Pretty large setup with clean toilets and children’s play area.

Food was okay, fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was bland and with no chocolate flavour.

Service was fine, staff was active and helpful.

While waiting for our food we were witness to who appeared to be a supervisor berating and loudly arguing with the employees who were preparing the food. When we did eventually receive our food after waiting while this person continuously argued and put down an employee, this person then proceeded to pack the wrong items in our order. It seems as though they were more focused on putting down an employee than on their job of consolidating and handing out orders.
Great job to the employees who were able to put up with this persons attitude and anger in front of guests.

Went through the drive through on August 10,2023 and got two vanilla ice coffees and two waters. Total was over $10 and was charged almost $7 for two ice coffees despite it being summer drink days. Typically I pay $4.20 for two vanilla ice coffees because they are “$1.50 all summer long”. When I brought it up at the window that it should have been $4.20 for the two ice coffee for summer drink days and she told me that it was only if we had the mobile app and gave a code we could have gotten them for that. Not impressed and not true there summer drink days.

I have ordered their food over 100 times and have also dined in, and this is by far the best McDonald's in town.

Went through the drive through pretty late in the evening with a larger order, the man serving me was very pleasant. He even apologized for the wait time which wasn’t long at all. All my food was hot and made proper. Very impressed:)

Went through the drive thru And was repeatedly told to park where someone was already parked and if that wasn’t enough waited over 30 minutes while getting two wrong orders finally went inside to get a refund and then they were able to get the order right. I will never ever go back there, what a gong show.

Maybe the first time in my life I pull up to a drive thru speaker and get no service whatsoever. The place wasn't busy, and it turns out they were still serving the other lane. After waiting a minute or two and seeing the other people being helped I didn't have any more time to waste, so I pulled through the nearly empty drive thru where they allowed the driver in front of me (who had arrived after me) to waste an additional 30 seconds making small talk with the attendant after he'd already recieved his coffee.

On another occasion this location has given me a single quarter pounder when I'd ordered a double, but I didn't find out until I left.

Staff is very nice but the food is hardly ever done correctly. More often than not there is missing ingredients on the burgers. Save yourself the disappointment & go to the McDonald’s in the Walmart down the road or the A&W close by.

Keep reading to understand. I placed a mobile order on the app, which has some serious concerns. When I got there the app wouldn’t let me check it because it is designed in a stalkery way. When I went in to get my order by talking to someone they weren’t able to retrieve the order, and it became apparent their system had gone down. Management made sure that they got my order from me and got it made so that I could have my items despite the problems between the app and the system going down. I am VERY pleased with the response of this location to these problems.

Horrible service, poorly trained staff.

I ran in here on a Saturday morning it was a touch busy but I ordered a iced coffee at the till right away. Almost 10 min later I still never got my coffee. People who came in and ordered after me were getting full trays of breakfast, my order number had disappeared from the screen. They just kept telling me its coming. I ended up leaving after 10 min with no coffee even though I paid for it. Perhaps a coffee line for this McDonald's

I ordered 3 junior chicken, one MC chicken and one habanero Mc chicken. But when i reached home i found 5 junior chicken because these guys packed junior chicken in boxes of MC chicken and habanero mcchicken. I don’t know why they don’t take their work seriously.

Been here many times, food and people are fine, but the service is slower than continental drift. The drive thru is usually stacked up 6 or 8 deep, both lanes, during off-peak hours. If you're looking for something quicker, both A&W and Tim's is across the street. If the coffee wasn't so good here, I wouldn't come at all.

They messed up my order called them they said come back and we will fix it. They said they can deliver but I have to pay delivery fee. You messed up my order why do I have to come back our pay delivery you messed up not me. If you can't do your job let someone who can do it.

If they didn't take so long to make food in the morning, I would stop more than once a month.longer than 10 -15 minutes is no longer fast food.people in the morning usually don't have that much time to spare.

