Very friendly staff, had a car problem in the parking lot with the cold and the manager came out quickly and asked us to come in and offered drinks; very much appreciated when having a bad day

Food & service is great.my Son enjoyed his McCrispy chicken sandwich combo & I enjoyed my McDo quarter pounder with cheese combo for late lunch all for under $20 using my mailed-in McDo coupons.

Play place does not open until 11. This is not advertised anywhere. We made a special trip here just for the play place and my kids left in tears because they adamantly refused to open it. It’s in a separate area and not a disruption to other customers so this makes no sense. Very upset by this experience.

This McDonald's used to be great. Just this past year I've gotten moldy napkins, soggy chicken fingers, and the bathroom in the play place smells horrendous. It used to be a cleaner place, it's filthy now. I wish it would improve. The quality and the attention to detail was why this was our favorite McDonald's which just isn't the case anymore.

Yet another absolutely PATHETIC mcshittys that shouldn't be open. Stand at the counter being ignored for minutes on end, some guy comes to a til and asks the lady behind me to take her order, never even makes eye contact or asks if I have been helped. Should be 0 stars

They have a playhouse, we have a grandson, that pretty much tells the story. The place is clean and the staff are friendly

I was in the drive thru today for my coffees, at the pick up window an XL black coffee was passed to me and I accepted the coffee by grasping the side as shown in MacD literature This method works well providing one key step is taken by the people preparing the coffee the lid must be firmly in place. The lid being locked is a very important part of the stabilization of the sides of the cup. I ended up with hot black coffee all over me and the interior of my car. This was 1 of 2 of my coffees. When I yelled out as the hot coffee burned my hand and legs the young lady on the window closed the window. I had to tell out to have her open the window, take the coffee back and ask for some napkins. Then she closed the window again. Then the window opened and she passed the coffee to me, I could see a manager looking at me from behind the girl but then she ducked back out of sight. I suggested they have someone check that the lids were firmly in place be the item is passed to the customer. I did not go inside as I was due at an appointed and had to return home to wash up and change my clothes, clean the interior of my car. This is the 2nd time in as many months this has occurred.

Hash browns were cold and gross, the junior chicken patty looked about an hour older than what it should have been held for (which I know cause I used to work at McDonald's) and it was cold. The griddles were hot, but paired with cold chicken is just eh.

The girl at the drive thru window completely ignored a question I asked, and slammed the window in my face. They also got my order completely wrong.

I hate being asked to pull up.ever. I'll wait for my food. Asked to pull up for a coffee.

How does this place manage your give you a cold, stale burger AT LUNCH TIME? !? !? ! How is that possible, you know you're supposed to turn the heating element ON right. I visit a McDonald's maybe once every 10 years and this place made me realize why. Will probably be another 20 years before I set foot in another one.

It has been a while since I've ordered food from here. It's usually really good. Last nite did not disappoint. My burger and fries were both piping hot at 7pm. Glad I went!

McDonalds app needs fixing. Ordered some food last week, paid and picked up.no issue, so I thought. Went to pick up some food and my previous order was still "in the bag". I proceeded to delete everything and start a new order. Spent some time selecting all the item my wife and kids requested, double checked the order and hit pay. Pull up to the drive thru and give them my order number. I thought everything was good. Pull up to second window and they start giving me everything from my order a week ago.nothing they could do they said, order was already processed? I had to reorder, repay, redrivethru and then had items that nobody wanted.fix your app cause I'm pretty sure it double charged me my points as well.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Pretty sure the franchise made the sausage patty smaller now. Pretty soon they'll have to call it a sausage strip, cuz it's nearly as thin as bacon! It's thinner than a drink lid now, just like the burger in the big Mac, which is definitely thinner than a drink lid

Typical McDonald's. Priority given to drive through or Skip the Dishes. Super greasy McDoubles. Self serve kiosk wouldn't read my credit card. Nice staff. It's so average but you know you'll come back

Had a very nice drive-thru interaction, staff member was very friendly, big smile and welcoming.

