Your staff are completely useless. Huge line up in the drive through and they are just messing around in the store. Can't get your order right and have no idea what is going on. Either hire new staff or close down so someone decent can move in there.

I waited half and hour for my big Mac combo and 43 people were severed before I got my food. But the food was good

This McDonald's does not meet what I've come to expect from them. When we drive through we always have to wait at least 15 minutes for our food. This time we choose to dine in and the food came cold.

One of the slowest McDonald’s in the city. They park your vehicle every time you use the drive thru, end up waiting 10-15 minutes.

Minimum wage is WAY to high for these employees cant even put a straw in a bag must be tough to have that kind of disability

The food store service is very good and fast. But there is something that has not stopped bothering me. It's the third time I've gone to a McDonald's store and I've found the same thing. I can't use my reusable cup. How is it possible that with all the environmental problems we have, We cannot contribute with our grain of sand to reduce one of the factors such as the generation of waste. In every place I got the same response. By order of the management we cannot pour the coffee into another mug other than the carboard one. Please correct that McDonalds. I am NOT interested in discounts. Just don't ask for plastic cups with cardboard every time I buy.

I ordered online 40$ worth and a water and pancakes showed up I’m never ordering from here again idk how they can mess up that bad

I recently visited a McDonald's location and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the cleanliness of the tables and floors. The tables were dirty, and the floors were not well-maintained. This lack of cleanliness affected my overall impression of the restaurant.

I order chicken nuggets and my daughter found toe nails in them and she started choking and I saw a bug in my Big Mac

Always get orders wrong. Asked for no cheese and then I get 2 slices of cheese. Service is always slow! Will avoid this Mcdonalds from now on. Gave them a second chance but no improvement

They’ve never been able to get my order correct once. Every single time I need to go back in and get a missing item. Before bringing out a mobile order, please double check the receipt to make sure you have all of the items.

Twice ordered through skip and twice dissapointed. I got second hashbrown instead apple pie. Second time food tasted like it was prepped ages ago and microwaved. Didn't got single napkin no utensils or straw. Never again.

This McDonald's is a complete toll of the dice. I have put in other reviews, most recently on mchappy days and it was ok, the time before that, it was horrible. Today, back to the horrible status. I quit going here because of it being that bad, and they did redeem themselves a bit on mchappy day, and totally tanked today.
Placed my order thru the app. There were a few cars in the drive thru, so figured I would just do curb side pick up. There were a ton of vehicles that made it thru the drive thru, and I waited for about 12 min to get my food. The server came out, handed me my food. No drinks. There was a happy meal and an extra value meal. Is it new that they have drinks with them? So I had to show them the receipt, and it was like I was lying to them, but they finally went 5o go get the drinks. I figured I should probably check the rest, and as I was fearing, it was wrong. Mc nuggets are not normally round and covered in cheese. So when the server got back, I explained that it was wrong, and yet again, had to prove that it was wrong. Even though it was on the receipt.
Oh. And no drink tray. Somehow I was expected to carry 2 drinks, a food bag and a happy meal in my 2 hands, but whatever.
So after it taking close to 20 min to pick up my food, went home, fries were stone cold. Not just warm, but like they were in the fridge. Guess that's what happens when it takes so long to pick up food.

Bottom line, order at your own risk. Roll the dice, or whatever other analogy you can come up with. But it will be a long time before I go back, if ever.

No one help you in cashier. Stand about 15 minutes without any one available taking my order, finally got cold coffee.

This location always messes up our orders, it usually happens when we use the drive thru, it is either a wrong order or some are missing order, now the latest experience is thru Door Dash, my order clearly said muffins, they gave me donuts instead which are old. Please, whoever owns this franchise read the reviews and do something, there is definitely amiss with your staffs.