I went through the drive through today around 6 pm ordered 2 iced frapés. I was asked to pull over to the side. I waited a few minutes, worker brought one drink out. I told her I ordered two and she went back. I waited another few minutes and she came out with a drink that was not mixed and only 3 quarters full and the cup had drink mixture on the outside and was sticky. I asked why it wasn't full and let her know the cup is dirty, she replied with " that's just how they made it" then she rolled her eyes and asked me if I want another one as if I was really getting on her nerves. At this point I didn't even want the drink anymore because I had a long day at work and honestly was really looking forward to having a little treat, but the whole experience was very disappointing. For someone who spent years in customer service I find this very annoying, because I was being very nice and calm about it and instead of just replacing the drink or AT LEAST saying sorry or something I was treated as if I was the one who did something wrong.

There should be no reason to make someone pull up the the reserved spots at 3 am when drive thru is completely empty. It will save your staff a walk and make them seem not so anti social. Don't even want to eat my food because it felt off.
No loud music. No smoking. And no passengers being loud.

Service is good, they don't always get it right, don't like coffee grounds in my cup. I am a big boy I can handle mistakes, this is just a reminder to do your quality checking.

I went there to get some food for the family, when I went through the drive threw he first tells me cash only so I left and got some cash. Came back and ordered 4 double cheese, big mac, 10 piece nugget and a large coffee but when I first said 4 double cheese he said there is only one staff so it will take a while but that's ok, I continued with the above order. He then says with the 4 double cheese? I said yes and he said that would take 10 to 15 mins and I said ok and asked if he wanted me to go somewhere else, then he answered no I would like you to get less food! There was no one in the drive threw, I will be calling his manager in the morning! September 9th 2: 00 am

Parked too many vehicles. Waited 10-15 minutes just for 10 nuggets and fries. Even 3 vehicles parked after us got food before us.

Only Mcdonalds I have ever been to where the food is consistently hot. Very quick service. If only the customers knew how ordering worked or had an idea of what they want before pulling up. Almost like they should walk inside instead of holding up people who know what they want.

Got ice cream and nuggets and fries it was all did you know they do kid cones? I didn't until my mom told me which were still too big for my boys but smaller than their normal which was great! Pretty fast, fresh food, service with a smile was all goods

Pretty good place. You can dine in now. Service was a bit slow and they forgot my iced coffee, but no big deal, as I wasn't in a rush. While I was in there some dude lost his mind cause they screwed up his order and he was allergic to something in it. He would have had serial buttplosions all night long. I think the service was slow because there was a big line up in the drive through.

One employee was over the top disrespectful and rude. I recommend whoever it was to stay in the back where you belong. I'll never go there again and I sure hope the attitude changes

Horrible, waited for our order only to get the wrong chicken burgers with cold bacon. They increase prices as packaging gets smaller for gross food, not worth it anymore

Placed an order through skip the dish, order was so wrong, not the first time they messed up my order via drive through or skip.

Mostly awesome, except I find a lot of errors when you are changing up things. Like no lettuce on a big mac, etc. THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE EXTRA SAUCES YOU PAID FOR!

I'm sorry, but this mcdonalds is disgusting for one reason and one reason only A GROTESQUE
EMPLOYEE NAMED AUGUST. She is the most foul being I have ever met, extremely rude and unprofessional on so many levels. I have had multiple acquaintances tell me that this particular person wasn't professional and I seriously think you should consider ending this person's employment IMMEDIATELY. This store would be much better without her. Other than that, have a great day.

I got the food from this location last week. The French fries was stale and old. The staff always mopped wherever I stand while I waited for my food. Some staffs are a bit rude and I just hate going there to grab the food as skip myself. I feel like they treat different between customer and skip person. The parking lot is hard to find except if you order through mobile and wait in your car.

I just order coffee and junior chicken and went to the window for payment. I wanted to pay some with cash and some amount with cards. I gave her change and was waiting for card payment and the way she said you give me time for counting. I did like that kind a rudeness. I went there around 7 pm today I do not want mention her name.

This location has some poor scheduling when it comes to the rush hours of the day. Seriously, the drive thru gets insanely packed!

