We went thru drive thru around 2 p.m. December 28 the first day of their coupons. Couldn't believe they said they can't scan the coupon at drive thru and I'd have to go inside to process my order. They called a manager and nothing was done.
Seriously who doesn't have a scanner for their own coupons in drive thru. What horrible service. Maybe post a note.no coupons taken at drive thru so we don't waste our time. We'll they just lost my business and I went elsewhere.

Beware of going here late at night. Staff don’t care about service and will give you old food. Keep driving.

Super slow service, never get order correct every time I come here for work. Just so slow and terrible at giving right cutlery out even after asking.

It's McDonald's. Not much to say there.
What I do have to say is.
Very clean, employees were respectful and courteous.
Thumps up to the manager of this location.

Unfortunately this is twice I have been to this McDonalds and the food was disgusting. I will never be back and will count my lucky stars if I don’t get sick

Boorish attitude of employees with angry faces who give out food by throwing without respect and any hint of etiquette. Terrible service and rude behaviour. I will never go back to this McDonalds again. 10/10 disappointed

I go here in the mornings when I leave town. Coffee and bagel. The last few times the bagels are rushed and just gobs of cream cheese. Not evened. I have talked to the manager a few times but nothing changed. So I am post on here. Maybe they take 5 extra seconds to spread it. I know it is fast food but come on.

I asked the guy to give me BLT chicken, so instead of correcting me he gave me beef and when i drove back to tell him, he didn't offer anything else, not even an apology and he was ok with me throwing the food away! And the fries weren't fresh either.

Not clean and it takes them so long to give you your food, and most of the time once you get your food it’s the incorrect order.

This has to be the worst McDonald's location. Someone who can make a change please read the reviews of others they're not lying.

Avoid the disappointment go elsewhere.

5 times in the last 2 weeks I order hotcakes at 730 am and always get 2 day old hotcakes with the sticker ripped off and a new one on the packaging! If I wanted days old food I would just go dumpster diving! Unacceptable!

Manager Haman is a ignorant waste of skin and definitely should not be in the customer service industry. Or at bare minimum should never talk to clients or even workers for that matter

I bought 3 happy meals at Balzac close to cross iron mall and no straw for the juice of my kids and also no ketchup.please, next, can you guys double check before you give the meal, especially for the kid's thank you

Really bad kitchen is a mess no one knows what's going on my order came totally wrong with pickles after I asked no pickles on it no chairs for kids terrible experience.

I went to this mcdonalds today and ordered a regular size oreo mcflurry. The drive-thru was busy, so I didn't mind waiting approx 10 minutes to get it, however, when the guy gave it to me, I noticed it was a snack size and had no oreos added. I was confused and immediately asked what was wrong and could I get what I ordered. He said "no thats the way it comes". I do know the size the regular is and I know it's supposed to have oreos mixed in. I asked him to explain this but he "reassured" me it was fine and shut the window on me quickly. I accepted it and left but am dissatisfied clearly with the lack of quality and the fact he lied straight to my face when I clearly knew his mistake, my receipt showed I paid for regular size with oreos added. Please do better.

They worst Accross 3 provinces. Sat at Drive thru for a long time. No1 wver did ask what I wanted. So i left. This is the3rd time in 5 days. Very poorly run

Well, even though the order was repeated back to us correctly, the order was only 50% right. I ordered a bacon mcgriddle.got a sausage n egg, asked for a Lg double double, got black coffee instead. At least my fiancèe got her meal. I definitely think more staff training is required. From the top down.

This is such a hit and miss McDonald’s. A couple times my food has been hot and tasted fresh, but the last few times the fries have been cold and just not that good. Drive thru is also a confusing setup and employees seem like they are confused too when you’re in the drive thru. Not sure if I will be returning anytime soon.

The worst McDonald's I have been in Ontario, BC & Alberta - combined! Extremely poor customer service. The drive thru woman yells at you when you're overcharged for your coffee and are claiming a refund. I had to go inside the restaurant to talk to the manager and the same woman yelling on the drive thru window, marches towards us, and continues to yell while the manager just stands there quitely. He ended up giving my money back. I can't believe there are people like this woman working in hospitality and a restaurant which can't a cup of coffee right, still in business! Terrible!

I would not recommend this McDonald's. The service was terrible and the bathrooms were disgusting.

