Mayfair Place Apartments

Mayfair Place has been hands down the best renting experience I've ever had and I have lived in many apartment situations. Office managers Tammy and Amanda are amazing people to deal with in everyway. I have a great deal of appreciation and respect for them both. Thank you!

This is a well managed company. Spotless! Cleaners are busy cleaning the main area's daily. If a problem does arise, management is on it. Fantastic maintenance crew!

Even the parking company they work with, Target, is equally well maintained and a pleasure to deal with. And, for your visitors, the first two hours of parking are free.

Everyday, anyone associated with Mayfair has a smile, a kind word, I want them to know that all of them will be missed by me. Its a sad heart that circumstances beyond my control have forced me to leave.

One more thing, the amenities! I moved here for the pool. Avid swimmer, the pool is as big as the City pools, 6 feet on one end and 3 feet on the other. This includes a small gym and a sauna.

Mayfair has all the commercial businesses nearby which includes a pharmacy, a convenience store, a beauty salon, and for the cheapest breakfast that is consistently fresh and good, Mayfair Cafe.

And, lastly, to those that will find this convenient is a Cannabis Store Vibes and a Liquour store onsite.

Hi all! We really like this house. It's always clean, quiet, cozy and calm. The friendly people who always help and smile at you. Of all the options for housing, we chose this one and have not been such that regretted their choice. They were very nice and understanding about the fact that we just came to Canada at the beginning of the year and we do not have anything here. We are happy.
We also want to buy a dog or a cat in the future. And here they told us right away that they love animals, and you can live with animals. This is a huge plus! There is also a recreation area, swimming pool, gym and sauna. After a lot of stress during the day, it's a great advantage to come and enjoy, relax at home.

Amazing place with nice apartments and chill atmosphere. Tammy and Amanda are amazing they walk you through everything and makes process easy and smooth. Definitely a great place to live.

My friend lives there and it's a pretty cool place, but the rent is a bit expensive

I’d like to write something about Temmy, she is an amazing person. From our
first day she was very nice to us and helped us with different points, we couldn't find salt in supermarkets, so Tenny brought us a whole package of good salt, it sounds funny, but for refugees from Ukraine who just came to Canada and don't really know anything here, then such a gesture on her part was very nice, she is a very friendly person and a real professional in her work
