Service was good, friendly staff. The restaurant is not the cleanest, and they play religious music.

My family went in we placed our order and of course the kids wanted to get directly to the play place so they gave us a number and brought our food like 3 min later! Awesome service and very polite

Every time I try and order anything from this location every machine seems to be broken. The espresso machine has been broken for just about a full year. Managers are doing an awful job.

Terrible service person made us wait 20 minutes only to find out they gave our food to another customer so much for fast food. Person in charge of running the food station needs to be replaced with a more knowledgeable person who can pay attention to the smallest details. 4 orders to be processed and couldn’t get any of them right

Went for breakfast with my family pancakes and sausages.pancakes were cold (I guess the microwave was not working)

Got 3 meals and no salt on the fries so they would be fresh they said can you pull ahead and we will bring it to you.so I pull ahead sure no issue there. Wait 5 minutes no one comes out. Total of 11 minutes I waited for 3 meals.
2 burgers of 3 were cold. Chicken nuggets very cold. Fries were saugy and not even hardly warm and still were salted fries.
We ordered 2 vanilla chai frappés that were forgotten about and they said they would go back in to get them. So I went in behind them and 5 minutes went by before I got the drinks.
I was kinda disappointed. I get that these places are crazy busy but do first things first my order should be made and brought to me before the next 10 cars go through. Other people who were waiting after me got there stuff first and had way more stuff in there orders than I did.

This kinda stuff happens all the time at MacDonald's. They wanna get your car through the line up and in a waiting spot so they keep there service times down but than people get forgotten about.

Parents have to watch their kids, there was kids climbing on equipment that wasn't allowed. Kids were popping balloons & parent just ignored their kids

It's a McDonald's if you're reading this review you're an alien.everyone knows it's greasy calories that make you smile

Food here taste like any other McDonald’s but the only thing is the staff kept forgetting many condiments

Don’t waste your time coming to here! Drive 5 mins down the road to the wapiti McDonald’s.where they can properly make your sandwich’s!

A pretty standard McDonald's. Overall this location has probably screwed up my order the most in town. The service is usually friendly at least

Super fanatical religious christian radio played LOUD on the stores intercom all day long.

Also has only 1 plug in available in entire restaurant for a phone or laptop.

Waited in drive-through for 30 minutes before someone took our order. After arriving at the window to pay, the staff member was overly flustered and rude.
Clearly under staffed.

I usually get good service here, my most recent visit they were on the slow side but it was late. The staff was courteous so I will not hesitate to use this McDonald's again. I'm thinking the fried might have been off.
With the theater being open for business again they may need to start anticipating more late night arrivals.

As of June 23rd 2022 this morning I went through the drive through and it was fairly busy but vehicles were moving pretty well as fast as people were tapping there cards at the first window and grabbing their stuff at the next. My wheels barely stopped rolling at the second window and my order was being passed to me Way to go people!

Cheese Burger cost 3dollars what a rip off I'll never go there again 6 bucks for 2 lil cheese Burgers NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

Order wasn't accurately delivered but whatever. People are having a hard time and I'm not about to s*** on a minimum wage service workers.

I keep coming back even though I know mistakes are going to happen.

Absolutely terrible service. Told them I wanted an oreo mcflurry but they gave me a skor instead and I'm allergic to nuts. I had to pull over and dial 911! Unacceptable and very disappointing

Very difficult to place a very simple order of just one coffee. Having to repeat my order 3 times is unacceptable!

I was really hungry once and I ate McDonald's. The place is clean and the people/service was quick and polite. Otherwise. It's McDonalds, you ever had a cheeseburger at McDonald's?

Fries were cold. Service was fast. And the workers were nice. But the fries! Were! Cold! Ugh. Night ruined. Hahaha

Long wait time on 11/28 and order mixup but manager rectified right away and made all well

I went there 3 times in a week. It was Thursday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Every single day i was waiting for on average 12-15 mins just for a coffee and donuts. It never happened with me with other McDonald's stores.

Caremel flavour Latte & Chicken BLT were perfect pick-me-up for a long drive. Ladies Bathroom was clean & stocked. It all made me grateful after a long shopping day, that still req'd a few hrs of driving. Thanks

I had ordered a chicken mcgriddle and a coffee. She somehow put that in as a sausage McMuffin with hashbrown. The more I asked her to correct it the worse it got, then she just started adding sauce cups so I gave up and the girl at the window fixed it for me. Drive thru got pretty backed up from it and I ended up running behind. Food and coffee was alright once they figured it out.

