They have adult. Happy meals now buy one. They are wonderful. It's just a big mac and fries and a drink. But you get a toy. Yay!

Not sure how this got messed up even after repeating my order 3 times.

Twice at the speaker, once at the window.
1XL DD and it was given to me black.

The whole experience was fantastic. I used their drive-thru and the gent on the speaker was so pleasent. You know how at some drive-thru eateries, you wait forever for the person to talk then they are just short with you and you can tell they are hating their life that day? This was not one of those experiences, and the food was hot and service quick

This location is getting poorer and poorer service, one day they wouldn’t serve me French fries 15 minutes earlier so I could bring them to my kid for lunch, second time they were only taking cash payments (about 11: 00pm) and third time (just tonight July 16,2023 @ about 6: 15pm) they weren’t taking any orders for 20 minutes. If it’s not be thing with this place it’s another thing. Not sure I’ll be going back there even though it’s close to home.

Always! Mess up orders, in drive thru and on skipthedishes. Always having missing items to the point that skipthedishes does not issue refunds anymore because of how much I’ve complained about them. Skip this location

Don’ bother coming here between like 2: 30am and 4: 00am they will not serve you.they don’t care about night workers and the 24h nonsense is a total lie lol more like 22.5h can’t even get a bite to eat while I’m hauling bins around.might as well go to A&W.at least they’re ACTUALLY 24 hours.

I've never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. My order is always right the staff is always friendly always seems to have a smile on their face. Good experiences here.

Shouldn’t even be getting a star. Went to get breakfast this morning, and I got a chicken McMuffin and a medium coffee. First off, my coffee was the most grossest thing ever, and my chicken McMuffin didn’t have chicken in it. It was bacon. They are doing nothing about this. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Not my first bad experience here. Will not be back.

5 nuggets in the 6 nuggets meal, forgot my fries, and the coke had no flavour. Way to mess up every aspect of a meal

Was out late taking pictures of the giant full moon I used their app to get a snack 1 hour prior. When boom it's hits me, I run back to my car drive down the hill and the only thing remotely open is this McDonald's and they won't let me use the bathroom your garbage food shall entire this temple no more.

They are the most unreliable McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. How is it possible that the multiple times I’ve happen to come here in the night time, their system just so happens to be down and they can’t make food? Somehow, 3 out of 4 times this has happened to me. Maybe they should invest in a new system? You’re better off going to the 32nd Ave one, they never disappoint and food is always fresh.

Tried calling to find out if the milkshake machine is working (since everyone knows it is always broken because no employee wants to clean it up). The phone rang and rang until someone picked up and hung up! Since then, their phone has been off the hook! Really? You have to love McDonald's, sad: (

When they finally give you your food it's cold and they don't even say anything when they hand it to you they just hand it to you after making you wait 10 minutes

This is the 3rd time I have gone and every time there is something substantial they miss in my meal. First was the large fries, second was 2 cheeseburgers. And tonight. I ordered 20 nuggets and a large coke. I asked for 6 suaces at the beginning of order. They gave me nothing but carbonated water for My coke. And gave zero sauces for my 20 nugget order! I ate 2 nuggets and gave the rest to my dog. They are quite dry without the suace. Can we just get one order right please?

This place is horrible. I have gone here for times in the last week and it was enough to never even try again. 20 minutes in the wait stall to get cold burgers and not even the rite toppings. I have never seen more unprofessional service. Don’t waste your time here trust me your money can go better places

Been to this location twice this week. And both times order was wrong. So had to go back. Plus the breakfast sandwich is basically missing the other part of the Mcmuffin. Prices go up and quality of the food goes down

Is it normal to make peoples food with your bare hands? I mean literally putting every part of the burger together without gloves and none of the girls are wearing hair nets. Now I haven’t worked in the food industry in over 15 years but i can’t see the rules changing in the sanitary department.
This is my second review for this place and now I’m done with them.

Trash location. Never every have ice cream working and take about 30 minutes to get through 3 vehicles. Horrid service. Please for the love of God save yourself a headache and avoid this location and staff.