Every time I go there the service is horrible, always have to wait 20 minutes for my food unless I am ordering something very minor. Parking in cross iron and walking into the food court and back to your car will get you your food better. Edited this review as I wrote it 10 minutes ago while waiting for my food that was ALREADY 15 minutes late. Legit gonna wait 30 mins for a sandwich and some fries…

One of the worst McDonald's ive ever experienced. Every time I come here, there's always an issue. Today, in the drive thru line to order, they took so long that 2 cars left the line (they weren't that busy, only 2 cars waiting for food). I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, 3 drinks, and 6 piece nuggets. Lady taking my order said to drive to the second window. But halfway past the first window, someone sticks her head out and waves at me to pay at the first window. When I got my food, they left out the nuggets so I had to remind her that I had ordered that. When I got home I realized they had given me a chicken nugget happy meal instead of the cheeseburger meal I ordered, and the fries werent even properly cooked. They were soggy and kinda chewy. I wouldn't come here unless it was your only option. Other times I ordered junior chickens or mcdoubles, they would have ketchup or sauce on the outside of the burgers.

Literally the worst McDonalds in Canada. Slow service IF they even serve you. Nobody is ever at the counter to receive your order. May as well just keep driving to Calgary or Airdrie if you want something to eat on a trip.

I came here during the May long weekend with my kids. Apparently we had a good experience with the customer service when we were dining in. The food came fast and even the employees also gave my kids coloring packages to color.
I did remember that this location the food did take longer than expected but this time around I was very impressed with the service. My kids enjoyed it.

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Made a mobile order and went through the drive thru for pickup. I gave her the mobile order details, she said ok come to the window. Then she asked me to repeat the mobile order details at the window. She asks me to wait in the parking lot. As I wait, I watch customer after customer go through the drive thru. 5 minutes later I call their direct number, and the same lady picks up the phone. I tell her I'm still waiting for my mobile order after she asked me to wait in the parking lot. She asked for my mobile order details AGAIN. Then she tells me she can't find the order and I need to wait 10 minutes for her supervisor to show up? !? ! I left.

I was at this McDonald's location yesterday they made mistake taking my order but The Manager Sukhdeep had awesome customer service and replaced the order for me. These are the kind of people we need to be working everywhere. Very professionnal her assistant Filipino girl "Jesse" was really good as well at her job. Phenomenal Customer Service!

So, just to let you know why you only get one star:

It's because it is very bad service to put the tag end of the tea bag on the same side as the hole in the lid that one drinks from. I implore you to try it and see what happens when you do and then take several sips from it.you should feel the string of the tea bag lovingly caress the inner most parts of your mouth.

I implore you, as it would be very considerate, and better service, to put the hole of the lid on the OPPOSITE side of the teabag tag (s).

So, the fries were old, one of the burgers was completely wrong and needed to be changed. The bathroom was a complete disgrace. The mess was old, so clearly someone did not want to do cleanup, so I needed to do it myself to use the facilities. I fully understand that some customers are pigs, making messes, vandalism and such, but that issue should not fall to me.

EVERY time I order. 10 out of 10 times now, we don't get remotely close to the order we asked for. Thanks for getting our drinks correct. But when I order a junior chicken meal I expect that. But I get a wrap or a orange peel for f sakes. Step your game up or close down. Train your employees or hire new ones.

Very slow service. Just for a happy meal I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. Really disappointed. But 0 stars for the management because-
Rude trainer, rude managers (no etiquettes).
they want their staff to learn everything on the first day and want a new employee (on 1st day) to work as fast as the other employees. Some MANAGERS favour employees that are close to them and let them stand free just chatting, while others do the work.

Focus more on customer service and proper employee training. Please be polite to new employees. My known person was treated poorly and had horrible experience as an employee. I don’t recommend anyone to work there.

Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast wrap that was cold when I got it. Plus this made me late to work. Who runs this place? This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Terrible service. Unless you want to get ripped off, don’t go here. First time I went here, made me wait at the cashier for almost 10 min when there was practically no other customers while I watch the kitchen staff chat with each other and others just standing around. I ordered double cheeseburger but when I came home, it turned out to be just a basic burger. Way to pay more only to get something way cheaper eh. It was my fault for not checking AND for trusting the staff to actually do their job properly.

