Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged in a bumper kiss while it was parked but brought my car to Deanna and her staff, and I was extremely happy with the job that was completed on my vehicle. Staff were a pleasure to deal with and work done was top notch. Highly recommended

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BODY SHOP IF YOU NEED REPAIR DONE!
THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS AND CANNOT KEEP UP THEIR WORDS!
They are bunch of crooks connected with Mercedes Benz Country Hills.
The WORST auto repair experience I ever had! Keep lying to me and hold off my vehicle for over a month and overcharge 25% over the original estimation. They refused to show me the damaged parts.
All they do is keep using lies to cover lies.
The uncertainties and lies really made me frustrated. There are so many honest auto body shops in Calgary that will do what they promised.
I have learned my lesson please don’t do the same mistake. I have no faith that Deanna, Ed and MB Autoworks wouId complete the job properly and honestly. Do not give these crooks your money!

The WORST auto repair experience I ever had!
Firstly, I total understand the delay on the body parts but since I was not in Calgary at the time, so always want to check the estimated time to plan the schedule. Whoever received my calls always telling me that they will call me back but no one really called back so I have to keep calling them, definitely more than 10 times.
When the parts are arrived and I sent my car in, the estimated time was 11 business days originally. I was waiting for about a month and half to actually get my car back. During the repairing process, when I called and ask for required estimate date, they could just say not sure and give me an estimated time. However, they told me that the car will be done by which date but keep delaying it. Also my rental only have three weeks covered by the insurance company, and I also need figure out the time to drive back to Calgary. They don’t follow up with me and all the uncertainties really made me frustrated. In the end, I am really unhappy with everything and was trying to complain it to the manager, but she’s like “I called you back now and don’t worry about rental fees we will cover it for you”.
Now, I’m still get charged on $1800 dollars for rental fees. Thanks to this MB auto shop for all the extra days took it for repair WITHOUT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITIES. All the services, altitudes are all NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They CANNOT KEEP UP THEIR WORDS for things promised to me.
NEVER COME TO THIS AUTOSHOP IF YOU NEED REPAIR DONE!

First- class service, without a doubt!
Firstly, they happened to be in the shop on a weekend while closed and unlike most shops, these guys answered my call without hesitation and not only guided me through my first accident but also provided me an estimate of my damage repairs within an hour! They assisted with connecting with my insurance company promptly and ensuring I was set up with a loaner as they advised parts were back ordered. They continuously kept me up to date as my parts arrived. Last but not least, I was astonished to see my vehicle thoroughly DETAILED including my jammed packed trunk with my daughters snow activity gear.
THANK YOU MB AUTO! You and your team are greatly appreciated. Keep up the outstanding service!

My insurance sent me over to them for a quote. The quote and everything went fine. Quick and courteous. Since my claim was approved, I asked for a booking to get my car in to fix. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a update. I have called them 2 weeks after the estimate. I was told once they are looking at lead times for the parts which is understandable. However no update for 4 weeks after that call makes no sense. So I called again last week. (As a side note don't expect to get them on the phone. You will almost always be put to voicemail that they do not respond to) On the phone I was put on hold and then a few min later hung up on. Trying to call back and all I got was the voice mail. All I would have asked for is a occasional update and or replies to the two voice messages I have left. Super frustrating! My car is not usable until it is fixed. The insurance will not pay for a rental until the car is in the shop. I understand that they may be busy and that is ok. Calling me and telling me this would have sufficed and I would have not waited.

I have since gone to another shop and found that the lead time for the parts needed was 2 days.

The estimate was top notch. The customer relations is abysmal.

Horrible services! Just don't trust them and don't go there! I left my car there on Jan 5th for a minor accident. It has been over a month, they are holding my car with no update! Each time, i called them, the receptionist promised me someone is going to call me back to give me an update, which never happened. I had to call many times to get some update on my car! Today was the target day that they set to return my car after many follow up. Guess what! I called, but there was no answer! I have to go there in person to see what it is happening. Don't buy into the only certified Mercedes-Benz body shop in Calgary. What it is important is the customer service which they don't have. I hope the quality of their work is not as low as their customer service. I will update here about their works WHEN i receive my car (who knows when!).

Worst body shop I've ever been. Keep lying to me and hold off my vehicle for over a month. Their manager promised that they will talk to insurance company to pay out the extended rental car coverage for us because they cannot release the vehicle to us after the repair, but I just got charged $1700 today for the car rental. All they do is keep using lies to cover lies. Do not come to this shop.

The service at MB Autoworks is incredible and exceeded expectations on my accessory install. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated by Deanna, Marlene and the entire MB team. Thanks to a job well done.

My mom does not speak English well so she asked me to step in to help get an issue that has been outstanding for the 5 months. She was in an accident and got her car fixed here roughly 5 months ago and they didn't fix the bumper properly.

For the past 5 months she has been trying to call but no luck of getting a proper response back. The same excuse "my manager will call you back" or "we cant seem to find your file, I will get my manager to call you back" has been used 1 to many times now.

I called them yesterday and was given the same excuse. Called the General Manager today and left a voicemail as well. This is getting a bit ridiculous now to try and get them to fix something they didn't fix properly the first time.

My C43 was hit by a flying speed limit sign on Deerfoot around Christmas causing considerable amount of damage to the drivers side of the car.
While the repair process was long, MB Autoworks did an absolutely fantastic job. I cannot tell it was ever repaired and the car was spotless when I picked it up. Customer service was also great - I was kept in the loop and updated through the whole process.

Can't recommend them enough.

I was recommended to go here through my insurance company. While they got the job done, I definitely felt like I was here through insurance, and they didn’t feel the need to be personable, or put any effort in for my questions or concerns. My car also took over a week longer then they anticipated, and they didn’t update me at all during the process, and seemed annoyed when I called for updates. Definitely won’t go here again.

10/10 I am extremely pleased with the service I received for repairs to my Mercedes after I was recently rear-end in an accident. Everyone from the customer service, front desk staff, and management were extremely friendly and professional. My vehicle was repaired on time and to the standards Mercedes Benz would be proud of. Thank you for a job well done and providing me with a clean and detailed vehicle when I picked it up.

️️️ Our 2020 GLE350 was stolen from our driveway (I left the keys in it). When it was recovered our insurance company wanted it taken to their approved body shop, but am I ever glad we insisted on taking it to MB Auto Works! They have been extremely professional through the whole process and even provided a courtesy car when our insurance for rental coverage ran out! We picked up the car today and it was spotless, like new from the showroom. ️️️

After receiving my truck back 3+ weeks after dropping it off with some light body damage, im happy to say the repair was good.

However 2 days after picking up my truck i was left stranded downtown at 2: 30am with a dead battery. Needless to say this was never an issue prior to dropping it off. I will assume the cells died while in MBAutoworks possession and they recharged without a thought to test the amps, or care if i was left stranded or not.

I guess it all could of been a coincidence, however basing it on the fact the truck was full of life going in, then dies 2 days after collection.i doubt it.

Luke and his team at MB Autoworks provided me with a customer experience like nothing I've experienced before. Their quality and craftsmanship is the best in the city hands down. Luke was personable and communication was on point. I was never in the dark through out the repair process and kept me up to date along every step of the way. It really made doing business with them extremely easy.they were upfront with all the costs and extremely transparent throughout the entire process.

If you have any body work to do on your high performance/luxury car, I recommend that you take it to MB Autoworks as Luke and his team are first class all the way!
