My son ordered 2 bouquet of flowers but only 1 was delivered. It was my birthday & his girl friends B-day! Too bad they didn’t bother to check how many flowers needs to be delivered! They should refund my son’s money at least!

I called in with a large bereavement order, the staff was pleasant and helpful however the flowers were lacking quality. The arrangement was poorly done and there was not even close to the right amount of flowers for the price paid. I am a part time wedding florist and I was surprised some of the flowers would even make it out the door. I will not use again

No Stars! Worst flower store. Someone cleaning vases would not acknowledge that I entered store. Stood there like an idiot for 10min. Odiously they do not require sales!

I have never been more disappointed when ordering flowers online. (I order locally from all over the city, and have done so for years).

For an $80 bouquet, you'd expect to receive fresh flowers, that are similar to the photo advertised.

What we received were old, wilted and much smaller than advertised.
Worse though, was the customer service after. The owner was rude, unprofessional and not sympathetic.

The whole experience took away from from the day which was supposed to make our mother's day special and beautiful.

What a waste of money. Please support another local flower shop, this will be a disappointment.

Extremely pleasant and helpful service. The request I made for the design of the arrangement was followed and the resulting arrangement they produced was gorgeous. They even sent a photo before delivering to ensure I was satisfied with their creation. I would highly recommend this flower shop.

I ordered 2 identical custom flower arrangements for my sister. The end result was absolutely stunning. I got to speak with the flower designer Wendy, a true flower artist! Worked out all the details over the phone.
Although the store was closed on the delivery day! Wonderful Wendy came on her day off made the two arrangements sent me pictures and delivered both arrangements on time.
I am extremely please with Mayfield Flowers and can't wait to order more flowers!

Having ordered a Christmas arrangement from Ottawa for my mother, I was surprised to have it delivered in under an hour on a Saturday.   My mother was thrilled with the arrangement and commented on how fresh the flowers were. I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Mehmuda. She was so caring in taking care of my order. I am from BC and my father in law passed away this last June. My mother in law is in a long term care facility and I needed to get her a flower arrangement for Thanks Giving. The delivery drivers were all booked up so Mehmuda volunteered to personally deliver them. WOW this is the best service I have ever had. 2 thumbs up.

Last week my boyfriend ordered me flowers for our anniversary and he gave the budget and the staff came up with a beautiful bouquet that was delivered. Also last week I ordered a beautiful peace lily for a sympathy gift as something different then flowers. Support a local florist, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience! I'd recommend this business for anyones needs. Placed an order for my wedding a week in advance and it was perfect! However, my extreme lack of experience with weddings was clearly shown in my order request when I showed up. They had the arrangement elegantly designed and on time (even after changing the pickup time on them), but upon learning what the flowers were for, they very quickly changed the presentation to be more appropriate for the occasion and it was fantastic! Not only that, on the spot they put together a boutonniere to match and I couldn't help but add one of their flower arrangements to my purchase. All professionally handled within twenty to thirty minutes, right when they opened in the morning, keeping me on schedule for my wedding. I can honestly say I didn't know such care can be shown towards the purchasing of flowers. The event went flawlessly, and these flowers truly complimented the occasion.

This is the only place I get flowers in Edmonton, and I have for years. The arrangements are always fresh and so pretty. You can tell how much care and thought go into every single one.

The flowers were bought by my husband for my 60th Birthday on February 10th. They were beautiful and lasted almost 3 weeks, but the 4 roses died the next day! The flowers were over $200, so I was disappointed in the number of roses, but the carnations were beautiful!
