Mayfield School

I remember going to this school when I was 3 years old and the teachers at this school were good and caring. I lived in Wellington (the only problem) and it would be far away.was here ONLY in my first year of Early Education (September 2012-June 2013).

Mayfield elementary was my elementary and in my opinion is probably the best one I've been to (out of 3 different schools). There are lots of staff in which each one has an amazing personality and are very kind. Mayfield has a strong focus on making it an able school and safe school for everyone, help is always offered and children with disabilities are always being treated in a way that can help them. At Mayfield there is literally no bullying what-so-ever and everyone is loved. BEST SCHOOL IN EDMONTON!

The best school when it comes to Autism, Great teachers with more patience then any teachers my 3 children have ever had.

Great school my 10 year old and soon to be my 5 year old go here and they love it great teachers. Best thing about the school is that it's small so the kids have alot of access to the teachers

There are a few great teachers and therapists that work at this school, but there are also some teachers that don’t know how to talk to your children and literally talk to them as if they were a dog, like whistling, kissing noises, or snapping their fingers to get their attention or to follow them. I think it’s weird and uncalled for. When I first started potty training my daughter I sent her to school with panties and a lot of extra for her teacher to change her into in case she had an accident. Every single day she would come home with a diaper on and her panties gone. And I’ve lost 100’s of dollars replacing ski pants, jackets, gloves and much more. I don’t know how anyone wouldn’t get mad about that. Even the days that were -30+ her jacket magically gets misplaced. Very unorganized
