The doctor sent me for a breast ultrasound. I had never done it before and was a little nervous. But the process was quick and as comfortable as possible. The first and pleasant experience. Thank you.
Special thanks to the managers who keep online records. For the first time, they made an appointment for me in January, and I had to cancel it, as I already had an appointment with my family doctor in early January. I explained this situation during the next online booking and was scheduled for a convenient day. The doctor will get the results on time and I don't need to reschedule. Thank you

I didnt catch the names of the two ladies for my xrays today but not only were they great at their job, but were also super empathetic and kind with helping distract my 1.5 year old while I was in the xray room. 10/10 customer service.

This place is the best, warm and professional for tests. The wait times are fairly and quick. The reception, technicians and Doctors, are excellent.

My mother and I had several appointments at Mayfair spanning a month. Every front desk associate and technician we came across has been nothing short of wonderful. Patient, accommodating and thoughtful. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience there.

My recent visit to Mayfair Diagnostics/ elbow drive location was awesome. As always the services were wonderful- from front desk, staff inside and the female radiologist were all very nice and very professional. Very much appreciated the young lady who offered a helping hand when she saw me struggling with the gown, the aid of the radiologist was very friendly and considerate during the procedure, above all, love this very first female radiologist I have met here, like her gentle skills when she did the injection and sincerely Wish I can meet her again next time. Thank you so much!

After moving to Calgary from Ottawa, the care and service has been completely incomparable. I have received friendly, quality care from people booking my appointments to the techs, doctors and support.

Very efficiently proceeding, every staff was so nice and professional. Even parking spot supervisor was nice and kind! So impressive! Little far from my house but willing to back if I need another diagnosis next time.

Flew from Whitehorse Yt to Calgary Ab. Alberta. Medical Travel prearranged my transportation to the Mayfair Diagnostics clinic at 6707 Elbow Dr. The reception was fast and efficient. My procedure was explained and it all went well. Two days later, I was home in the Yukon!
My next procedure will be in the spring of 2023!

They were quick and efficient. Got me through my appointment in 15 minutes for ultra sound. Happy to return to that location even though it’s a 15 km drive from my home.

Met and/or exceeded all expectations. Felt embraced by friendly, informative, helpful, and sincere individuals/professionals making my visits (2) efficiently pleasant.

Lists as open until 6 but closes down x-rays long before then.

In response to owner reply: if the expectation is that you expect potential clients to go to your website for details, consider not listing hours on your Google business listing, just have the link to locations. If hours are listed, 99% won't check your site.

The way a medical office 'should' be operated.

Called Monday morning, received an appointment for a nuclear medicine bone scan the NEXT morning at 845am.

Arrived early, as i always do; registered then received my injection and was out the door before my scheduled start time.

Returned 2 hours later to a full waiting room for a 11: 30am scan.

Walked in, was called immediately and the scan was again done much earlier than expected and i was out the door shortly after my scheduled appointment time - amazing!

I would try going to a different place before this one or ask your physician if they can request diagnostics at another lab. The front desk staff are extremely apathetic, curt, and rude. I am disappointed this is where my money goes for our healthcare system.

Definitely a great experience right from booking to the service provided. The wait was a bare minimum and the staff extremely friendly, compassionate and helpful. Great work.

Good reminders of appointments, hardly any waiting time once I got to the building, pleasant extremely friendly staff, gentle imaging staff, and clean tasteful surroundings. In total, a very easy experience.

Mayfair is improving more so faster than most AHS. I have been treated at multiple lags and found that Mayfair is very pleasant and careful. They make my experience smoother with less post irritation.

Same-day appointment. Very attentive staff. I have had many Ultrasound appointments and a couple of MRI appointments over the last few months, to diagnose a workplace injury. In my experience, Mayfair Diagnostics has more modern equipment than other imaging centres I have attended in Calgary. Additionally, I have found Mayfair Diagnostics has consistently been more thorough during the diagnostics image capture process, which is then reflected in the level of detail reported in the imaging analysis. The benefit has been the ability to truly determine the issues that needed attention for injury recovery. The staff is always friendly and very helpful as well. It is worth noting that I do not write service reviews, so this is rare. In this case, I felt strongly that the superior information received from Mayfair Diagnostics compared to the other local imaging centres was worthy of a genuine comment. Thank you.

I was very nervous with a procedure I have never done before. A team of Dave, Brenda and Dr. Valentine made my first experience into the best experience. They welcomed me with a calm demeanor and explained the procedure carefully. In the end, they even made me smile. Thank you so much. That meant a lot to me.

