Usually, the fries are cold, and doughnuts are super dry and stale.why do people even like McDonald's. Employees are nice, but im here for food and it sucked and was over priced.

Now I’m not a huge fan of this location, In fact I’ve had a couple bad experiences - poopy coffee in the morning, stale/cold fries, etc.but I will say, the lady who works the drive thru at night is outstanding and other than serving me a few cold fries she is an absolute queen. Somebody give her more money!

I didnt do review first time but this happened to me 2nd time.i went there after 10pm and they give you cold stuff, first time it was fries and sexons time, it was coffee, even though u tell its cold. Too bad, i dont know what kind of people run this, no wonder it haa 3 star rating

I order food here through the booth and waited almost 30 minutes people were coming and taking their order after me when I asked them that I am being waiting almost 30 minutes then they excuse and forgot my order no happy at all.bad service.no coning here no more

The worst customer service experience I've ever had in any McDonald's, specially the drive through they're rude they don't care about the customer needs or order's and then you take your order with something missing they don't give you a chance to talk they close the window on your face or they don't answer your questions.so bad experience

Often have poor service at this McDonald's. Today spent 10min stuck in drive through, went inside to broken ordering machines, lined up in long line to be told cash only.

Went through the drive thru and had to repeat everything I was saying over 5 times in order for the drive thru attendant to understand me. Then when the food arrived my wrap was thrown into the bag barely wrapped and all the food fell out so I didn't even get to eat it. Very unimpressed by the service of this place.

Well this is mcdonalds. We have all been to one's but they are not all the same. Some have been modified, others are layed out well but almost empty and others just meh. Let's talk about their food and customer service. Big mac's, double mac, mcdouble etc. Quarter pounder with cheese and or bacon. All of these are pretty good or kindpf over done. I find for some reason the buns are quite dry. They are ok. I wont say excellent because some stores don't create the burgers in the same way l' almost because they are rushed or not making them with care for their customers. I prefer a bigger with lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Since the McDLT is no longer around for many years' I add those ingredients to a quarter pounder or a mcdouble. Or have either in what is called Mac style. Same burger as seen on the bright displays showing off their product bit with either lettuce and Mac sauce or lettuce and tomatoes. Play with the toppings. Order the sice of patty you want or double it and the. Add the toppings to mine 2 types together. Make a mcdonalds burger your way. They customer service is usually great but sometimes it takes longer for products to be made and delivered to you at the counter. They are still great people just busy and overworked. Give them a thank you so they know no matter how good or bad the long wait might be, you still appreciate them.

Omg burnt again. Apparently no ice. Nice to know before one orders. Hey how about some old fries again you got it almost always here. Quarter ponder as dry as cardboard wonder how old it was. Ask to talk to manager and got drive thru window closed on me thanks. By far the worst McDonald's in the city always has and always will be.

Ordered 2 junior chickens, waited 20 mins to get home and find a clump of hair and dust on the bottom bun of my burger.so gross had to throw out all my food.

Why on earth do they put so much mayo on the burgers? It's actually disgusting. It would also be fantastic if every time I got an iced coffee I didn't get sips of straight caramel because they do not stir it.

Ordered a Oreo McFlurry. What I got was ice cream in a McFlurry cup. Not just short on Oreo like usual, litterally not a single Oreo piece in the cup, everyone who has left a review should also call head office and complain about this place

I ordered a cheese burger with my rewards, a little disappointed, it had no cheese, no pickles, no mustard. Just ketchup which I ordered without because I don’t like ketchup. My order was supposed to be extra pickles and mustard. A little disappointed.

Great food and wonderful service. Enjoyed the beef and chicken satay vermicelli bowl. Delicious!

The app wouldn’t load the ice cream cone coupon offering and after the third kiosk attempt, our attending cashier took care of us with complimentary cones and proceeded with the rest of our order.

2 Things. One - don't ignore people in line at the till. It's ridiculous. Second - When someone pays the increased price for an item (in this case a mcflurry) don't fill the cup 2/3 full. Easy stuff

This place is the best! I ordered the coffee with milk (always, never with sugar). However it was tasted slightly sugar: (I was ok.
When I keep having breakfast, the McDonald’s crew came to chat with people. I thought she knows the costumers. She came to talk with me too. “Hello! Is there anything wrong with your sandwich? ” I said about my coffee tasted slightly sugar. She changed and brought the fresh coffee for me!
Later she helped the old man for connecting free Wifi very kindly:)

I have many experiences in Canada’s McDonald, the workers kicked out me like a single costumer or homeless like people. These stores are very dirty usually.
However this location is very clean and nice crew working! Very rare! I definitely come here again. Thank you for making my good day!

