My fiancé and I ate here on the 10th/Sunday of September while driving to Calgary for our Dinner.
We heard so much swearing from the staff while waiting for the food inside, so much so we went outside to eat.
We had shared a 20piece mc-nugget combo.
My fiancé who is also pregnant 3-4 months got violently sick that night and was still not feeling well the day after.
I also started being sick the morning after and still felt sick the day after, 11 and 12th
Monday-Tuesday.
Beware check that your food looks properly cooked before consuming!

Its ok. Dont try the new chicken breakfast sandwich though. I got food poisoning from it and was sick for 3 days.

They also mess up my orders sometimes. There has been times where I have paid for someone elses order or paid for mine and gotten something completely different.

This had to be the most uncleannest McDonald's I have ever visited in all of my travels. We were the only ones in there. The tables were not cleaned, the washroom was disgusting, and the staff member that took our order was very unfriendly.

Pretty typical McDonald’s. Lots of employees screaming at eachother, never that clean, the special today was one employee screaming “my fingers bleeding! Uggggghh! ” Did Charlie bite it? Made my day, thanks random teenager, my condolences to whosever food her blood ended up in.

Worst McDonald's in town. This is how much sauce was in my big Mac box and there was way too much on the burger too. It wouldn't even stay together. Cheese melted on the outside of the box. Burger was soggy from all the sauce. Don't go here.

Unbelievable
1st lobby closed at 10pm when I came in have to go to drive thru window which is not safe at all when you have cars coming in
And having to go stand on other side of drive thru so cars can get thru then hope you don't get hit by a car when you have to walk back to window to pick up order being a trucker you can not go thru drive thru
How can you say you open 24 hrs for customer service

This is the first time I left a negative review.

I alwaaaaaaaaays order here. How many times they got my orders wrong (mostly missing drink lol) but I always give them a chance, considering this branch is really busy and I know that they're trying. (That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star as well.again, they're trying.) I ordered today and I think my order was replaced with someone else's. I ordered nuggets, fries and a drink. I only received 1 Mcflurry. I called their number and explained the situation, the person I spoke with.don't care. He said they can't do anything and I was told about how the process of refund works BUT never really address the mistake and he was not sorry. I really don't want him to say sorry to me but at least don't sound like you don't want to deal with a customer lol. That's the last thing I wanna hear. I am just too tired and hungry as I waited for almost an hour. I don't need the refund, the conversation made me more upset. Please do not ever do that again to another customer: (

Worst McD out of the 3 in the area. Stop at Dunmore Rd location or Box Springs location but not this one. I waited 45 minutes for my meal with no apologies.

I can appreciate the fact that this location has a program where they employ those less fortunate but if possible can you train them how to assemble the sandwich items. Cheese on the side of the sausage McMuffins folded up in the wrapper makes it difficult to eat, and sadly it was 1/2 melted all over the wrapper

But again thank you for employing those less fortunate with challenges, Your community thanks you!

Slow. Inaccurate. Ambivalent service. You would think that with the amount of turnover this place has, they would eventually find someone that could count to 3.

Me: Can I get a Carolina BBQ burger please.
Them: never heard of it.
Me: it's on your main sign.
Them: never heard of it.
Me: ok. Orders Big mac.
Me (at window) : sure you haven't heard of it?
Them, at window, with sign for Carolina BBQ in front of them: no.
Me: points to sign.
Them: oh, I didn't see that there.
Me: drives away with quarter pounder meal.

Got my order wrong cause lady working drive thru barely speaks English, waited ten minutes at the window for the second time!

Manager is polite and doesn't intrude as much as certain employees. Food has been good last few visits worth a change in reviews the COVID regulations being gone lightens the atmosphere quite a bit as well!

Very bad service. Poor time management. The girl serving was very rude. Will never go back to this place ever.

The service at this location has always been top notch. Lately I have not been able to get my favorite menu item, the breakfast burrito. I used to be able to order it at any time throughout the day, now they're always out of them, even as early as 9: 00 AM. Please, please, please make your breakfast burritos more available!