Unbelievable, staff member slammed straw in my hand at drive through. Sad to see how angry this young girl is. Clearly management needs to treat people better. Will never be back to this location.

I can only give this location 2 stars because everytime I've been there, they have forgotten something and when I get home, it too late. Double check your order always. Last time I stopped here, they forgot my double cheeseburger.

Not sure what happened Wednesday night, the burgers were super dry, fries were soggy and cold, the only thing that was any good was the cone.must have been an off night, as I've had excellent food here in the past.

Terrible customer service I found a long black curly hair in my food and went to go complain and got a new burger but then I got approached by the manger and was very rude cussing at me calling me a liar saying I planted this hair for free food

Missing hash browns from the meals I purchased today. Didn't realize until I got home. Something is missing almost every time I go to this location.

Probably one of the best mcdonalds Ive been to in awhile. Food was fresh fries where warm and the order was correct. If I'm ever feeling mcdonalds Ill probably be coming to this one

Absolutely horrendous service tonight. Server was rude when taking my drive thru order, called her out on the attitude, which seemed to change it a bit. They were out of fries! They take 4 min to cook, but they were out? Ordered a coke, 3 mcdoubles and a junior chicken, received 1 mcdouble that was stale meat, and 2 quarter pound burgers were on mcdouble buns that were disgusting and stale instead of making new burgers. The junior chicken was ok. I have never had such awful experience. Go to the a&w, not worth your money at this location! Waited 20 minutes for garbage!

I was the only one in the line and they still somehow mess up my order and gave me a big mac and large fries instead of a mcdouble meal. How.

Inattentive, rude staff and incredibly bad service both late night and during the day. Incorrect orders, cold fries, low quality everything… Brutal location, avoid unless necessary.

Pretty good for a McDonald's. It gets pretty busy here, so can be a bit of a lineup. Friendly staff.

Avoid this place at night, 9/10 times, they're gonna give you stale food. Especially, fries & poutine.

Came to the drive thru at 2am so understandably workers should be given grace cause they’re working a late night shift, but the lady with glasses taking our order was straight up swearing on the headset and could not have been any more rude - big yikes and terrible service

Great favorites were served freshly cooked. French fries were always awesome. Spacious parking space. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

Only had a bagel egg/BLT breakfast sandwich at this location. A touch messy how put together but good classic breakfast fare. Fast service.

Staff are more concerned with shooting you through the drive thru instead of being polite or getting your order correct.

Bad management asked why every day they keep charging me different prices for the exact same meal I just asked if prices went up all management can say is have a good day rudely I asked again and she said have a good day and walks away this is a poor McDonald's that makes everybody look bad bad management and this was a manager female

Rude staff they make u wait forever when u walk in to order. Have an old lady at the counter who yells you hear mangers yells at staff

Ordered a seriously chicken sandwich and two Oreo and skor mcflurries. Got a cheese burger and fries with two oreo mcflurries. Can't win

I went there to get a quarter pounder BLT. Got out of the city for my 2hr drive home and found NO burger patty. How can I have a quarter pounder with no quarter pound of meat on it?

Drive thru is pretty efficient! Not too terribly long waits! Sometimes they get a little mixed up on orders and sometimes the ‘sandwiches’ are a little sloppy. But usually a friendly interaction!

Decent location, definitely lacks durning the later hours with long wait times and such but is to be expected. Coffee's are hit and miss in the morning due to frequency

Great quick service through the drive thru however the one double quarter pounder I got was put together sloppy and it tasted more greasy than fresh.

The fries were old (shrunken and lifeless) and cold. Coffee was on the cool side.but the service was fast and they gave me extra ketchup which was nice.the server was friendly. I'd give a 5 star but I really like my fries and the fries were disgusting.this Macdonalds could learn a thing or two about French fries from Swiss Chalet. Swiss Chalet has best fries I've ever had from a restaurant.

Poor customer service when placing an order not good night time needs more work on customer service. When asking for a straw give the customer the straw not very happy as I was very thirsty due to the Heat.
