Have not eatin in the restaurant yet. I went through drive through.
Sometimes it's very very difficult to hear the person over the intercom because of heavy language accent other then that my orders are always what I ordered with nothing missing.

Five stars to almost never getting the order wrong. Hey your fast food, don't need to feel special waiting in a drive through. Five stars also to some. Ha no a staggering amount of reviews that just brightens up my day. Like the one that complained with this truly awful and harrowing experience. Wait. One more second.bingo

BRING LUNCH BACK AT 10: 30

We waited till breakfast ended which was suppose to be 10: 30 we where waiting since 9 and we are getting quite hungry we are never liked the breakfasts they had so we waited now it is past 10: 30 and they still say breakfast we now called for them to tell us they changed it too 11 we are not happy what so ever they make breakfast all day but not lunch. We will be taking our buisness to some place else from now on they lost us as a customer considering we been waiting all morning pretty much on empty stomachs well done McDonalds well done!

WHOEVER DECIDED TO CHANGE BREAKFAST HOURS SHOULD GET FIRED CAUSE YOU MADE US UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS THAT BEING SAID YOU LOST US.

Behond sick and tired of ordering a coffe only to receive the wrong order almost all the time and when they do get it right i recieve mild flavored water because they fail to ever let a pot of coffee finish brewing before serving it to customers and even ordering food they mess it up more often than not i am so sick the poor service i receive from this specific location!

I ordered fries got told to go around front, wait 10 minutes just for 2 medium fries, just to get home to realize they were brown and cold.

If I could score it lower i would! This is literally THE WORST mcdonalds In leth. Incorrect charges, wrong items, asking u to pull to a parking spot and then FORGETTING about you after you've been sitting there for over 40 minutes.they have only ever gotten my order correct once and honestly idk why I keep telling myself maybe they had a bad day and giving them another chance. Just save yourself the trouble and honestly don't bother

I'm tired of having my order messed up. It's not worth my gas to come all the way back to get 1 sandwich replaced and it never gets solved when I call. Your staff is lacking reading comprehension.

The worst service! 20 minutes waiting in the pick up area for mcgriddle.had to go in to get the food. Cashier couldn't have cared less.

Just went through this McDonald's and my big Mac tasted like somebody spat on it and smelt like someone took a s*** on it. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.

No matter what time you go or what you order they have you pull up into a waiting spot for your food with one of the worst parking lots, plus you wait here for ever for your food always slow

I order a latte expecting it to be nice and hot, yet I can glug the whole cup in seconds, so I bring it back for a new one, yet the same thing it's warm not hot!
I ask if they can at least microwave it and they wouldn't. I said then there machine is not working right cause I definitely had hotter then warm. They did nothing to rectify the situation. There are plenty of people working there yet no one knows anything. Very dissatisfied!

Mega busy and got our 4 meals in under a couple of minutes. Way to go, whoever is working lunch rush on March 12,2022. Thank you. Wish I took a picture of my Big Mac. It was perfect like in the commercial

Friendly staff but unfortunately that’s not enough to keep me coming back. One good QP w/cheese out of 3, Coke was great though.

Food quality is not good at all.food quality is garbage.bought a burger and when I open it, it looked like someone threw up in it. This location need to be closed. Terrible!

Literally the worst! Ordered 20 cheeseburgers for a quick snack for a crew and they said it was going to be 45 minutes. This must be the only McDs that grinds it fresh for you. I'm only writing this because I went to A&W with the same order and have a quick 5 minute wait. Good job on sucking at your only job making fast food!

This place is one of the most horrible rude and inept run store ever. Mgmt has no clue on good customer service they screw up orders every single time and they turn it on the customer. Ordered 3 Big Mac meal combos and what was suppose to be a double quarter pounder meal. The double quarter meal was never received instead they gave a cheeseburger and 4 large fry’s which were not full and they were cold. Also ordered all day breakfast they other day took 40 minutes to get order asked a question the manager says no one orders breakfast at 4pm. My question is then why do they have all day breakfast then? They gave no receipt or offered. A receipt was asked for they gave a two ice cream come receipt cause mine was thrown away. I have never such lousey non customer oriented service. Do yourself a favour find a different one.

i am here to report an incident at the north McDonald, 2 Asian girls were so rude with their service.they were disrespected to my job and treated me like rubbish.they asked me why i was late for my order whereas i had been waiting for over 15 minutes.they went to an extent of shouting at me disrespectful words and when i tried to object they told me to go report to anyone even the head office if i want.this is worst customer service i have received and would rate it not even a zero.worst place and would recommend customer satisfaction for any sort of improvement.action by the head office needs to be taken in action to prevent exploitation of customers like me and many more.

My car decided to glitch in their drive through, and the staff did everything they could to help me, including bringing my meal to my car as I waited for a tow truck.

They were all so kind, it really meant a lot to me.