First time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a 1-Star

Ordered a McDouble and Snack Wrap in the drive thru. In addition to waiting 10 minutes for the single person ahead of me to get their order, I was told to pull up to the front to await my wrap. Waited in the parking lot for another 5-10 minutes. Had to get up and walk inside to collect my cold food that had been waiting in its bag on the counter.

I just have trouble piecing together how a McDouble and a Snack Wrap takes 20+ minutes to make. Baffling. Never coming here again

Food was fine, but why do they not add in your receipt to your drive through bag? This should be an automatic every time without question. Please consider this.

Apparently one cannot give zero stars. This place is a disaster. First morning 18 mins wait time for breakfast food 3 people. Next morning 22 mins for 6 regular coffees. Can’t wait for tomorrow morning. Ohhh wait there won’t be another time.

Not friendly, food takes forever, order is usually wrong or food is bullied, I don't recommend this place.

Service here was fast but still wasn't 100% first they forgot a small order of fries they upgraded that to a medium so that was fine ordered mcdoubles was hoping for the same great taste if them to feel like I was eating salt by the spoon full so now my tongue burns and I'm sure my blood pressure went up with all the salt I won't be going back to this location in town

Literally the SLOWEST drive thru. Waited 16 minutes before I even moved forward once. Unbelievable that it took that long.

Says 24hrs drive through was clearly closed when I went, no point driving off the high way to go here

I got a chicken nugget meal 9/10 of them were not cooked all the way the fries were way to salty and the drink was super watery never had this problem at any other McDonalds only thing I can think of is lazy employees

Omg have ya ever heard of this. I just came from this McDonald's local and was told by staff at front counter how they are so short staffed they cannot take in store orders. I was told I had to go thru the drive thru.iam on foot at 9: 30 at nite and they can't take an order. WELL AS FAR AS IAM CONCERNED THIS MCDONALD'S NO LONGER IS AN OPTION TO EAT AT ANY LONGER.they obviously don't need your walk In business is what I get from this experience.what a shame

Painfully slow and my coffee the last 4 times has been gross. Not sure if they just do t stir it or do t make it rite but it taste horrible

Food is good but is cold there coffee isnt even warm and is as weak as water and does not even deserve one star

Food was very good but the bathroom was horrendous. Very dirty, one stall didn't lock and I cut my finger on the lock of the other one.

It's pretty much what you'd expect for a McDonald's. Drive thru service could be a bit quicker. Also, the last Coffee I received from there was colder then the Soda my friend ordered. In my opinion, the coffee has been subpar at best for the last year or so unfortunately

Ordered 2 McChicken today (Sunday) about noon.
The lettuce on both of them was brown and rotten.
Had we not been heading out of town we would have brought them back. They ended up in the garbage!

You call yourself 24hrs. Tried your drive through and your actually CLOSED.
Take your 24 hrs sign down if your not going to be open.

Some of us do work early hours in the morning. Would be nice to enjoy a coffee or something.
Another thing is you can't fit a semi through your drive through so we walk to your window to order, just to be turned away.oh wait your CLOSED.

Worst McDonald's run out of breakfast stuff an 1 hr before it ends kids where upset only 1 kids meal of flat Jack's not 2 SAD

Saturday night, all we wanted was a couple mcdoubles so we went to the ole trusty and they were closed. Advertised as 24/7 and here we are driving away because they were closed. Do better.

Two lanes.we watch the other lane order and move. Our Kane was on pause as we waited behind another who had been waiting longer than we had.
Heard car ahead get impatience before voice came on.
Quick coffee for the road but in the slow lane.

Ordered 2 mcdoubles and 2 Jr. Chickens and 10 nuggets w/fries.
Gave us double cheeseburgers, no straw, 1 Jr. Chicken and old, cold chewy nuggets.
I actually have the worst experience EVERYTIME and was only forced here because the other one on dunmore is closed for renos and the redcliff location was out of beef?
Don't reccomened even if you are starving to death.

