Very bad. The order was issued incorrectly. The appearance of the burger is also not what it should be. Everything was served slowly.

This location has the worst service. They told me to wait in the parking lot even though no one was behind me in the drive thru. I suppose they have to pad their wait time stats. Waited 15 minutes only to receive half my order. Waited another 5 minutes and got fed up and went inside. Got handed bag and the fries were missing. With another couple minutes and then left with the order. Got home and realized no straws were given for the drinks and the wrong dipping sauces were given

This wasn't the first time this location has messed up my order or forgot to give straws.

Went there last night just for a mcflurry, first didn't even greet at drive thru. The girl who took order was even yawning while taking order, she didn't even bothered herselfto say Hii or thanku or to hold on for a momet. Secondly the mcflurry they provided was super runny, I have never got any like this ever from anywhere. It's not just about food but the customer service. I am wondering you guys have lower ur standards a lot. It seriously ruined my night out as I just wanted to have a good nd my fvrt dessert nd u can find this thrown small mcflurry right outside ur location. If you guys couldn't provide atleast good customer service, you shouldn't be open that long. Better to hire somone who knows how to work nd be professional, not just anyone who is available to do nights. I work in the food industry too nd I do understand the problems u can have late nights but that just doesn't means u can do whatever u like. Respect ur customers, value them if u want to be valued! It was an awful experience, We'd rather drive to another locations from now on than being here. Save ur so called bucks nd loose customers. Good luck!

Highly satisfied with their customer service, it was my first visit to McDonald's in Canada but the associate was so kind and friendly, she tried her best to serve me with a right choice rather than making me feel awkward.
Overall, it was my best experience in mcD.

Always cold food, dumb employees and the manager at night time is super stupid. Doesn't seem to understand English or understand the concept of serving fresh food on time. Orders are always 10 to 15 mins behind the timings, I make doordash deliveries. Thanks to the late night staff after 12 am I'm leaving this review cuz it's affecting my work because of their lazy slow working free loading managers n their little Indian employees who stand around all day get paid for doing nil all day long. I honestly would reach out to a manager but this is Edmonton, the village of arrogant donkeys and no brainer sophisticated criminals so I don't bother wasting time but exposing the frauds for how they are in reality for all to see.

3 cars through on one side no order taking on other. Did not know about sandwich advertised ion 5 ‘ board next to drive through menu, Had to pull over and wait, order was wrong, no straw with drink

I ordered chicken nuggets and two chicken wraps, also a diet coke, the diet coke smelled awfull, McD doesn't meet the criteria of quality, I feel that we trust franchies but this one is not good

If I can give no stars I would but I have to put a star in order to post this as you can read what I ordered on the stickers I ordered a McDouble no pickles and no onions add bacon and as you can see in the photos they gave me pickles and no bacon and they charged me for the bacon not impressed my son order was right and my husband order was right but they messed up on mine

Got here 3 times around 11 in night. Same answer from unprofessional staff that their stupid system is updating. How many updates you guys get everyday. Fire the night staff and get somebody who can do the job.

I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the staff scrambled around to put everyone's orders together, their cashier said 1 moment I'll be right with you. 15 minutes later she's putting together orders that were put in after I stood at the counter.apparently it's amature hour today.

Every skip order from here seems to missing something. Thief’s behind the kitchen or thief’s in the slip cars. Either way this is one of the worst locations

Very friendly staff. I did end up showing ten minutes late once, for my online order. They observed my mistake, and told me what I could do next time to make it easier for both sides. They said it extremely kindly, though, and handled it well. I was very appreciative of that.

The preparation speed is average to somewhat slow, and the store is a bit disorganized. However, they've never really made a mistake on my orders, and I've always received the food warm and well-flavoured.

You've got to work really hard to get one star when the customer is trying to give you a chance.
Our family has been to this location 3 times since it's renovated and reopened. Each visit has been the same.
Staff are rude and go out if their way to NOT communicate with you. Literally walking away to get a donut out of the case in the middle of taking our order. Argued when we pointed out they over charged us and accepted what the till read like it was a stone tablet from the mountain. Blamed us for getting our own order wrong - twice! Special orders are just spinning the wheel here. Want extra pickles? You get extra mac sauce and no pickles for you! No onions it's an allergy? How about no cheese instead - how bad can that allergy really be if you're eating here?
It's McDonald's, you shouldn't expect cuisine - but you should receive what you ordered and a little civility for your patronage.

You cant order anything here without having to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes while they try to figure out your order.they obviously have no concept of fast food

The worst service in Edmonton i have seen. I am suggesting for management to hire staff who speak and understand English properly.

Every time issues with the order… this is the closed place TO my home otherwise i would not have gone second time
First time cold fries i went back then gave me new without any question, because they knew those were cold and burnt

Restaurant was really dirty. Every table was covered in grime. Asked for them to clean them as we sat at counter. They came around to clean them as we finished. She must need glasses as from where I sat could see residue still

They didn't smile much, nor did they seem too overly pleased to help anybody. Also, they forgot to provide us with a fork for our poutine.

Decent location to sit, as long as your a customer, there is enough seating where you can sit and enjoy your coffee with some friends without having the next customers breathing down your neck to sit down.

This is the fuckinn worst McDonald’s.
I ordered two mcflurry oreo‘s, the girl didn’t put the oreo.
I have there again explained everything. The guy named Gurjeet doesn’t even know how to speak with customers. He was so rude.
At the end I asked him to make another one, I paid for that one too.