This location has a 90% chance of getting your order wrong. They mess it up more often than getting it right. Whether it be straight up not what you ordered, or missing things, they keep you guessing on how it will be wrong this time.

Absolute worst experience today. Started with coming in and using the washroom while wife ordered, bathroom was absolutely disgusting with bloody napkins on the floor and wash counter absolutely disgusting with dirt / water / soap. Then took over 1/2 hour to get any food or drink and not until wife went and asked what was going on. While she was up there numerous persons requested refunds and walked out. Once food finally came went to drink bar to fill cups, the counter was again absolutely disgusting with old pop / straw wrappers / lids, all over and not looked after. Food was alright except for daughters chicken nuggets that having a taste, I'm sure we're cooked sometime in last week.
Don't think we will be back in a long long long time. I'll go to the 1980s Dairy Queen I guess.

More then once I’ve waited 10 mins for a coffee after waiting almost 10 to order. This location doesn’t know how to multitask a drive through and store front at the same time

Tried to buy a coffee tapped my card three times and they said it decided and wouldn’t give me my one dollar coffee. It went threw all three times I was charged.

This McDonald’s is beyond slow, my meal is always wrong in some sort of way. It’s not rocket science. Honestly think there should be a shift there and new members need to come in. 3 days in a row I got food from here and all 3 times it was completely wrong. I have gone inside I have complained multiple times and nothing ever changes. So instead of trying to fix the people that don’t care at all who work there find a whole new team! This McDonald’s would benefit from sort of common sense

Worst service of any MCD I've ever been to. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, seen by the cook who couldn't even bother to tell someone else that there was a line up. Unreal, I guess customers actually in the restaurant never matter. They only care about their drive through metrics.

My grandson thru up his happy meal in the washroom. There wasn't a working tap and no paper towels. I don't think I'll ever go back.

This is the 4th time now at this McDonald's drive thru, they couldn't get my order right. I will not be returning ever again to this location. Simple instructions but yet wrong everytime. The worst!

Service was gas. The food was mid. I come here at night to fulfill my cravings for unhealthy food. It certainly does the job, however I am often faced with immediate regret after I arrive home. I feel that the food quality is subpar at best. The staff is amazing however. <3

Requires ID and proof of vaccination to even walk in the door. Cannot order and take out. Making their own rules instead of following government guidelines. Lost my business for good.

I've heard people in the community call this the "worst McDonalds in the city" - and while I doubt they actually deserve that honour, it's not the best. Often the wait is excessive, fries are under seasoned, and I've even had to argue with mgmt that my chicken burger was undercooked while pregnant (it was completely raw in the middle). I used to LOVE McDonalds because every time you got the same thing. This one seems more hit and miss (and a lot of miss.)

First Big Mac and fries in, I'm guessing 5 years? After writing this it'll be at least that long until I have another, if at all

It's McDonald's.that said they still forget sauces, or straws, or something.lower your expectations! Have a better day.

Takes 3 tries just to get my coffee right also the liquid sugar tastes so bad I wish theyd not put a mountain of it in my drink when I just ask for 1.

Yesterday I ordered a EX large Coffee, so they gave me a large instead! I didn't catch it til later. Today I arrive there at around 9: 45am and the guy ahead of me was irritated for taking so long to get his small Coffee and made it known. So I'm waiting at the til with no cars at the Drive Thru and ended up leaving because no one would take my order! I left and guess what? No one at the Drive Thru. EMPTY! The District manager should be fired! The worst Mcdonald's I've ever been too! It usually takes between 10-25 minutes for a coffee and longer for a meal. **MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! ** I will not support this AWFUL Mcdonald's! I'll take my business else where!

Downgraded again
Zero customer service. Poor management. I am done hete. I used to like taking my granddaughter here but since the play area renovation opened it up to the restaurant area of it is impossible to keep small children from wandering into the wet floors and people I will need to find somewhere new No longer kid friendly

Coffee and a smile, they are like family and if the coffee is not stirred or something wrong they are the first to sort it out.great staff

Went for ice cream but machine was down so left. Apparently McDonald's is notorious for ice cream machines not working.

