5 Stars as the staff who are usually working drive thru in the morning, they are amazing. But 1 star to the new gentleman this morning who handed me a coffee and said "1 Black coffee. " I let him know I had ordered a double double - he said "Oh yes, this is a double double. " I trusted him and drove off. It was a black coffee, so thank you for lying to me.
Staff were friendly, and the fries were hot and salty. My sisters Root Beer exploded however, and my chicken burgers lettuce was old and bitter. They also made us pay for mayonnaise, which some locations do, but it is always irritating.
The food was a little cold and they put to much salt on the fries and the put the wrong burger in my bag so be sure to say fresh food and check your orders!
Worst McDonalds in the city by far. 20 minutes tk pick up phone order. 5 people in drive thru behind me left due to length of time waiting. Do not go here, you wull get trapped in the drive thru. Very quick & polite service each time I’ve been there over the past month which has been a ton. My order is somewhat “complicated” for a lot of the other locations around Alberta. For some reason the order is made wrong more than 50% of the time especially if ordered through a drive thru. So far so good - it’s been cold and no fork in bag a few times but otherwise no complaints. Thank you for the great service McDonalds!

I don’t understand when ordering from Ubereats and you Order a breakfast combo the hash brown that comes with the meal gets missed. Poor service on the restaurant side double check the bags before sealing it. Or is that too much work and too complicated I work in fast food and it’s not that complicated the menu doesn’t change.
Had to drop a star on this for one simple reason; a lack of acknowledgement. Walked in, was looked at multiple times, until finally someone came over and took care of my order. Other than that, everything went well, order was correct and food was hot.
After many times coming here and always having something wrong with our order I decided to write a review. I really don't know how you can get a coffee wrong when all I asked for was 2 cream. I thought it was a simple request. It seems like this place cannot understand simple requests.
Ordering from this mcdonalds is like pulling teeth, they never hear me, they interrupt while im talking, have to repeat myself three or four times, and then its like 50/50 that they actually get the order right, except there is one young guy who works there who never has any issues.
Laughable experience enjoyed with two other customers who also had a terrible experience. First, our hashbrowns were literal dust, my fiancé crumbled them on the counter and asked all 4 be replaced. Then, the custo.er behind us ordered an order of 3 pancakes and got 9! They wouldn't give him his money back, and the guy in the drive thru came back twice all in a 20 minute span.
Com on people drive thru is OK if they listen or understand you the inside is not the place I would eat there bathrooms are disgusting not being mean just want you to know but not all mcdonald's are like this. Regards to all you great people.
Service is fine, but they always seem to take forever on random things: wait 5 minutes for a milkshake here, wait 7 minutes for fries there. In drive thru, I have had to "pull ahead and wait" almost every single time I've gone to this location, and I've never had the 2-minute service that is common at most other McDonald's locations. I wouldn't be enthusiastic to promote this location, but I wouldn't advise against it either. It's not (quite) enough of a hassle to make it worthwhile to go to another location.
You always need to check what's in your bag. They always forget sauces, straws, napkins etc. I ordered a bacon and egg Mcmuffin and it came with mustard and ketchup on the bun without even asking. They used to be good but the past year is really hit and miss.
Only if I could give 0 stars. Service was horrible, waited over 15min to get the food after I paid. Food was thrown into the bag, burgers, fries and nuggets were not in the box/wrappers. And had multiple items that were wrongWent back to be told that the manager (the guy who gave me the bags) that he packed the bags himself and everything was placed property in the bag.
Spend 35$ on food. Gets charged for a condiment to go on my fries. Never again. I understand charging for mcchicken sauce when someone only orders McChicken sauce but when I spend 35plus dollars I shouldn't be charged for 50 cents in condiments.
Greedy location. Everything else is, well, it's a McDonald's. Surprised to be charged for extra condiments on a $13 burger meal. Good thing there's a million other locations; I won't be back. I sincerely hope your location slowly asphyxiates from your greed. Edmonton doesn't need a place like yours, grinding as much money as they can from consumers - especially not during a pandemic. Shame on you.
I'm not a big fan of fast food or big corporations but have to give McDonald's credit because everyone that works there is always very friendly. McDonald's is one of the few places who is respectful to homeless people and also to construction workers like myself.
Since McDonald's has stopped give ketchup packs out I asked for some. And still never got any even had to wait for fresh fries. ️ How an I suppose to eat my large fries without ketchup!
"24 hour service" is not true at this location, and apparently other locations as well. I went to two McDonalds locations this evening and both drive thru's were closed despite being advertised as 24 hour. It's not a huge deal but they really should not be advertising that if they cannot carry it out.
BIG FAIL FOR SUPERVISOR/MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING MORNING OF NOV 20.i ordered a coffee and a banana muffin yesterday and they gave me blueberry muffin which I do not like and did not eat. Mistakes can happen. Went there again this morning ordered the same thing and told them what had happened the previous day thinking they would probably offer a free muffin today for their mistake. The kid at the first window wanted to do it but his supervisor told him I was to bring the muffin back yesterday. Yea, I picked it up on my way to work, now I get to work look in bag and its wrong, i'm gonna take time off work to go all the way back with the muffin, time and gas? Manager on duty could have kept a customer happy with something that would have cost them about $. 25 but instead decided to save the company that $. 25. SMART.back to Timmy's.
No one around except me trying to get a coffee. Employee was way to concerned about SKIP THE DISHES orders coming in on the tablet than me a paying customer in front of him. Not impressed with this location.
The service was very poor. I wait for my coffee and bagels for 13 minutes and when I ask for that no one apologize for that, he just said ‘ I know we forget to make bagels’.
One of the most unkept restaurants I've been in. Almost all the tables were filthy, the beverage dispensing area had hardened ketchup stuck on it, there was garbage on the floor, the light fixtures over the tables contained dust and other debris. There was a total of 7 customers in the building, so it was not busy and not one employee was keeping the restaurant clean.
One of the terminals for placing your own order was broken and there wasn't even an out of order sign on it even though the staff told us they knew it was broken.
They have 24 hrs signs all over the building but it's not open 24 hours.
Waited afew minutes to be waited on. Closing time was 8 o'clock and we were there at 7: 45. It seemed the staff were hoping we would leave by ignoring us. Lately I am finding fast food places inept and uninterested.
I bought a medium coffee and wanted to scan my card to get my sticker on the app and they were sooooo mean about it, and fought me that it had to be done before you pay, she pretty much shoved the machine in my car window as soon as I pulled up and didnt give me a chance to scan before I payed.so when i asked her to scan the card, they were so rude. Poor customer service.
They would not fill up my travel mug with coffee. They insisted that it was a health and safety issue and that I had to fill my own mug out of a paper cup which I then threw right into the garbage. This is the only McDonalds I have visited that has had this problem. Coffee was lukewarm.
This is the only McDonald's I go to that charges for their sauces and from some one who knows the cost of a full box of sauce they are making a 30$profit on a whole box. Also the service was garbage they are very rude and food was made incorrectly