Pros: Staff are trying hard.
Cons: Long wait to get food.

I went through the drive through during the dinner rush last week, and the line was very long. It was frustrating however when I spoke to a manager about it, the guy with the bleached hair, he was very apologetic about the wait and listened to my frustrations. All though the visit was less than ideal, the staff were doing their best under the given circumstances, which is why I didn't rate lower.

"Jashan" one of the staff there, should not be there (she should get F I R E D) because she is slow and she can't hear people properly while talking. Staff there, at McDonald's are kind of slow and not that active. But some other staff working there, are nice.

I wish I could give 0 star. Worst customer service. This happens all the time, even today too I had coupons to use. For monopoly as far as I am concerned you get to use as many coupons as you can so there shouldn't have been a problem. There was this manager at front name Raman, who doesn't know how to talk to customers. So rude, atleast have some courtesy or be kind. We don't come to McDonald's for this kind of behavior. She is manager there she is suppose to be welcoming and polite.
Management should really do something about teaching staff behavior all the customers deserve.

Curbside pick up. Took a bit longer then most McDonald's. The server who brought us our food seamed annoyed she had to bring us our food at all. Then to top it off our fries were cold. Not Luke warm, cold.

I ordered a 6 piece meal with orange juice.so you're telling me I have to pay and EXTRA 1.50 AND the orange juice is the size of a small drink. And it's not even real juice. How does that make any sense?

This is the worst McDonald's in the city. They are always missing things, never prepared and just straight up rude. Don't recommend this place at all.

8 out of last 10 times I've been here, they've had "technical difficulties" and I couldn't get my food. Bad service when everything is running. Workers always seem to have an attitude.

The slowest drive thru service in Edmonton. There should be a separate system for delivery driver pickups like some other restaurants. Waste of time. You will have to wait minutes and sometime hours. I will never pick a single order from this restaurant.

I've eaten McDonald's burgers for decades. Last night, Oct 29 at 1 AM, I picked up 2 quarter pounders with cheese and an order of fries. A gentleman served me quickly.
Those burgers were absolutely delicious!
The meat was full of flavor and juicy.
My husband was equally delighted.
Whoever cooked those did a fabulous job.

The night shift manager has no idea how to talk to customers. He has very rude behaviour and very bad attitude. He should take some lessons of customer service. No idea how he got the manager position.

Great location, drive thru available, food was fresh and service was reasonably fast except few minutes wait time for fresh French.

Honestly hate stopping at this location. Most of the time order is wrong waiting always for food today at 12: 45 there was 6 vehicles parked in parking lot waiting for food. Also today lady that took my order was rude and short

I have been going to this McDonald's for years since it is the closest one that I've lived to in the last two places that I've lived in the last 3 years in the middle Woods Meadowbrook area.
Every time I've gone there the fries are been reheated and are cold and my burgers have not been nice my chicken nuggets have not been fresh I asked for no ice in my drinks because it hurts my teeth and every time they put ice in my drinks and even today when I went there and they didn't give me my drinks right away and I asked for no ice and all of my drinks yet they put no ice in the kids meals drinks but ice in my drink which I hate.
I'm going to try another McDonald's that is close to my house now but I will never go back to this Meadowbrook location ever again it didn't matter if it was 3: 00 in the morning or 3: 00 in the afternoon or breakfast time the food has never been good there never been hot and never been ready.

I ordered through McDonald’s application for a take out order but for some reason i couldn’t reach there the same day for some reason I thought my money is gone forever. I went there after a week and the person in charge her name is RIDDHIMA ️she gave me the whole order again! Managers like her deserve my huge respect. She was so humble and she tried her best to solve my issue. If you want to experience a good customer service just choose this McDonald’s.the staff was very nice and kind towards the clients. Ordered a hot cakes and sausage meal yesterday. The food was good but I had to eat it with my hands because they didn't put any utensils in the bag.

And about a week ago I ordered a mcchicken meal and asked for ketchup in the bag cause you have to ask nowadays and someone put ketchup on my mcchicken. Why would anyone do that without at least clarifying? You thought I actually wanted ketchup and mcchicken sauce on a mcchicken? If I'd had the time I would've went back but I'm glad I didn't. Yes, I ate it and it was gross.

Customer service is actually a thing at this location unlike the other one just down the road on 17st

Good customer service. Happy of the fact that i got ketchup for my sandwiches. A fork for my poutine and napkins basically got all cutlery without asking usually doest happen at a drive thru order anywhere

Did a mobile order pickup. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and I didn't notice till I left. I called them to let them know so make the situation right. They told me it's my responsibility that the order is right. They took my name and number and said when you come next time we will make sure the order is right. No compensation no hey we can get you some free fries so sorry.

Do not go here I live close and have been many times and I dont think they have ever got my order correct

I would like to say out of all the McDonald's I've been to over the last 5 years in Edmonton this McDonald's has the best quality in their food. I have no complaints. I have worked at McDonald's in the past and the things I have been told recently to justify the garbage I have been given is crazy. Every other McDonald's in Edmonton should send their meal makers to this location to learn how to properly make food.

Got the wrong coffee and took it back and they replaced with the weakest coffee ever. Went to a different mcdonalds. 2nd time in a week they have messed up. No apology either time. Won't be going back. Only reason for extra star is they have a couple really nice employees at the drive thru.

Pretty good place, really like the guy in drive through, his name is gurpreet I guess, he is very sweet and humble, always greet & makes my day.
