Mayfair Diagnostics Southcentre

I like this location and always try to book here for exams. The seating area is spacious and appointments are always on time. I will come back if need arises. I wished the liver elastography exam was available at this location so that people from the South wouldn’t have to travel to the North or go to Mahagony for it.

Wonderful staff that were very friendly and professional. The exam was very thorough, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very impressive from start to finish. Fast check-in, short wait, taken for appointment exactly at the time scheduled and the medical technician was very professional.

Absolutely the best place to get a mammogram. Staff are all kind and friendly. As close to painless as possible.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appt time, was taken back to get my test within 5 minutes and was out before my original appointment time. Quick and efficient.

Excellent experience! The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and polite. The technicians who did my scans (Elena and I think Laura? Laurie?) we’re wonderful! They both introduced themselves to me, explained the scans clearly, they answered my questions fully, and were all around warm, friendly, and kind I’ll definitely book here the next time I need a scan! Great experience overall. The staff is really friendly. The young lady whom I had my appointment was very polite. She gave me instructions clearly before doing an ultrasound. Great experience.

They are a very professional and caring group of people. I like that they explain what is happening and always make sure you are doing good during your procedure. My appointments have been on time or only within 5 to 10 min delay.

My experience with Mayfair was wonderful beyond my expectation. The new mammogram machine they have and the expert who uses it was so good and the process was not painful at all. I was so afraid since I had a very painful experience last time I had a mammogram in 2013. Since then, because of that lasting pain, I avoided any mammogram screening, but now I have a peace of mind and I will get my routine screening with Mayfair every year. Since I have dense breasts, the new breast ultrasound machine they use was a tiny bit painful to my surprise, but the pain did not last more than few minutes, and the expert who uses it was very accommodating with interaction about my sensitivity to pain. I am a very happy client. Thank you!

Always on time, very pleasant, professional and helpful staff (each and every one). I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve attended the Southcentre Mall location.

The clinic was clean and appointment on time Front desk staff delightful. I had an ultra sound for lump on my spine which has made movement of my shoulders painful and at the moment very limited. The technician certainly had poor people skills very little interaction with me. After the procedure I was handed a paper towel to wipe the gel off I explained that at the moment movement caused great pain could she please wipe it off for me. I got a cursory swipe and that was it. As a retired Nurse I felt this was not ok. It would have taken a second to give it a quick wipe and also it was an area that could not be reached easily in the best of times. I left with a sticky wet back and more pain from trying to do it myself. In reviewing this I am thinking of other patients who will not ask for help and suffer. All other procedures at your clinic have been positive.

This was my first ultrasound at 8 weeks pregnant. My husband and I were so excited, especially since the last ultrasound I had was an empty uterus after my miscarriage. The technician shouted my name from down a hall to let me know she was ready, I couldn’t even see where she was. She was less than pleasant during our appointment. Didn’t seem like she wanted to answer any of my questions. We felt as though we were wasting her time. The ultrasound lasted 2.5minutes and she didn’t even try to listen to the baby’s heart beat. Safe to say all our future ultrasounds will be at EFW.

The person who did my tests was so, so nice! She was cheerful and really helped me feel at ease. When I walked out I thought to myself, she sure does her job well!

Southcentre Diagnostics is the best. I have been going there for years for bone density tests and mammograms. The staff are wonderful. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Yesterday was the same. The technicians put me at ease, were very efficient, and I felt very confident about their abilities. Thank you.

The appointment was As scheduled on time. The receptionist kept privacy and was sure to ask the COVID questions as well as the change of mask. Because it was so early firsts appointment it was a bit crowded but enough to keep distance within each other.asThe technician very kind, very professional and knowledgeable she was always aware of my well-being, asking often if I was ok as I had to held my breath for the exam several times. Very happy with the service.

I have been going to Mayfair Diagnostics for many years. I was there again yesterday. Of course being so close to Christmas and them being located within South Centre Mall parking was a bit of a nightmare, but that’s a seasonal thing. The staff are always pleasant and paperwork is handled in a timely manner. The techs always introduce themselves and tell you what they will be doing. The whole process is always done quickly and efficiently. Good job Team.

The staff at Mayfair Diagnostics at Southcentre Mall were phenomenal! At a time when I needed comfort, compassion and understanding, they offered it in spades! I can't thank them enough for their thorough work and their positive energy.

The best part of my experience with Mayfair was actually the booking process, even though I waited in queue for 46 minutes. I appreciated being notified periodically throughout the call where I was in the queue.

I had a very pleasant experience completing the actual booking. The booking agent on the line "Charles" was amazing. His demeanor was so lovely. He was very pleasant and happy. He was patient. He did not seem rushed to get the appointment booked. He was and knowledgeable about Mayfair locations.

I was very pleased that I was able to book very quickly and my doc received the results later the same day. We were able to discuss the results the day after.

I've had my ultrasound at the Southcentre location in December. I would like to say that my technologist Zoe was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, all procedure was done with no pain. Thank you Zoe that you have such a great empathy to your patients!

Had my test done here a day ago. The front desk staff were so warm and accommodating. The tech was also friendly which made me comfortable during the procedure. The waiting area was big enough to allow people ample space for distancing. The only caveat was the long wait times in phoning for an appointment. I could not wait over 30mins to get someone to book my procedure. Other than that, everything went very well.

It did take some time to get through on the phone to book an appointment, but that's because of COVID-19 and the sheer number of appointments being booked right now. Once I was able to get through, the process was very easy and I was able to get an appointment the very next day.

I had some difficulty finding the location, but that was due to most of Southcentre being closed at the moment, again, due to COVID-19.

McKenzie was the radiologist. She had a very pleasant bedside manner and I was given clear instructions throughout.

Overall, my experience was great. Thank you!