Awful customer service. I used to come here and the people were so nice and this time I had my food thrown at me, I didn't get what I ordered and didn't get straws. And when I went to talk to the lady at the window she closed it and walked away from me. Not impressed.

Handed my kids' Kids meals to someone, got handed back and came to give it to me, probably didn't even exchange like I asked. During these times of all.

20 minute wait for an ice coffee and 2 chicken mcgriddles. The ice coffee was basically colored water, no flavor. Watched nearly half doezen people who ordered after me receive their orders before me.

2 lanes. 1 car in the left so I take the right. Car on left gives order proceeds. I wait second car pulls up in left lane gives order proceeds. I wait still. 3rd car pulls up to left lane gives order proceeds. I say to my friend next to me "I guess we are invisible" than a voice comes over just one min please. I say okay. 4th car pulls up gives order proceeds. Finally they ask us for our order. 19 minutes after we pulled up. Give our order Big Mac and Suasage egg McDuffie with 2 ice coffee. Pull up get our 2 ice coffees and a bag handed to us. Open it up. Quarter pounder with cheese, regular cheese burger in the bag. No napkins, no straws.would not usually post something like this.but I continuously have issues at this location only.being close to work it was convenient. Now I just drive up to 52nd and 72nd. Used to be a good location don't know what has happened here.

Really Mcdonalds. Your poorly trained employees at this location are too lazy to do a job properly. What a joke. I’ll be taking my business to Wendys across the parking lot from now on. What a joke.

For 25$ these jokers could at least give me what I ordered. Just downright disappointing this is what service has come down too. Find a new job if your not happy!

Very dirty restaurant and disgusting bathrooms understandably because this is a very busy location! Restaurant is way under staffed. The owners need to open there wallets and hire other 12 people per shift. Macdonald Canada should be on top of this location.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I went to sit down at the same table I sat down the previous evening, sitting on the table were the same two Mc chicken sauce packages I used yesterday at 7 p.m. I knew they were the same because of how I placed them and the chances of the next person doing the same is almost impossible.

Got the order wrong quite a few times.
Including missing items and wrong items.

It's not that bad if you dine in, but I couldn't remedy the orders a few times, as it was for takeout.

My food took 15 min and was cold when I got it. Don't understand why people order skip when you can't even even make it to a table in the restaurant before the food is cold or barely warm at best. Sorry but McDonald's isn't what it was when I worked there 30 years ago. Same food just poorer quality.

Trust me go the extra block to Wendys.
Waited over 15 minutes inside, some of the fries were not even cooked. Burgers were cold and not edible. My dogs would not even eat them.
Staff just clearing tickets to fudge their times.
No manager and staff could care less.
Never going here again.

Long wait times drive though and dine in. Waited 15+ min for an order only for it to be incorrect and cold, and I didn’t feel like waiting in the line again. But did watch them clear the board for me and others waiting for our orders before anyone received the orders. I asked and it was a quick and dismissive response. Only good thing there was the coke.

Fries were uncooked. Burgers where rock solid and rubbery. I know it’s fast food but there’s a limit.

I believe in an error but after a few trips to this location and constantly getting hit by long waits, and food that is never worth it. I am just done with this location.

The french fries were like chewing on shoe strings. We ordered 3 big mac combos and all fries were garbage. The big macs went overboard on sauce and never hot.

Went around 7pm on a Thursday. Nobody ahead of me or behind me at the drive through, and the inside was dead too. I ordered fries and a Big Mac sauce, and the first employee taking payment was super pleasant and it was great dealing with her. I pulled forward to the pickup window and after waiting 5 mins for the fries, I get my bag and I leave. I open it at home, fries were put in upside down so they’re all out of the package, and the kicker was the mac sauce I ordered. I’ve attached a pic to this review cause it made me chuckle. The smallest dab of sauce in a container that could fit 20x as much.

If it was a busy lunch rush or even if there was another large order I would understand. But the restaurant was a ghost town and my order was treated like garbage.

Usually quite fast and very thorough never had a missed item always get what I order and the times are pretty quick here considering they usually have quite alot of customers great job guys keep up the great work:)!