They toast their bread ahead of time let it sit and then it's rock-hard by the time they give it to you. They always mess up but get mad when you mention it. They don't follow food safe protocol

Can’t get an order right literally anytime I go there, rude manager who doesn’t have a care in the world for incorrect orders. Given attitude and treated poorly when I’m just trying to explain how they got my order incorrect

Always a huge wait for food. The always ask you to park at the side of the store and wait. Slowest Drive thru I’ve ever been to.

Been ordering lots of time from them thru skip and and if they're not missing some of our order, they always give us old food. This time paid extra for extra stuff and this is what they gave!

Brutal.minimum 30 min wait to get your food any time of day. I swear one person works the whole restaurant.you stand a better chance of driving to the NW and ordering twice as much and you would still make it home before they would find stall 4 that does not exist where they ask you to park and still bring you the wrong food.

Not enough staff, this isn't the only location that this applies to. Only cater to drive thru. There is even a wait usually for that too. No counter staff for ordering in. If you don't use mobile ordering or at the kiosk you might as well go somewhere else. Difficulties getting orders right. Staff is friendly but over worked. Drive through, skip the dishes and walk In customers are too much to handle at this location. Wake up McDonald's, hire more people or only have a Drive through, obviously you can't do it all and maintain an acceptable level of service. Food is generally ok.

I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, the only thing on the burger was bacon. No sauce, lettuce, cheese, nothing. Just patties and bacon. They consistently forget to add cheese and bacon when it is asked for. 9/10 times I’ve ordered a habanero mcchicken with cheese and bacon, it came out as a regular mcchicken with no cheese and bacon. This place always makes you wait in a reserved spot even if there is no one else in the drivethru. Worst McDonald’s in CANADA.

I have to say this time we were very happy with the help and service from the cashier and supervise on duty. We did our order and when things did not work they came to our aid. This time the supervisor did not make us feel small and unwelcomed. What a positive statement for me to have about what a McDonald's holds so dear to their businesses motto and values. For me I was never going back to this McDonald's again but my wife wanted to go so I reluctantly went. Thank you for the good service.

Absolute garbage service. Going through a drive through they make you go into the secondary waiting area ALL the time to wait for 2 coffees. Constantly forget to place sauces in the bag if you are ordering food even if you are driving through late at night. They need new management ASAP. Won’t be going here for a while.

I've found this location hit and miss for speed. Sometimes crazy quick, another time it took over 20 minutes even though I was the only one inline inside. Granted multiple cars were in drive thru and there were Skip the Dishes drivers constantly picking stuff up. So delay is understandable, but then I just have to be sure I'm not in a rush.

Fast food and nothing more.the food is what you would expect from McDonalds, but the problem is the food it not what you always expect. Orders I've found are usually wrong, whether it's missing sugar from a coffee, or over sweetened ice coffee, or sauces missing from nuggets. If you take the time to go back in and make any errors known, they do take the time to fix the issue, but it kind of detracts from the 'fast' in fast food.

They did everything right. Mobile order acknowledged nicely, friendly staff and enormous ice cream cones.
Great way to end the day. Even some really cute bunny rabbits munching on the weeds gave a 5 star awww factor.

UPDATE: No longer as good as they used to be. Only took orders from one side of the drive-thru for a while backing up the other side, got the drink orders wrong, filled the fries only halfway. I guess they lost Faythe.

Same food craving, i am hooked on double fish burger and mcchicken with strawberry shake. A rare outing now as weight loss is my goal. But still a favorite.

This location CONSISTENTLY will not take the car that arrives first but the second car.they consistently have long wait times through the drive thrus, they are no better in the store either.often times takes 3 people to run the tills.and have hard time answering questions.be prepared for blank stares and no answers.

This McDonalds has been known for being slow since it started operating.

