring my Doctors Request. I told them I can cancel my appointment however they literally find a way so that I can get my ultrasound done. They’ve contacted my family doctor to get the request and I am so happy, I don’t need to go home and cancel my appointment. I will definitely come back to this location.

The Mayfair Diagnostic Clinic in the Crowfoot Business Centre is absolutely awesome. The reception area is nice and all staff members are very pleasant and friendly. I've had x-rays and ultrasounds at this location and everyone is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Will definitely keep this location as a preferred location for appointments.

Top notch service throughout! I was greeted immediately by the kind and efficient front desk staff. Very friendly and seemed to enjoy working at this clinic. It took no time at all to be called for the x-ray. The x-ray tech, Cassidy, was wonderful - explaining the procedure throughout in an easy to understand and cheerful manner.

Overall my experience could not have been easier. Knowledgeable, kind and efficient staff. I will definitely be coming to this location again in the future!

Went to MDC for my family physician-referred bone density measurement. I was the first patient in the clinic in the morning. It opened after I had arrived. The staff at the reception asked me to wait for a few minutes before she was ready. Gave me a fresh mask to wear over mine. Then the form with the COVID-19 questionnaire. Before I could complete, the nurse called me in and helped me fill it in the measurement room. I asked her a lot of questions about what she was going to do to me. I even tested her on the unit of density. She was polite and professional. The clinic was clean and the sitting area was socially-distanced with designated, comfortable chairs to sit on. I took the stairs going up and coming down to avoid taking the elevator in order to reduce the risk of infection. From my last two visits in MDC, I came with the impression that this clinic is well-run and well-managed. And that the management want to improve if there is a deficiency, as was the case with a minor instructional issue I had with the requisition form of the first visit. This survey and one on the first visit are examples of that. If I had a choice, I would definitely go to MDC in the future. But referrals are made by my family physician. So I may not have a say. But next time I would make my case with the physician. Recently, I have been to two other clinics doing diagnostics. So could make a reliable comparison.

This is one of the places you will visit, who are taking advantage of the covid situation. Every problem at their clinic will have the same answer. We are not able to do this and this due to covid-19.
Clinics are only doing this to earn more and more money.
Shame on these types of businesses who are taking advantage of covid-19.

Everybody is trying to avoid to come to your place, because they don’t want to get an infection themselves. You should clearly understand, if they want an appointment they don’t have any other choice!

I wish all my medical appointments were at Mayfair. Everything is quiet, efficient, welcoming, and reassuring. The staff minimize stress, and the results are remarkably speedy. Since thanks to the Crowfoot staff.
