McDonald's

Came at breakfast time. All food and drink I ordered was hot and fresh. I’d like to thanks Kim and Shane for the exceptional service.

If you plan to go inside then you will need to wait in order to receive service as they focus on drive thru customers first.

Their drive thru is super slow. I went there around 6pm on a Sunday and waited for half an hour to get my order.

Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin. There was no egg on it. Just sausage. And it cost more than the regular egg McMuffin which has both the egg and ham. If we were not already on the road would have gone back. Be eh disappointed

Went and had breakfast there. The staff member running the counter had no clue what the orders were to stay or go. Seen many customers come back to the counter with wrong orders. I sat on the sofa and there were French fries stuck to the back wall and leaned over and seen garbage and dust bunnies behind the sofa.

What a complete waste of my time. Terrible and disorganized staff. Got my order wrong 3 times and took 45 minutes. Avoid at all costs

Doesn't matter how I order, in person, app, whatever, I have missing or wrong items. Every other order something seems to be missing.

Extremely slow service and disappointing food. After a 35 minute wait I was finally given my order which included cold hot chocolate and cold pancakes and was missing items.

I like the new renovation here, but I also miss the old setting. A mixed feeling. For services, it was always long queue in the past. But now it's a bit messy with people all standing around the pick up desk without knowing who's next. The ticket numbers just disappeared before the ordered foods were ready. Staff were working very hard, but it seemed to be under staff. I hope there'll be improvements at our next visit.

Something is continously wrong with the pop. Most of the time it's watered down - today was it warm. Frustrating! Please fix this.

Just did drive thru so I can't say much for atmosphere, everything went smooth, quick and accurate!

Their food is some what fresh if ordered through the app but other than that if you go to the drive through 8/10 the food they give you is not fresh at all, it’s hard, dry, and just overall bad quality. I recommend ordering on the app if you are planning on going to this location.

Nicer decaf than Tims or A&W.
Still have a third left of the large, for two dollars it's a bargain!

So, it's 12: 15am on a Friday Night at McDonald's Crowfoot. Ok I expected a line, but I didn't expect it not to move for 28 minutes. After working 14 hours with no food willing to wait.

Once I got to the window, a big young fella was working the window. With ZERO customer service. He didn't even apologize for the wait.instead he was rude impatient and i had to tell him thanks for coming, have a good night, all of the above and he rolled his eyes at me. Being in customer service I was furious he even had a job. So I drive off and check my food out. Well my fries were half full and my burger had zero lettuce on it, it was cold as ice and to boot I waited over 42 mins with not even a word spoken by the McDonald employee.

Thanks for ruining my night.

Ordered some food with my sister which included the bts meal and we ordered the sauces and it didnt come with it? Also had an egg mcmuffin missing.if youre this lazy you dont even deserve minimum wage lol.

They forgot my sauce for my nuggets! So disappointed when I got home. Commmmme onnnnn people! I give 2 stars because my fries were hot.

Very busy at noon. Be aware you might have a hard time getting in and out of the parking lot.
Food was fast and service was good.

Counter service is non existent. I waited over 10 min for a cup for my mobile order. More than once. I even asked if anyone was covering the counter and not one person even acknowledged me or anyone else at the counter.

It’s a McDonalds and sometimes you just need a Big Mac, or Fries… or McNuggets, (ok stop stop… write the review Dave!). Staff are friendly and service is usually quick and accurate. I’ve been using the curb side pickup lately, but note that option is closed later at night.

Worst customer service ever, the guy at the window was SO RUDE even though he was the one that got our order wrong. He told us to go to the pull ahead stalls and wait for our food and then didn’t come back out with the rest of it. He wouldn’t talk to us or repeat our order to make sure we had everything. I work in customer service and I would never treat people the way he treated us. Literally go to any other McDonald’s. Also our food was cold.

Food quality, service, and wait times are never consistent. Going to McDonalds is always a gamble. But for some reason we keep coming back.
Probably because of " convenience". Or in my case mostly because of my kids.
There increasingly limited menu option is probably great for business, but oh I miss so many things, from the sandwiches they once had, to the Angus burger.

Frustrating incredibly frustrating. Two days in a row they have gotten my order wrong. Seriously a McGriddle looks different then a McMuffin honestly make sure you open your sandwiches because they will mess it up guaranteed. I will be seriously considering whether I go back.

Ordered mc chicken with double the sauce and in return got no sauce on the sandwich and the sandwich was stale. Had to throw that in the garbage. Staff is very unprofessional as nobody knows how to make a simple sandwich. Highly disappointed by the quality of food and service.

Very disappointed, it appears the staff is way too rushed to get your food at the drive thru. First they forgot an item. Once I got home I opened the new "habanero" chicken and the pictures will show how disappointing this new sandwich is, it comes with no. Sauce, and the lettuce comes around the sandwich, not inside it. Regardless I proceeded to eat it, the bun must have been 5 days old it was hard and crunchy (I thought these never went bad?)

The cashier (who is usually very friendly) was abrupt. I got a freshly brewed coffee & the atmosphere was good. A clean place that sanitizes regularly.

McDonald's is still making great, quick, yummy burgers. They also do a very good job keeping us safe during this pandemic.

Do not waste your time
. Keep driving. Has to be the worst McDonald's in the city. Always something wrong/missing. Apathetic staff who cannot follow orders and the food is not even close to fresh. Maybe that is just the McDonald's way now though? Regardless, any other option would be a better one.

I live right close to this location and not only are they rude but they can’t seem to ever get a orders right there’s always something missing!

Worst customer service ever.
Never have I ever visited McDonald's where it takes 5 minutes to make a Cheeseburger meal. When I asked them how come it took so long but no answer and turned around and went back after the staff heard what I said. Just didn't seem to care about my presence.

UNSANITARY! Employee walks in, NO MASK! RIGHT BY THE FOOD! Plus! Stood inside for 10 min. Workers ignored anyone waiting at the counter, and that included skip the dishes. Drive Thru was backed up, looked like no staff on. Avoid avoid avoid!

I can’t even remember the amount of times this branch has missed items from orders. It’s to the point where we go to branches further away as we just expect sometime to be wrong.

This was a terrible experience today. I used the app to order 3 meals for my kids thinking it would be faster. Waited for 23 minutes in stall number 5 while I watched the drive through people come and go, about 20 skip the dishes drivers pick stuff up and leave. Finally I phoned the restaurant from inside from my car. They were apologetic but they were still completely useless. I even had gone in but there were no people available to talk to. I could have slaughtered a cow and made a burger faster than this McDonald’s. I’d give it 0 stars if that rating was available. Don’t waste your time here. Worst McDonald’s in the world. I will never go there again and recommend people go to any other McDonald’s than go to this one.

Horrible fat inducing, cancer causing, greasy, food-like products. The coffees and teas are very good and the only items that get my money. Good customer service as well. Bathrooms could get cleaned more regularly (there was a dirty maxi in the floor).

I usually don’t bother reviewing fast food, but seriously. Missing burgers, wrong burgers, they just can’t seem to get it right.