I arrived early to my appointment and the technician came back from lunch early, so I was in and out before my actual scheduled time slot! When does that EVER happen? She was efficient without rushing and did an excellent job with my mammogram. Thanks so much!

It was a pleasant experience, the best location in town. The process was fast, smooth and accurate from the check-in to my my actual ultrasound. Plus they have free parking! It was clean and well organized as well and the staff were fantastic!

I attended Elbow Drive Mayfair Diagnostic for a Medial Branch Block and the staff and doctor were incredible! They X-ray tech (I unfortunately forgot her name) was so wonderful at talking me through the uncomfortable part of the procedure. Thank you so much! So impressed!

I was early and was able to be processed early which I appreciated. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The procedure went as described by the awesome nurse Becky. All went smoothly and the whole procedure took just 45mins. Great job all at Mayfair Diagnostics!

Very happy with everything! We went on a super busy day, and regardless of the large volume of people they were serving, our appointment was on time, and the lines moved fast.

My experience at Mayfair Diagnostics Mayfair Place was excellent. The Technician was competent and efficient at doing my Ultrasound.

My appointment was a breeze. The team was so friendly from Rachel who checked me in to the student (Ms M- I don’t want to butcher spelling of her name) and her trainer (Dave). Crystal came to over too. They were super nice and kind. To Ms M good luck with your practicum and you are in great hands.

My entire experience was handled professionally from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was lovely. I would have no hesitation about going back for future tests.

Excellent experience at Mayfair, had 2 appointments 2 hours apart and they managed do both together due to a cancellation. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Very good Covid protocols.kind and thorough technologist.

From the moment I walk thru the door even the security man was impressive. Reception made it good for me to have two other specialists that I am under care with to have a copy of my report and with a big smile. My 3 lab techs where all young but amazingly competent and gave me a lot of confidence. Top that off with I am very claustrophobic, they settled me down real good.

Even though the front desk receptionist was a bit grumpy and silly, the two X-ray and ultrasound technicians were really awesome and very professional. I strongly recommend this clinic

The nurse explained to me what had to be done even though the test did not go well. My GP wants to talk to me about the pictures received.

I have been visiting this diagnostic center for over a decade.
Yesterday's visit made my day. Peggy the Tech remembered me from 7 years ago. Very warm person. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hardly any long wait times.
Designated parking is a bonus.

I had steroid injections in my back. It was a great experience considering it was a painful injection. It was fast, efficient, the communication between doctor and patient was great. He let me know what they were doing step by step. I'll be back next week for more injections needed. Very clean, easy access, and very informative and easy to understand. They have clean bathrooms and a good sized parking lot even for people with disabilities. See you next week Mayfair. You were easy to locate as well. Keep up the great work Mayfair.

I had to have an MRI done and am terribly claustrophobic, but the Mayfair staff helped me through every issue. They answered all my questions by phone before my test which rather calmed me down. I can't remember another medical procedure when I was treated so well. The people at the front desk and the technicians were so friendly and considerate. The premises itself is clean and modern and if I ever have to have another procedure, Mayfair would definitely be the place I would choose.

They provide you with a Level3 mask at the front door. The check in process was smooth and efficient. After filling in a short survey, I was taken by to the operation room very quickly. The nursing assistant had me take off my shirt and lie down on the table. She had a very pleasant manner as she explained what was going to happen. The doctor came in and said hello then said “cold and wet” as he wiped an antiseptic cloth on my shoulder. He then gave me a local anesthetic similar to a dentist. I thought I would have to wait awhile for the numbing to take effect but the next thing I knew, he said “okay, you’re done, you can sit up. ” All in all everything was very efficient and all efficient the staff had great “bedside manner”.

I’ve always had a positive experience with this Mayfair Clinic. All greeting points are informative and cheerful and respectful! I had a requisition for a pelvic ultrasound which involved both external and internal. My technician was a young man who was professional and focused, which I appreciated. There had to be a female chaperone for the internal procedure, using person hours. Perhaps when scheduling an intrusive exam such as the one my physician requested, the scheduler could be empathetic to both the patient and technician. Meaning they could appreciate the ackwardness and schedule to avoid it. Thanks

From the parking attendant at the entrance, to the ladies at checkin, to the doctors, techs, and nurses, I have found they are friendly, polite and helpful. The excellent staff go out of their way to make appointments as quick, painless and stress-free as possible. I have been coming in for various tests, pain management and ultrasound appointments for years now, and Mayfair has been consistent in offering superior customer service and patient care.