This is what happened tonight at their drive through

10pm ordered a Diet Coke and a cappuccino
10: 05 paid and got the Diet Coke without a straw and "go to the next window, we are making the cappuccino"
10: 20 no cappuccino. Knock on door, no response.
10: 25 drove to the main entrance
The delivery guys waiting outside said they don't like when their clients order from this location because of the wait.
Used the intercom, not initial response.
Guy mopping the floors, besides the door, knocked on the door, and he didn't even a acknowledged me.

Corporate should have a review of this franchisee. It's been years so cannot blame Covid for their ineptitude and lack for service focus.

It's probably not the fault of the staff. Leadership in that place sucks.

By the way, coffee was stone cold. It was probably served at time of ordering but someone forgot it.

Can you even consider this place fast food, when everytime you go it takes you 20 minutes just to get your meal. Slowest McDonald's ever. Don't go here if you are in a bit of a rush. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.

25 minute wait for a mcmuffin. This staff absolutely abuses their reserved spots even with nobody else in the drive thru. Drive an extra 5 minutes away to the midnapore or shawnessy location it will definitely be worth it.

Ordered several regular coffees over past months. All taste bland, watered down with no rich taste that used to be there in the past. Must be a permanent shift to low quality - whether by this location or franchise as a whole. No more. Thanks for money wasted.

We had a bad experienced one of the cashier staff at this location. She is very rude and she is not good in customer service. This was happened Saturday night around 11: 08 pm

I dunno how hard “no pickles” is.but they MIGHT get it right 1 time out of 20. It’s printed on the screen as you’re making it and on top of the box! They’re also slow as frozen molasses.

McDonald Walden Gate: Awful experience! I was standing in front of the counter by the cash machine for 7 minutes and no one attended to me. A approached staff to tell them that i need some help with the order and still no attention. Did not even get an apology from the manager! What an awful service! This bad service happened on June 1,2021 at 7: 55 in case the owner wants to discuss this matter with staff that evening.

Yet again, this same staff fails.
They were the same who gave me big Mac sauce on my m chickens a few weeks back, and now, more under cooked fries and a Blt 1/4 lb, where I asked for no mayo, the employee said it doesn't have mayo, I assured it did and asked again for no Mayo.

It seems that every McDonald’s I visit in Calgary has a disgusting or broken bathroom and this location is no exception. Bathroom stall door useless.get it together man. The rest of the place wasn’t very clean either and the pealing floor stickers are a hazard. This location is either new or newly renovated which makes this all the more sad.

I don’t usually do reviews especially negative ones. I go to this location as it’s conveniently on my way to work, otherwise I would go somewhere else. The drivethru service is very slow waiting often at next window or parking in wait spots. The biggest issue I have is missing food or wrong order. I usually order a breakfast bagel type of order, and they get it wrong every time. Today ordered breakfast bagels with cream cheese on side, no cream cheese given to me. Every time I order, I keep thinking I should check it before leaving but think it wouldn’t happen again, and it keeps on happening. I have put up with for too long hoping things will improve and have only gotten worse. I feel like this store owes me money as I never get the right order and usually missing something. Don’t know if they read their reviews, doesn’t seem so as many have the same complaints as myself.

Worst and slooooooooowest McDonald's I've ever been to. If you want your day be ruined, this is the place for you. If not for a missing order, you will be given an incorrect one. So frustrating. They should replace the name McSlownald, offers Mcfrustrating meal and not a Happy Meal!

The worst McDonald’s ever. The longest wait times ever even in times when it’s not busy and extremely unorganized altogether. The order screen doesn’t show your number as it appears they are completing orders even before they are ready. WORST MCDONALDS EVER.

One of the most unorganized and worst run McDonalds in the city. This location has the two lane drive thru and I was the only car ordering and no one came on the speaker to take my order.

I waited for two min and still no one would take my order. Another car drove into the other lane and had there order taken. Another car after that showed up to have there order taken as well.

After that they decided to take my order and when I asked to speak to the manager she would not listen to the issue. If the manager shows that level of disrespect to the customers its no wonder the rest of the staff act the same way.

I will not be returning.
