Super gross place! Unhelpful staff, have no knowledge about anything. Cold food, hot soda. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Stay away management is crazy bad all round worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the city

I rarely order from here on Skip the dishes but every time I do, the food is poorly prepared and I have had items missing on more than one occasion. Serious lack of quality from employees at this location.

No English speaking counterperson.gave the wrong order, didn't understand our request

Except one or two all the others are the Worst staff.they are busy in talking, laughing and joking around and so they pack the order super slow.even it takes so long for them to take the order. There priority is not customers. They take all the time in world no matter how many people are waiting for them. Rude people and do not recommend going here.

I just called the Westbrook McDonald's to inquire about this Grimace Milkshake. She couldn't answer the simple question if it's available in Canada or not. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Think I'll go and give her a piece of my mind. Nah.just wont ever go again. Lost customer

Can be a long wait for your order at times. Food is what you would expect from McDonald's.

Employees will act like they’ve been working there forever but make a woman wait 10 minutes to ORDER. Not only do they not understand what extra onions means, but when i pay extra for cheese and they proceeded to tell at me saying unecessary things. Never go here unless you want wrong, and cold food

It feels like McDonald’s all over Calgary are in competition which one could be the worst. This one lost my receipt and kept me waiting 20 mins for a coffee. I was in front of the counter whole time, and they didn’t even bother to ask if they could help me in any way. And there’s this brown girl server who bypassed other customers in line to help another brown guy.

The McDonald’s chicken big Mac sandwich is disgusting way too much lettuce way too much sauce. Don’t waste your money on it.

Order 2 cheese burgers with xtra onions and xtra cheese. Got 2 burgers with barely any onions and one piece of cheese. Went up to ask them to fix it and THEY SHOWED IT TO ME THEN JUST GAVE IT BACK.
Had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they like to ignore customers at the counter.
Turn that turnover rate up because you need it for this store.

Good was good, service was a little slow it was really busy and could have used another set of hands.

Terrible unhelpful and rude staff paired with poor selection of food compared to a regular McDonald's. Go to the McDonald's on 17th instead it's slightly better

This locations always a mess. Tables don't get cleaned regularly. Staff are rude and lazy.

Easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The fries were absolutely disgusting, likely because of old fryer oil. The service wasn't too great either. Oh, and did I mention it's more expensive than a regular McDonald's?

Gross, if you're an employee on break or done for the day don't stand infront of the cash register playing on your phone, especially if you're still touching food.not sure why it took 15 minutes to get my order in? Especially when you have staff not working still in the kitchen

Waiting too long, they didn't follow the numbers the number behind was going first we have to wait around 40 minutes! Afterwards remind them they found our list was move at the back so the new list always come up first! Too bad!

Don't know why drive through is always more important than people at the counter. I've waited 10 minutes before someone even came to check on the front counter.

Dirty and unorganized. Staff needs to stop touching their face while preparing customers food. Garbage over flowing. No one is cleaning

Every time I come and whatever time it is, all the tables are dirty. They should hire more staff

I hate that my food is collected without gloves, but with bare hands. I don't know if the hands are clean or they took something? Now there are a lot of diseases in the world, or does the company have no money?

I had good service, though one worker was showing her unhappiness at a customer passive-aggressively. Food was good, fries could use more salt.

Paid for a double Big Mac, got a single. When I showed them, they slapped to Pattie’s on top. No minion toys, and horrible wait time with very little people at the restaurant.

They are not organized at all! I ordered two happy meals, they started serving people who ordered after us until I asked them to bring my order! I don’t like this location at all!
I got my order after 45 minute

The machines don't even have ice, I was so hot an needed to cool off, got warm coffee instead lol

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, everything I ordered tasted like cardboard, the place is dirty, flies everywhere. How the health board hasn’t shut this place down yet is definitely another question worth asking.

I'm very disappointed with their service. On the 15th July 2022 I rushed to get there at 10pm an hour before they close to order food for my night shift and I was told they're only selling cold drink! You might as well change your operating hours to 10pm then, if you won't bother making food an hour before closing a WHOLE HOUR! I'd understand if it was 15 minutes. So disappointed.

This has got to be one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Out of the 3 orders from my group they got 2 wrong and took ages to fix. Not only that, but my McChicken just looked disgusting. Couldn’t finish.

I know the bar is always set really low at McDonalds but this one…. Just wow

They should seriously hire more staffs.nobody is taking the order for 15 minutes.good they have kiosks.

Tried to order mc griddles. Girl didn't know what I was talking about and called someone over. Said it was easier to order it on the kiosk as it's not on their till. We'll it wasn't on the kiosk either. I ordered 2 combos with 2 hash browns each only received a total of 2 hashbrowns. Not sure if this was because she was moe concerned about hooking her coworker up the the next patron. Asking him if he was single then calling her friend over. I had chosen table service however they won't bring it to your table.

You can hear the staff in the back calling each other constantly and I even heard cursing. There are 2 bags of garbage just sitting on the side of the mostly empty eating area.

Terrible experience

The manager it good at her job fixing the mistakes of the cashier, and the cashier doesn't listen fully to customers.

From dirty tables to lack of service and all of the above. My gf and I have been here many times and this is what we have noticed.

Lack of receipts in the self order machines.
Will not do table service (option available but staff is lazy)

Had a superb time! The burger's were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy and the service was impeccable. This is without a doubt, the highest standard McDonald's and all other branches should take notes. Will be back soon!

Typical McDonalds. Go here if you hate your life or just need some cheap food to distract you from how much your children hate you

This will be my second time reviewing this location but from my experience and the food quality calls for me to review again. I love the food it never disappoints! And the staff are amazing! I'd recommend this place to all my friends!

This is my McDonald's to go to. The management and staff are trying their best to make it work everytime eventhough they're short-handed. I hope the owners will give them a little credit

The place is amazing, and the employees are really friendly. Absolutely loved the service, especially the iced coffees!

Amazing place to eat, service was great i especially enjoy how clean they've been keeping the lobby lately!

The ice barely works. The waiting area is crowded. Most of the sodas don't work when we go there. It's pretty dirty in general. The staff seem sooooo miserable, genuinely they seem angry at you almost every time. Whatever management is doing to them, I don't envy them. I don't even feel comfortable coming here and dred when my partner wants nuggets while we're shopping. I feel like I'm supporting an evil regime.

Food takes forever to come out usually too. It's McDonald's so I won't Comment on quality.

The service in this McDonald's has always been horrendous. You can wait up to 30 minutes for your order. I was hoping it might have improved over the last 2 years, it hasn't.

Stopped by for breakfast and found the place loaded with bums shouting and ranting at nothing in particular. Breakfast was the usual McD's but get the takeout if you're there early

McDonalds at Walmart wasn.t busy.in the mid.afternoon.

I think the virus restrictions were the main reason.

I selected delivery to my table but they didn't bother because they said they were to busy, I guess there were at least 3 customers in at the time so I can see how it would be a struggle for them.

Freaking zoo. If you want free internment. And get food poisoning.just head to macdonalds. But I do like their coffee. And free internment

This was the worst McDonalds i’ve been to in a while.
Guy at the front was extremely rude, service was slow, food wasn’t fresh and I watched a few staff not follow healthy guidelines when preparing.

Depending on the staff, you'll either get your food and/or drink correct and still hot; or you could end up with many mistakes and have to go up and ask for your drink to be made again if its not fountain pop. I don't know how many times in 5 years I've had to ask for a new coffee as it tastes like there's nothing but watered down cream in it and no sugar. (Triple triple). Better off asking for packets of sugar and a stir stick on the side.