By far the fastest and most consistent McDonald's, especially in the morning. Great service with very few mistakes

I wanted to try the new range of burgers currently on offer at McDonalds. I chose the Scotch bonnet chicken burger, it was nice but not at all hot which was disappointing, further to this the burger was small in comparison to Burger King and 5 Guys. The fries were nice and crispy and hot, got to say McDonald's lives on its name not on the food it serves.

Sat waiting for about 20 minutes for my meal. Ending up getting it cold. Fries were soggy, normally I am not a person to complain about restaurant. But this is ridiculous. When I spend 41$, I don’t expect to wait 20 in the drive and get my fries soggy.

Its McDonald's, its fine. But they missed my orange juice one morning, they told me to pull a head to wait for my order the little girl ran out with my food when I asked about the orange juice she said shed be right back with it, i waited a half hour checked my receipt they did not add it on there. I just gave up and left.

Edit: I got to this McDonald's frequently because, I work in the area. Today August 2020 I ordered a sausage and egg but got sausage and egg shells, just saying. I know its McDonald's nothing will happen its hit or miss.
There is however a super sweet older lady working the cash window, I didn't grab her name but she always asks how your day is in that short bit of time. She's very nice.

By far worst Mc Donalds in town maybe even in alberta. Use the drive thru if you do come as insides usually always messy. Screens broken i ended up asking about my order after 10ish mins and was waiting for me. There was only 1 other person inside so I know they didn't call my order. Love eating cold cheeseburgers. And they forgot my pop and sauce I had go back in to get. I usually wouldn't write review but this one is always very bad and I'm always leaving there half mad and shaking my head lol

Said we wanted 2 double cheese burgers and make it a meal and then said to double it.the screen is broken and the women is hard to understand or hear cause it kept cutting her voice off.we get to the window and repeat the order and she says that's correct. I should have checked the bag cause she gave us 2 double cheese burger meals but not the 4 burgers that we asked.just real tired of not getting the correct order

Burgers are okay, would not reccomend their milkshakes, extremely sugary and that's an understatement.
Besides that service is good.

It's fast food. I was a little dismayed that despite the protocols in place the drive thru attendant wore her mask under her nose, no protection there. Food was fast, hot and served with a smile.

Ever get so high you forget you got nuggets so you get more, then you get home and BAM double nuggets

They forgot to put one of our sandwiches in the bag, but every McDonald's does that. The guy at the drive thru window was above average nice.

Bad experience every time I go to this location. Long wait times for seemingly no reason. Go to the south location instead. Save your time.

Those was a pleasant experience! The server was pleasantly enjoyable, very friendly. The food was mostly good. The chicken sandwich was amazing! Truffle fries top notch, pulled pork Poutin's great. Steak mashed potatoes Luke warm at best. But all in all very good experience. They did their best to make up for the like warm steak, that goes a long way! Thanks guys!?

Have to go through the drive through multiple times to get your order. And as of 9am they are no longer doing breakfast and only have all day.

April 24,2020 - 1 star - Sat in line for 10 min to find out employees were to lazy to clean the milkshake machine

Did a drive through with 20 minutes to spare before work, got pulled off to wait for my chicken breakfast sandwich, and waited so long that I ended up late for work. Apparently they had to catch the chickens first.

Every time I've been I'm ask to pull forward and wait 10 mins for my order. Just been saying na I'll wait food seems to come with in a minute strange how that works. Morning people are always fast and on top of things though. It's like 2 different places once 1 pm hits.

It's fast food. The staff here for the most part are great! I think their only downside is that when it's slow, it seems like in the drive-thru; they have you pull over to wait. I just think it's a little crazy when you have 5 vehicles try and fit into the 3 spots. Maybe future considerations for moving the waiting area or something:)

Service is literally the slowest of any McDonald's I've ever been too we were the only ones ordering in the restaurant and they basically did all the drive thru people before doing ours. Do slow

Morning crew have been really great lately. On the ball, cheerful.
My only complaint would be the drive thru menus. Get another screen so that all items are displayed.

Had issues with the mobile app order but they made it right when I got there. Kudos to the nightshift.

Drive through was neglected and caused my truck to slide and hit the wall, while the staff ignored me as i told them it was horrible and continued like it didnt mean anything.
