McDonald's

The swing manager is very very rude with the customers, she ignores us while we standing for the order. When i told her that i want to give order she told me we are busy you can go if you are in hurry. Seriously! Its my request to McDonald please look to your employee because on us your business is working. Also she is rude with delivery drivers as they are nothing but just a driver. Thats not at all bearable.

They messed up our order and gave someone else our meal. Also waited 25 + mins in drive thru due to them messing up everyone's orders.

As I was about to pay for my food this muslim lady was eating food while talking to us. It made me and my bf grossed out so we cancelled our order in the end.

Also when I order at night they always say that their computer is broken so they cant take orders. Ive heard this line for the 3rd time already this week. It really just shows managers only hire lazy people. I really hope this place gets shut down.

The lady asked if my order was for 2 big macs & still only got 1. Didnt even recieve a reciept to call in about my order - not impressed

After visiting I am never sure why so many people like this chain. I never feel good after eating their.

Poor customer service, order is always wrong, make sure you check your items before you leave

I went to McDonald's Multiple Times And Got The Wrong Order and They Also Gave Me Moldy Lettuce.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service in the drive through. Charged us for an extra medium fries and a large that we didn’t order. Asked for extra skor bits in a McFlurry and there is no skor at all. Ordered a poutine, there was no gravy. Asked for an orange fruitopia, they gave me strawberry. Tried to call the restaurant to ask what the heck was going on, they answered the call multiple times just to hang up on me.

3rd time I didn't get monopoly pieces. The story was they stopped ordering boxes with the games pieces so if they run out they are out but I got large fries the day before and it had none and today large fries had the game pieces, container was only 3/4 full and they missed one of the condiments on the order plus it was over a 5 minute wait for something I ordered ahead.

They're lucky they are in a high traffic area because ppl dont come back for the great food.continuously getting frozen food in hot meals, finding hair and other weird particles, fries taste like from last week, coffee is horrible, very unfriendly, and I could continue but you get it.change of ownership plz

Self serve kiosk printer failure no proof of purchase, seen it happen too other people there to. Not worth the hassle, or embarrassment, never again.

Terrible service, possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They now have a guard asking for vaccination passports just to walk in the door. Apparently they're not paying attention to the current requirements. Only need the passport to dine in. To be clear, I am all for vaccinations, but get the rules right.

It's very slow i was standing waiting to make my order i saw the staff but they didn't even look my way so i left after 10 minutes

I went in to order a coffee abd was blocked by somebody who worked there, demanding proof of corona shot, which i didnt have. I told him i was ordering to go, he told me to leave or he was calling the cops. So i left but i will never go there again.

This McDonald's serves children from the nearby school, during the lunch period despite being in the presence of young children, the staff in the kitchen continously cursed without any consideration for the children. On top of this service is slow and the drive thru workers are quite rude when making mistakes on order that need to be fixed. I placed an order for a McDouble and received a simple cheese burger; when inspecting the cheese burger a very questionable substance was found that resembled a finger nail by the texture and shape of it. Returned item and tried not to assume the worst until I became more and more fed up. I will be taking the extra time to go to another reputable fast food location to avoid this one.

They don't know the difference between a BELT vs BLT and they never say thank you, or wish you a nice day, after taking your money. I would be more forgiving if they were 16 years old, but they're clearly 30s and up.
This location survives not on customer retention, but purely high traffic location.

This has to be the worst location in Calgary. There is always something from with this one, either no ice cream or no something else. Today I had to wait for 10 minutes next to the order speaker only for them to tell me they don't have poutine at the moment. Very non skilled crew. That location is done for me. Too many chances allready

I went to this location to see if it would live up the hype of "worst McDonalds in Calgary". I ordered a Cheeseburger and one half of the bun was an english muffin. Case closed.

There are reasons why this particular Mcdonald's has low reviews. Bathrooms have a bizzer which staff consistently ignore. When you tell them staff are rude. Customers can hear buzzer from back of resturant so unless staff are all deaf they ignore. Shame on all of you.

By no fault of the workers there, the McCafe machine has been out of order the last 5 times I've gone here within the span of over 3 or 4 weeks. It's honestly just ridiculous, especially when the only thing you want to order is a coffee!

I've personally worked at a McDonald's so I'm generally pretty understanding of the stuff they have to deal with but this is by far the worst McDonald's location in Calgary I've been multiple times and I'd say about 40-50% of the time my order is wrong or something is missing esspecially when it comes through skip or doordash. If you are ever concidering going to this McDonald's I'd highly recommend against it and spending the extra time going to the one further west on 16th Ave.

They did a good job with my pink lemonade slushy and im very happy cause I've gotten really bad ones at other locations.

Been at least 15 yes since I stopped at a McDonald's. Ordered the Maple bacon burger and fries.
The fries whee hot and fresh but very greasy, too much.
The burger was horrible, really horrible. Way to much sauce that dripped big globs. The after taste left a bad impression.
Maybe another decade or two and I MAY try again but I don't think so.

Clown show. Only thing missing was the circus music. Cashier only served 1 of 2 drivethru lanes so I had to order at the window. 1 coffee, 1 sandwich and they managed to screw that up too by not ringing in the sandwich. And it's not like they were busy at all. Avoid like the plague.

I had a bad experience with the staff on call between 4: 00 -5: 00 am, over the phone. It was probably the frontline staff or manager. He was short with me, dismissive and very unhelpful. I was eventually assisted seamlessly at another McDonald's branch without any issues. I will recommend the McDonalds at Stephen Avenue in comparison to this one. The one downtown is more processional and understand customer service.