Thought I would try the grand big Mac. It was horrible. Bigger bun. Super thin meat. Would not recommend this to any enemies. Wouldn't feed it to my dog!

Slow and most times order is wrong or missing stuff. 26 min wait for two coffee's and 6 doughnuts. Staff are nice though.

There is always something wrong with my order whenever I order here. Usually it's a missing item or they didn't follow instructions, sometimes it's undercooked food.
Don't ever order grilled chicken if you want to actually receive grilled chicken. 9 times out of 10 they just out crispy chicken on it instead and the new patties are terrible.
Don't waste your money here theres other mcdonalds near by that will actually get your order right.

Waited 10min inside, decided to leave but saw drive through no more vehicles so drove-in. Ordered small coffee and stuff. Found Large coffee at pick up window. Asked if I was charged for Small, they said no. They did apologize but didn't offer any refund. Won't come again

Use the drive-through they allowed 5 people to go into the waiting lineup and it took 20 minutes to get our food. When the guy finally came out with food he whe went to the people that were there after us fis there after us 1st by the time we got ours it was cool

Efficient drive through. Two days in a row now with grounds in the coffee, so switching to iced for the summer! And dollar days so even better

More times than not the order is wrong. I'm shocked when it's right. Wish they'd get employees that listen and pay attention.

My experience was superb and exceeded my expectations. I didn't realize that Mcdonalds would be a high class experience. I would like to commend Faith for the excellent customer service. The young asian teenage girl had a pleasing personality and she put fast in fast food. Not to mention, it was during a dinner rush, I asked for crispy fries and they delivered. I appreciate her effort during these challenging times because she followed proper covid sanitation protocol. Would come again and recommend this location.

Food was typical McDonald's. After trying to explain my order to the person over the intercom, a simple Mc picks meal, I gave up and went for the regular jr chicken meal. Order taker kept getting confused.
And watch your change. My order worked out to 11.10. After staring at the cash drawer for longer than I would expect, the cashier handed me back $3. And then closed the window.
So either skimming off the till or can't count money. Either way, count your change.

Worst mcdonalds.
Fries ALWAYS dry and stale; eggs have been terrible for a long time.
Donuts are stale most of the time.
Front counter staff can be really rude and just unpleasant.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's north of the equator. The only people I ever see in here are extremely under the influence. One time I ordered a sprite and they gave me a coke? I mean it wasn't bad but you know I wanted the McDonald's sprite, it hits different. Anyway 5/5 stars, would recommend

Finally a McDonald's in Calgary that knows how to make a proper lettuce wrapped burger for us celiacs. To many times in Calgary I've gotten a messy burger on a black plate with a fork and knife. Sure that would work in store but hard to eat on the road like this. Good job deer run McDonald's!

Difficult to get the right order, and management generally is not receptive when you complain. When you tell them your order is wrong, they will often challenge you, even if you are literally showing them the wrong item that you did not order. Complained once, now I rarely get receipts. Not sure if they are doing this on purpose.

Got my order wrong and had to wait in the parking lot for an extra 10 minutes just to get another small hot chocolate. They did not even offer me a discount or anything and still got the order wrong because they did not apply the combo for a muffin and a hot chocolate. Staff is very unprofessional

Brutally slow. Order is CONSISTENTLY wrong, which is the ONLY consistent thing about this location.
Save your money and a headache, find somewhere else to eat.

Ordered a double double and got a black coffee. The rest of the food is what you've come up expect from McDonald's.

The parking lot here is a bit of a mess to navigate, they really forced this building to fit with a drive thru.

Ordered qrt pounder no onion no pickle.
Was correctly rung in. As qrt with cheese no slice no pickle.i got one without cheese.drove back pointed out the error and the gave me a regular qrt pounder. Had to give it back again. Finally get the right burger and they waste more fries on me. I dont want more fries in just want a quarter pounder with cheese nonpickles no onion. Never been so hard before ever. Otherwise it was great.

It's the only mcdonalds close to my house.they mess up something on my order every single time. This is how my burger was wrapped. And it's not even what I ordered. The pimple popping teens in the back need to pay attention.