If I could make this ZERO stars, I would. My Mum and I stopped in to pick up a happy meal and a snack at this location 2 days ago. I went inside myself and watched as the staff were preparing orders. I was SHOCKED to see a heavy-set food runner grab orders from the hot station, go through the store to the back door touching the door handles and surfaces on the way out and again coming back in, wiping her greasy hands on her backside, and go back to start filling bags with orders not ONCE washing her hands between at least 5 orders of food that she ran out to waiting vehicles. This was the ONLY place we made a stop to in a long time as we have an immunocompromised elder in our home, and we have to be super vigilant.
Currently, 5 of the 7 people in our home are quarantining as we're in the midst of dealing with a rampant stomache flu. We do not go to any stores or have any contact with anyone else but the people in our home with the exception of grocery shopping (which I did myself at the end of January for our 2 week shop). Almost all of us in our home has contracted it, and the only time we had left the house was to go and pick up a snack from MacDonalds as a treat. Needless to say, we will never go back to this restaurant. I wish I would have spoken up about it right then and there as I have little doubt that whatever virus we caught came from this restaurant. We are NOT impressed.

I just ordered the chicken nuggets meal with the skip the dishes. This was the second time they forgot to give me straw. I don’t how they guys are forgetting every time and it’s also happened with my friend.

This McDonalds is best restaurant in town. People need to appreciated the staffs here more often. They were open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year thru out this Pandemic. Their service is the best in town and the food is always fresh. The part time kids try their best and this is their first job. Maybe People need to think about when they first job experience and stop commenting and being harsh to these kids.

The McDonald's in town is very poor. The last half dozen times through the drive through they have gotten my order wrong in a half a dozen ways! Food is mediocre in the way it is prepared and served. You would think that a business would get better to try and keep customers through the pandemic but this store is getting worse.

As much as i like food the staff's organization and lack of care at this place is horrendous. I keep going because of how much i enjoy the food but man is it annoying when they mess up your order ALL the time. I always order large fries and at least half the time they give me small instead of large. I always order plain double cheeseburgers and today when i ordered one they put plain hamburger and said why does it say plain hamburger but i guess she didn't hear me so when i finally got to the window after NO ONE MOVING FOR 10 MINUTES I said hey i ordered a plain double cheeseburger not a hamburger and they said oh sorry about that i will fix it and then i get to the window to get my food and there's no one behind me but they still make me pull up and park and wait for my food.at this point i was mad but i was hopeful they would bring my correct order out which they DID NOT! They brought me a hamburger, NOT EVEN A PLAIN ONE.thankfully the girl came right back out with the actual burger i ordered which was a plain double cheeseburger, but was i ever furious.this is not the first time i've been this furious at this mcdonalds, they always forget straws, ketchup, there's been no ice in my pop or a only half filled pop, no salt on fries, sometimes the people at the drive through won't say nothing to you they just stick out the machine or hand u the food without even looking at you.like i get thats its mcdonalds but JEEZ STEP IT UP! AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU SOMEWHAT CARE. THE STAFF HERE CLEARLY DON'T! This makes me wonder how clean they are being if they have this much lack of care.might have to stop going to this mcdonalds.this is getting ridiculous.

Not a good experience, worker who was an older female was rude, not friendly in any way. Food was cold, especially fries. They did replace the fries, so that was positive.

For the most part it was Clean and friendly staff. Wasnt alot of customer in link but waited really long each time i had visited.

If i could give no stars i would. First time going to this Mcdonalds.it will be my last. Horrible customer service. The lady who served me was snappy and rude. I paid for a large 10 mcnugget meal with a coke. I also ordered a large fries and a sugar free vanilla iced coffee. What I received is 2 medium fries and 10 nuggets. I had to then argue with the snappy lady that i ordered drinks and she said that i didn't order this. They also gave me the wrong sauce despite me telling them i wanted BBQ I paid for everything i ordered and she would not budge to give me what i ordered. She wouldn't even give me a straw. I am very disappointing in the way i was treated today. I will not be back.

Three trips of waiting 20+ minutes (33 minutes last time) with items still being wrong or drinks being missing. Not to mention blatant disrespect from employees on the inside.