I can't believe how bad this experience was, I went to a 24/7 McDonald's and I spent almost an hour to get through and when I finally got there they said sorry! We are short staffed! Meanwhile there was 3 of them apologizing at the window and they didn't even know what I ordered! They didn't get my order right and when I tried to call back they entirely ignored me, some times answering my call, sometimes without answer but never actually responded but ignored over 20 calls! I hope they liked their jobs! This was the worste experience I have ever had and they didn't get it right!

This location is the worst! Every other time we go they’re closed for one thing or another. And why doesn’t the app show they’re closed so I could have gone to a different one. Infuriating.
They’re fries are always cold and soggy too.

I walked in and ordered a smoothy from the electronic menu. 4 people waiting for their orders. Ten minutes later I asked if my order was ready. They hadn't started making it yet.

This McDonald's always has fresh food and good service very few times do I have bad quality service ever from this McDonald's been going there for a years

The staff are rude. One specific lady, seems to be a manager, has an attitude. We did not even talk to her and she approached us and talked to us to a very disrespectful way. We used the washroom before we bought something and she angrily approached us in the washroom. Asked us if we bought something, told us we cannot use the washroom and walked out before we could say anything. We didn’t buy anything and left instead. Did not appreciate the attitude.

My last two trips here were pretty bad. Trip 1, the milkshake machine was down which was the whole reason I went there, and the drive through was very slow.
The second trip the drive through was even worse. I went for coffee and a vanilla chai.they took nearly 15 min to fulfill and this included a wait in the parking stall so they could bring me out the drink. Much to the the dismay of the person drinking it, it was neither vanilla or chai, it was a coconut smoothie. Fails all around here. Also, conveniently there was no receipt given for the feedback option.

Would rate lower if I could. In drive through line I waited almost 30 minutes to get the food. With 5 people ahead of me. When I got to the window they didn't even know what order was mine they kept giving excuses as they were just low on staff.which I can understand but 30 minutes for a small order with only 5 people in front of me is ridiculous. Especially when I asked why it was taking so long I was told there were only 4 people working and three of them were looking dumbfounded at the window. I got home & noticed my order was cold and also is incorrect and tried to call back multiple times where they only picked up just to hang the phone right up after they picked up. I will NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN and will make sure I tell everyone about this experience. Think you should reevaluate who you have working for your company especially since this is a 24hr location. WORST customer experience of my life!

Messed up the order. Burgers instead of Egg McMuffins. Then when they passed me the coffee the lid was not on properly and I got hot coffee spilled all over me. I was upset. It was hot and clean clothes because I was going somewhere. As I am trying to wipe up the mess the server was not helpful. When I told him how upset I was and I admit I was loud, he had the nerve to tell me to calm down and take it easy. He never apologized. When I asked for an apology then he said " Sorry sorry". I then asked for a sincere apology and not a snide one. Did not get it. No effort was made to satisfy this customer. By then I was in a hurry to make my appointment so I left. It was a terrible experience. A couple weeks previously they gave me the wrong order but I did not realize until I was a couple kilometers away. Again I was on my way somewhere and could not go back. This not a really busy location so I don't know what the problem is but I won't be back.

Where else can you get a coffee and a muffin for 2.50. Cranberry orange muffins are amazing, especially if you get one fresh outta the oven.

Possibly one of the worst McDonald’s in the city for both service and quality after midnight.

Can’t say for the day staff but not willing to go try after the experience at night hence 2 stars

Been coming to this location forever and never had a problem until recently. Every time they mess up the order in some way. Very annoyed would rather got to the other McDonald’s up the block or A&W.

I can not understand why there is a group of people stay in front of the pickup window.when you try to pay and pickup the food， these guys talk to you.

I went it was busy but I didn't have to wait long. Everyone in the kitchen area was working fast and hard. A very difficult job in these times. Respect

It was alright but I got old fries. Those things was soggy AF.

The burger also had no lettuce, despite me asking for extra.

Orders messed up 8/10 times, make sure you check your bag because stuff is always missing/wrong. Store wouldn’t fix my order for me after it was completely mixed up according to receipt

Drive thru is good. I try not to go into the restaurant as it takes forever to get your order and they dont seem to care about someone standing at the counter to order near as much as they do about fulfilling drive thru orders.

This was weird. I went in and ordered 2 plain hamburgers and some fries. I got my food, put it down at a table and went to the washroom to wash my hands.when I came back 2 minutes later my hamburgers were gone. I looked around to see if this was a joke or something.and that's when I heard it. 'Rabble Rabble' and I saw this guy running off.
I'm not sure, but I think I was hamburgled!

Wheelchair accessible, though the electric inner door opener is presently non-functional. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter, and in some cases the food will be brought to your table. Lots of room to maneuver in the restaurant if you are a wheelchair user. If you happen to come at lunch time or later afternoon, when the schools are out, there can be quite a crowd.

Went in on way to work this morning Feb 4/19 (5am). I ordered a sausage and egg meal. The girl who waited on me was very polite and friendly.
I had to wait for meal - not a big deal so I went to wash my hands. The ladies washroom was horrible. I won't go into too many details but it needed quite a bit of attention.
When I got my meal I went to sit in the restaurant to eat. All the tables were dirty, chairs/seat were dirty, floor was dirty, there was even ketchup on the wall-it had been there a while as it was dry.
During my visit there were 2 people in restaurant and maybe 5 vehicles in drive in. If the staff cannot keep it clean, it does not matter how pleasant and friendly they are, as people dont want to eat in a dirty place, even if it's a fast food place.