Didn't get the food I wanted, also my large shake turned into a strawberry banana smoothie. When asked about it they changed my order in for a coffee and told me there was no difference in price from smoothie to coffee so I get no change. ‍️ I appreciate the effort however severely disappointed in the service and lack of communication.tell me we don't have the stuff to make a shake instead of subbing it for something I won't enjoy

Super rude people working drive thru. Also, why can't I have a burger lettuce wrapped instead of on a bun? Covid eating all the lettuce? You can't blame covid on your staff being lazy

My girlfriend & I through the drive thru and was not given my corect order neither this time nor the last time i was there

I ask for the meat on the side of my cheeseburger but it’s always on the burger cheese melted and meat everywhere RUINED

Its McDonalds, if there is one thing you are guaranteed at McDonald's, its consistency. You know what you are getting when you go there. Personally I love the junior chickens, but I wish the nuggies were cheaper. Minus one star for ridiculous nuggy prices. In this economy, you think I can afford a dollar a nuggy or whatever it is? Holy crow. Hot mustard is the only valid dipping sauce choice.

The fact that there constantly out of something is rediculouse been trying for months to get a mcgriddle but there always out they are never in

Over priced for what you get. Way better burger places for the same money out there so I don't waste my money here. Good coffee tho.

Our order took a while and we were missing half of the items. It was corrected until we sat down to eat and discovered several items were wrong. Despite these negatives, it was McDonald's and we got what we came for, below-average food at an average price. Good music though

Its macdonalds over priced. Not very good food. Small burgers big money. Not to mention customer service, repeat order 3 times. Get food order is wrong. Its frustrating when the server does not understand what you are saying. But I don't understand them either. Not a place I go often.

They take your order and money at the drive thru but make you park out front, everytime, and they deliver cold food to your car.

This is one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had at a Mc Donald's. Night shift is always wondfull. But when you have to deal with people with no understanding of a semi doesn't fit in a drive thought. Only response I got was I can't serve you cuz you don't have a car. WTF

Good family friendly restaraunt kiosks need cpu upgrade or something they start lagging when your rushing tapping things other than that good location clean restraunt while I was there and fast service

They rarely have food cooking it seems. Drive thru always makes you wait in parking lot for 10 minutes or more. Is this just poorly managed?

Day after day I’m asked to wait for 2 McDoubles, most of the time for 15 minutes or more. Disgraceful. A&w down the street will get my business for this moment on.

Parked everytime coming through drive through. Tried getting money back instead of waiting on days I was in a rush and surprise my food came out the window faster than a manager could refund my money. They park to shave times off their dt time to get better stats for head office

Literally the worst McD’s in med hat.
Ordered a green tea with two honey. I had to repeat myself three times because the order taker put down coffee lol. I asked for a cup of ice when i ordered and wasn’t given one. When I asked for one at the second window I also asked for an empty drinking cup. The MANAGER got mad (yes she raised her voice) and said in a really rude tone of voice how manny cups do you want? I’m guessing she didn’t Know I ordered a cup of ice when I first ordered then an additional empty cup at the second window. Also when I got my tea it had an earl grey tea bag in it but on the sticker it says coffee add 3cream add2 honey lol. So they didn’t even get my order right. This was at around 8: 30 this morning. I’m writing this because I was so surprised a manager could treat a costumer like this and didn’t even check to see if what she was handing out was correct.

Pretty standard McDonald's. Everything is the same as usual. I feel a bit fatter after eating it.

Unfortunately things did not go well. Took over 10 minutes to get my order. And I was returning to have a replacement burger corrected from a previous visit. Shift manager although somewhat helpful was like a deer in the headlights and didn't clue into the situation very well. With managers like that how could other staff members have a clue and even an ounce of respect. Lord help us: (

This location can be unpredictable. I have had excellent meals and I have had horrible meals. Today we went through the drive thru and ordered threecDeal Meals. Two.were special orders and the third.was regular.
Everything was fresh and hot. My only issue was one of the burgers was flat, as if it had been sat on. Haha. The taste was fine and special.order was correct.
Service was fast.
Overall a great experience.

I ordered and paid for poutine but they were out of cheese curds, their manager thought Large fries were a suitable substitute.
