Everything was good except my big mac's patty tasted a little off.

I didn't get sick. Maybe there was something mixed in? Not sure but it wasn't serious enough to complain.

Wonderful service
I was on night shift.
I ordered a coffee and a muffin to be delivered.
But the muffin was not in stock, they sent a different muffin which was great and a special free treat and a coupon too!
Really appreciate guys!

We pull up to the second drive-through window yesterday and handed them our own bag to put our food in. OMG, they looked at us like we were aliens! “We don’t put your food in the bag” they tell us. Seriously? !? If we had paid 15 cents for one of your bags you would have packed our food into it?
Instead they would rather stand there and hand you one or two items at a time through the drive through window, as you awkwardly try to pack your own bag; with a steering wheel in the way I might add!

Just for the principle of the matter I said okay, then cancel the order and give us our money back; so they did lol! Instead of packing our food into our own bag, they would rather lose the business and refund our order. If they hadn’t, I probably would have just shut my vehicle off and sat in their drive through ;)

If this is not a prime example of POOR SERVICE, then I don’t know what is!
Take your business elsewhere I suggest!

I would have given it 0 for service if possible.worst service, manager says he works from 4 years but don't know how to talk to customers.

Itsna mcdonalds but this is the last place in town where you can take the kids for free to play. So many other parents that we see here regularly. It's so busy that the tables inside aren't always clean and even when you ask they take a long time to come do it but the playcenter makes it all worthwhile

Hey McDonald's, your drive thru employee today handed me a tray with my order on it. A tray. In. The. Drive. Thru.
Refused to give me a bag until I coughed up 15 cents. I've never encountered that before!

Every time we go through the drive through. There is an issue. Whether it no one on the speaker or at the window after waiting for 3min. The order is always wrong. This isn't at 3am either. 9: 30 in the morning.
We wont be returning. Worst run McDonalds i have ever seen.

Looks like they don't care about delivery order.
I came this restaurant for delivery vut everytime I'm here they always care about in store customer after that they make delivery order at the last.

In store.took 25 minutes to get our food and that was only after we asked. There were 4 people inside, 2 of which were sleeping at the table. Totally UNACCEPTABLE service

So, two years have gone by, and nothing has changed. The wait to be served at the till is very long, and getting your food, should you walk in, still takes a long amount of time to receive.

Again, the staff work very hard here, and the food IS fresh as a result of how busy it is, but the clear lack of staff is a management choice and not the exception but the norm.

The staff here work VERY hard. I have always liked this McDonalds as the interior is more modern and even their yard is well maintained.
This particular experience was very lack luster.
I waited patiently at the till for roughly 20 mins to receive no service so, I simply walked to the touch screen interface and ordered through that.
Since drive through takes precedence, human to employee interactions are left on the back burner which reflects poorly on this franchise.
Disapointed but, they DID make me a mean burger.

Worst mcdonalds ever for delivery drivers. The staff will go blind and deaf as soon as the drivers wak in. If you are a driver avoid their orders

Always stop in for a coffee and muffin on Wed. Quick service and the coffee is always fresh.

I have never been to a worse McDonalds. The staff moved so slow. They dont evwn try at all. And cleaning, what is that, this place is so gross. Everyone here had to clean their own tables before eating. Thats pathetic. The staff here is pathetic. The floor is so dirty i almost slipped. The food was cold, good thing i already lost my apitite because its so dirty and gross here.

I have never in my life been treated so horribly at a McDonald's. Atty, the manager, was terrible and extremely rude. I was forced by her to get a refund on my order and refused service because I said I didn't want to pull ahead from the drive thru and wait for my order to be walked out to me even though there was only one car behind me. This is not a REQUIREMENT to receive food. I will be finding a new McDonald's to order from since you know, there is one every 2km.

Don't come here 2 am in morning. Disappointing service, only gave 1 straw for 3 drinks.

Its so bad id give it a zero but i cant so i give it a one. Thought this was a one off because it was a late night run but seeing the other reviews I believe this place has to be checked out. My quarter pounder was so pink on the inside it was still chewing grass. Immediately lost my appetite and wonder what else was wrong with my order. I suggest they get their stuff together because this is just straight up unacceptable what people are getting served here. I can understand when things are busy and some mistakes are made but theres already so much evidence about whats wrong with this place. I would go back and show them but i already waited 45 minutes for this and the wait just isnt worth it. Straight up disappointment. Mcdonalds headquarters investigate this location.

I ordered a Mcchicken but what i received was a brick in between two buns and when i asked the staff a new one they went to the tray and the manager said they were all bad and that they had to make a whole new batch.when I got the new burger they gave it to me with little to no sauce on it, one very bland and dry burger later i will not be returning.

Terrible service right off the bat the Indian told me there is no grilled chicken so I told her nevermind and walked out. Glad I did because from what other reviews on here state with pictures that there is mold on pretty much all of there food and they feed people raw meat. Aunestly don't even know how this is still open.

Nice place to grab a coffee and ice cream! Very convenient location and it has two lanes to order with the drive thru. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for the great service!

Listen to what customers say and don't look at them like they are retarded when it's busy too have a cashier at front so customers aren't standing waiting either!

Owner of this location is a dictator that has zero regard for law, human rights, or human decency. Its about time I come out about this. It would be one thing to just accept that. But when the operations supervisor (Matt) comes for a visit, he hassles and bullies people around while ignoring human rights and will not hesitate to humiliate you.

The guy working in front counter either had broken pinky with nasty cast or a band aid and he was handling food without gloves like seriously cross contamination at its finest.health authorities should really be putting stricter rules for restaurants around canada.

Staff to busy talking to each other no one at till. Big line up of customers until someone asked for cashier. Then they are giving out cold fries. When one customer complained about it staff made big deal. Resturant is dirty. Drink station hasn't been clean for while and table haven't been clean. With covid19 still around thing should still be clean. Too many staff just talking by fries station. I will never come here to this one until they learn to clean the place.

Getting real tired of resteraunts hiring people who cant speak the native language. Like 4 times this week they got my order wrong and all I asked for was a hashbrown, coffee and egg mcmuffin. I got a cup full of sugar and milk with 3 drops of coffee and an undercooked egg.gross.

Jeez i repeat my order like 3 times and your employees still get it wrong.am I alone in this?

This location was simply wonderful in making my order fresh and they even threw in a couple apple pies because of the difficulty I had at a different location.

I just purchased a drink and I appreciate that there is no hard sell to have me spend more money. Quick and easy to accomplish my purchase.

Why people eat food with no real nutritional value blows my mind. I can understand in a pinch and need a snack but this food isn't going to satisfy a hunger.

Incredibly shoddy service, drive through is disorganized. Service is slow. Save your time and drive a few more minutes to the next McDonald’s it will save you more time then you waste here.

The guy who answers the phone at 4am is GREAT. We prank called and he turned it around on us SO FREAKIN WELL. Dude who answered our question abt renting a cheeseburger, props to u!

My pancakes were over heated/ cooked their food was a water taste to them and water in the container they came in, supper hot as well. My hash brown was falling apart anytime I tried to eat it. My yogurt was in the same bag and it was hot/warm which was just weird, and I seen one of the workers touch my ice cream from the ice cream part and then flick there finger so I left it once I saw that and the apple juice tasted bitter. Do not go here not worth ur time, unprofessional overall.
