Went in here to buy a tripod and a battery charger for my Canon Rebel T3. Staff was very trendily and answered all of my questions. I asked about my pictures showing black spots once imported to computer. They ended up giving me a free lens and mirror clean-up which solved the issue.if you are in need of a camera or camera supplies, I Highly recommend McBain Camera.

One of the onoy places where you can go to develop film in alberta and they do it right. Amazing staff and fantastic prices.

Came here today to grab a nice entry level camera and these guys really helped me out. They showed me a few cameras and let me try them out to find the one I liked. If you want a camera these guys will definitely have more knowledge about what cameras will fit your need over other places like bestbuy.

Wonderful service from the young lady who answered our phone call in search for a specific camera need to the young man who greeted us behind the counter. The staff is always very helpful, and the selection is great at reasonable prices. If they don't have an item in the store they get it shipped down quite rapidly. They also have the best selection of film in town which is incredibly useful.

Ordered me a lense, didn't bother to order it. 3 weeks later I call to inquire to see if it has arrived. There is no history of my order. Today's salesperson shrugs his shoulders and tells me can't do anything for me as there none left. So much for shopping local for Christmas when they can't admit to their mistake nor attempt to follow through on the order I placed.

These guys did amazing, we took our three month old daughter in for passport pictures and it was less than easy.they were very Paitient positive and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and high quality. If your in the area head their way.

Recently had the pleasure of ordering from McBain for the first time. It was during the Covid-19 era and their willingness to make sure I got everything I needed without any hassle was far and above what I would call excellent customer service.
