The receptionist was friendly. There was long line behind me, and she did her job fast and accurately. They were all friendly.

Had 2 ultrasounds together. Pleased with how fast it was. Very comfortable during procedure.

Got to my back to back appointments and both were done on time by friendly and knowledgeable staff. All in all a positive experience.

Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted and given a form to fill out. They got me in right away and ten minutes later, I was done. Very friendly staff!

I went in with a probable sprained ankle to rule out any fractures today, and I was (still am) in immense pain. I heard the elevator was down and opted to take the stairs because I needed the x-ray. I had crutches but hopping up 3 flights of stairs with those was just not possible, so I had to go on my hands and knees. It was super difficult and a bunch of passerby’s said that the elevator had been broken for 5 months. Having an diagnostics clinic in a building without a working elevator is unacceptable! The staff were accommodating even though they were closing soon so that was good.

The stairs were one of the hardest things I’ve had to do being in the amount of pain I was in

Appointment on time. Staff went the extra mile to see that l was comfortable and getting report to Doctor on time. Staff professional, responsible and very caring.

A few minutes after I had changed into my gown for a bone density test, the staff determined that there was a problem with my appointment date as it was booked 2 days before the 2 year limit had passed. I complained that the system wasn't manageable if a 67 year old woman has to drive 140 km to be turned away and return a few days later. I didn't know about this rule and obviously the booking person didn't know it either. I needed to have an x-ray done as well, so the staff got me in for the x-ray right away and a short while after that they said they would accommodate me regardless of the hard and fast rule. So I appreciate the compassion and flexibility they showed.

When I called the Westbrook Mayfair Clinic on April 19,2022, I was told by the voice recording that I was number 50 in line on the phone to set up an appointment. I'm going to check again to see if I can make my appointment online because making phone appointments is ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and kind - respectful. No masks needed if you choose not to wear one which I LOVED!

When I entered the office I was greeted with a warm welcome and proceeded to check in. From the start of my appointment to the end was a smooth transition and flow. The staff are friendly, efficient and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my time there. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained what was happening during each step and made answered any questions I had plus making sure I was feeling ok during the process.