There's one female technician that works here in ultrasound and she has quite the alley-cat attitude with absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. She also wasted my time by not taking the ultrasound as she should have even though I met the conditions.

She also showed no regard for my medical condition that gives me a mask exemption. This is allowed and specifically outlined in the Alberta Health Services government website guys. Countering what they say could get you people shut down.

I won't be going back here again until more respect is shown towards the patient. The front desk is quite demanding with no bedside manner as well. Rudeness in this profession is totally unacceptable.

I was at Mayfair Diagnostics, the Mayfair Place location on Wednesday January 19 for my first MRI. The staff were very patient and kind during my questions, answering them prior to my MRI, explaining each step of the procedure, I never felt rushed.they also checked on my well being during the MRI. Honestly I was nervous going in, happy coming out. A great experience.

From the check in process to my ultrasound, I had a very pleasant experience. The few persons I came in contact with were nice, friendly and helpful. The place is clean, they observe the COVID protocols and the bathrooms are clean too. Keep up the good work guys!

Wonderful experience. I was nervous about my treatment but it all was for nothing. The staff explained it all prior to my time and that relaxed me completely. Quick and easy that was Dr Lee. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Service, Came a day earlier for Ultrasound and they were willing to accommodate and even reschedule, really nice people

I had two areas of my spine imaged yesterday in a private MRI scan. I was told to wear a mask and to come alone and arrive thirty minutes early. The girl at the front asked for my health care card. I said this is private why do you need my card? She insisted it was a form of identification so I showed the card and my photo ID. I was taken to the private waiting area and given a form to complete that again asked for my health care number. No one could tell me why they wanted that number. Then I was taken to the change room and told to remove my bra but leave my t shirt on and change out of my jeans into pants they provided. Why did they not tell me to come wearing no bra, leggings with no snaps or zippers? I was waiting in a chair and the exam room door opened and out came an elderly gentleman whose family member was waiting beside me. Come alone? The technician Sal called me into the room and asked me to remove my masks. I was double masked. The paper mask has a metal nose clip. I said But I can wear my cloth mask? If you want to he said. I put the mask on. They stood over me positioning me well within six feet and it was OK for me not to be masked? But worse yet is being in the tube for almost an hour breathing in the same air the previous patient had just left! Covid air droplets hang in the air and masking is not mandatory? This is very poor protocol and you should not be collecting private health care information without being able to state the need for it.

I recently had an appointment at this clinic and found all of the staff warm, welcoming and helpful. It always makes it easier to have medical procedures done, when you are made at ease,

Calgary is blessed to have a facility like Mayfair Diagnostics. The professional staff make this facility operate like a Swiss watch - and are most pleasant with the patients.

I went with my elderly father who speak French and have Alzheimer, for 3 différents tests, I think he was treated like a king. Thank you everyone to treat people like human been

I have been to Mayfair Diagnostics two times. I went yesterday and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I received my shot within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor was an expert and it was over very quickly. I have been to other diagnostic centers in Calgary but this clinic, by far, is the best. I highly recommend it.

I have visited Mayfair Diagnosis several times at two different locations; Mayfair Place and Market Mall.

I received an MRI on both of my knees at the Mayfair Place location. The staff and imaging techs were so wonderful and helpful.

I've also gotten cortisone shots in both knees at both Mayfair Place and Market Market Mall, many times. Everyone was always so wonderful. I can not thank the nurses enough for all the hand holding and support during the procedure.

My experiences at Mayfair Diagnosis has been great and I highly recommend them!

Came here for an MRI. I really can’t say enough good things about Mayfair and they stuff. I did for the first time MRI. Great experience, The people are friendly, Each person I encountered while at Mayfair, treated me with respect and kindness. Merry Christmas

The front desk staff was amazing considering the demands of people checking in for their appts. I was scheduled for a Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound. The Tech didn’t even perform the Mammogram. She was less than friendly during the ultrasound procedure and definitely not as thorough as at other locations. I would visit a different location next time.

Clinic is clean and front staff are professional, especially the gentleman who logs your car info. He's the highlight of the visit! Have been having my mammograms & breast ultrasounds at this location for several years and have never had an issue until yesterday. The technician, Jacky, was rude and aggressive, including after I told her to calm down and stop hurting me. I wouldn't stop going to that location, but I will not allow that technician near me again.

All the staff are very friendly and my appointment was very quick and easy.

The only real downside is the parking lot design, but they can’t control that factor.
