It just took me by a shocking surprise that your store manager, located in Lethbridge, is not longer working with you. I make emphasize saying working with you and not for you.
It amazes me at the same time how management do no realize how valuable some employees are.
Your store in Lethbridge now it's becaming to be just a reflection of the business part of any other public store or institution in this case.
Fabulous volunteers offer their daily lives to help you to sell products and they made you, if not the only store, to be different from the rest of donations center in Lethbridge
Your manager Mr. Ross was extremely respectful towards customers and welcoming and always always smiling to everyone in the store, public and coworkers.
Today you can tell there is not such management and is showing how you run a business out of people's generosity.
Whatever the reason you are based on for such drastic outcome, let me tell you, you do not remove the problem, you face it and fix it.
If someone is not coming to the standards of your institution let that be management strategies, moreover, let me share with you, you are an institution served by volunteers and those are your assets, a good manager is what you don't bargain with.
As a customer I need to let you know that you are what you are right now in Lethbridge thanks to Mr Ross and his team of volunteers.

This is a busy, busy place. The new dropoff area is more efficient. The staff are first class people. This charity has earned the community's respect and support.

Price is really affordable compare to other thrift store.staffs are wonderful.

It is a good place for those odds and ends. However I am very upset that they will not let you use the washroom. There is a law which says they have to have available facilities when open to the public.

Everybody that works there are so sweet and kind I can't say enough about this place! We have found some awesome furniture and pieces that we would never find any place else

My favorite thrift store in Lethbridge. Staff are super helpful. Prices are great. Stock is really good quality, especially books and kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.