Second time, I thought drive thru would be better so my family wouldn’t have to wait at the register for almost 10 minutes. Another mistake. We ordered 4 burgers, when the lady on the other end said the total I was skeptical that they actually rang in 3 burgers instead of 4 so when we mentioned it at the till, we were right, so she corrected the quantity, but then she said the total and it was way higher than it should’ve been. We asked her again if it’s 4 burgers, just the sandwich she said yes so we paid. We asked for receipt she said it will be with the order, we were asked to go to the reserved parking. When our order came the manager left right away so we had no chance to check if everything was good. There was no receipt to check if what we paid for was actually correct but I guarantee that 4 basic burgers won’t total to almost 10 bucks.

So, unless you want to pay extra cash for sh*t service and for rip off employees, just go to the mall and get something there instead of here. NEVER AGAIN.

Aweful place with rude and incompetent staff. Unless you want bad service and incorrect orders avoid at all costs.

This is a brand new location, hiccups are to be expected with a pilot location testing a new system.

That being said, to go through a drive through and place an order for a mass made burger (mcdouble) and to be instructed to wait in a reserved walk out spot for 17 minutes at 9: 30 at night with zero fellow patrons before or after my visit seems a little bit much for me to make this a regular stop for me.

The manager was running the drivethrough had very little interest in any customer service friendlyness. The food when it arrived was cold and handed to me and he ran off into the night once again.

As a disclaimer to if there was anything from my actions to warrant a cold attitude I am unaware of it.
I didn't voice any concerns I ordered and paid with a smile and waited patiently with the pleases and thankyous to be shrugged off by a manager that clearly hates his job.

Im going to avoid this location for a couple of months and reevaluate.

Mostly get coffee but the drive through is pretty quick, though they're not usually a lot of people going through. One time they forgot my hashbrown when I was hung over and I wanted to cry.

Wonderful location serving Redstone and Crossiron mills. Best drive through ordering screen I have ever seen. Modern location, clean with great staff. Good bathrooms. Ample parking. Long drive through lanes.

Consistently have errors on orders, slow service. Management doesnt seem to care, when you bring up the issue they say they will train the staff.should they not have been trained properly prior to being placed on the job? Bad excuse and bad service.

Brutal service, Waited 45 min because a skip the dishes driver was picking up over a hundred dollar order.only him and people going through drive thru got there stuff. Everyone inside had long wait.

Came 3 days in a row never waited so long for drive thru food every time I come here it's no traffic and the service is still slow

It was somewhat clean with a fast wait time and nice staff. The food was just a little warm and small parking lot. It’s new and the only one in the area, I wouldn’t come back but I recommend it if you don’t have anything else in mind.

My boyfriend waited almost 20mins inside this McDonald's for his order. Almost everybody who ordered before us and after us had some sort of issue with there food and had to go up and change it. And a mother went up to ask for her sons food that they had forgotten and they said she ordered what she did by mistake.
Customer service isn't great and neither is the food time. How hard is it to order and make nuggets?

I just spent 30.00 for three of us.
My burger bun was ROCK HARD.
It's bad enough the food is never hot!
I tried to call to complain. They know better than to answer the phone.

Went there today and have a few complaints. 1. The parking lot is not conveniently located to the entrances. With an infant and kid it's completely nerve wrecking crossing the drive thru. I really hope that that isn't your permanent lot. 2. There was LOUD (volume was way too high we practically had to shout over it) rap music playing that was not appropriate for small kids due to language and sexual content. I have a feeling that the staff were playing it off a media device hence the songs and volume

Been here 8 times and have to wait every single time in reserved parking for my food, this time was 18mins! Never will be back highly dont recommend. Workers are great but management is rude.

This is stupid. How long can it possibly take to make French fries? I have been frequenting this McDonalds for a couple of weeks while working nights. The staff seem to take longer and longer as our orders get simpler and simpler trying to get the drive thru time to under 20 minutes. I just spent my entire lunch break waiting for 6 nuggets and a medium fry. That's 25 minutes in the drive thru.

I understand they have less staff on nights, however there is never more then 1 or 2 cars in the line up. Tonight there was no one ahead of me.

20 minutes waiting for breakfast. About 15 minutes in, they update us saying that they're waiting for eggs.
Probably something to mention to your customers.
Drive thru was a tad bit busy, 4 cars, customers up front, however.
Even to hand us our coffee took 5 minutes.
Make sure you have time when going here.