If you like not getting your fires or missing sauces or really anything that can be cheaped out on than go to this MacDonald's and enjoy the rip-off. I have repeatedly went through the drive through just to regret it later when, oops no fries.

Took my kids for supper. Restaurant area was really clean. Service was fast. Staff was shy but friendly

Probably the worst drive thru in alberta, will park every car that comes through even if it's just for a cheeseburger. I have yet to go through and get my meal at the window.

Regarding McDonalds on 444 Mayor Magrath Dr S, Lethbridge, AB T1H 6H7, $30 order! Their Snack Wraps made me sick to my stomach and I up heaved everything and lost my appetite afterwards. They were raw, barely heated, with lettuce that tasted rancid as ever, like the lettuce had been used as rags to clean under the sink. The taste is lingering in my mouth, and the smell is so strong that it's polluting my home rn and making me sick. Not to mention now having to clean a mess of spat out chicken wraps and vomit off the floor. Then! The burgers were the wrong item, lacked relish and smothered in ketchup and mustard, barely heated too and also tasted just wrong and horrible. Poutine was also basically raw, not cooked AT ALL, I won't even try the Double Big Mac because the other food has scared me so much, and I don't think it's a good idea anymore. Thx for ruining my meal and day. I wouldn't even accept any free items from this place, because I'd rather eat from a dumpster than this McDonalds EVER again. I had to call them holding back my tears and frustration, and warn the staff that there was something INCREDIBLY wrong with their lettuce and chicken. This is full blown health and safety risk. 444 will be burned into my head for years to come, and I will avoid it like the plague.

Worst place when it comes to pick up food. They always have wasted my time. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

3rd time I've been through the drive thru and ordered a baggel with peanut butter and they CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT THAT YOU NEED A KNIFE TO SPREAD THE PEANUT BUTTER. The staff are poorly trained and I phoned the manager laughed at me over the phone.

Just went through and junior chicken and mcdouble had mouldy buns and even smelled like mold! Disgusted!

Ordered a caramel iced coffee but there was barely any coffee in it. Just milk, cream, and sugar. Tasted really bad.

Literally any time I come through this drive thru, I get pulled through to wait in the parking lot. I don't mind if its every once in a while, but its EVERY TIME. Its not even large or weird orders.

Explain why if you don't have a car you CAN'T eat here, yes that's right you can not order food and pick up on foot you HAVE to be in a car. Its not cleaner you have to stick your hand almost in someones car! With walking you don't even have to get close you can leave it for them to grab!

They don’t want to serve a truck driver because indoor is closed and use very rude behaviour with the customer

The night shift supervisor/manager was rude and definitely not a nice person. Went there to pick up delivery orders. Had to wait outside in the cold weather for 5minutes even though I rang the bell twice. After entering, they kept me on waiting for another 20minutes without even saying anything. The manager/supervisor surprisingly blamed me and handed me the product without even apologizing.
Very RUDE and totally unexpected!

My jr chickens were made sloppy. Looked like they put tartar sauce on my bun and then wiped it off on their pants and slapped that bish back together.

Ordered a double big mac with bacon meal. Meal was only a regular big mac with bacon. Ordered another big mac meal with bacon, didn't have bacon. Fries were hot though.

Wait times are crazy. They always park ya to wait for ur food and after waiting 20 minutes for food its cold buy the time u get it. What ever happened to the definition of a drive thru

Same as everyone I've been to nothing stood out thats worth mentioning food was ok fries were cold and didn't make my order correctly you would expect a large order to be done right especially when your in a rush

My app had a code for free sandwiche if bill over $15.00. They couldn't get code to work so refused me. Had to argue for a few minutes of rudeness. Then they gave me my sandwich. Attitude to where I think they may have spit in my food. 3rd time i reloaded code it changed. Idk why. They don't know why. Then I had another code for $3.00 off. They said no to late order went through. Bun was dry, missed out on a savings and rudeness telling me no when I was right. Hope my food was clean.

I ordered online through the app as I always do but the only thing they got right was the packages of ketchup and the hash browns. They got both coffee's completely wrong (should have been 4x4) instead one was black and the other had maybe 2 creams. We ordered a total of 6 hash browns in total and got 2, that were cold. Pancakes with no syrup or bacon that we specifically ordered extra.
It took almost 20 minutes for the order to come out and the poor girl was run off her feet because of how busy it was. If we ever go there again.not likely. I would order inside and double check every single thing so we don't waste 46.00 bucks again

Can’t get order right or fast defeats the purpose of fast food. Telling the customer that they can’t take food back to fix their mistake that we have to keep would suggest that they need to learn a little something about customer service.

We live on the north side and visit this McDonald's a lot. They are always serving old hard chicken, so much so that we have just stopped ordering any chicken products from them.

Drive thru was fast. Service friendly. Fresh fries and chicken blt.mmm mmm. Best meal from any drive thru in a long time!

They made us sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes before i went into the store only to find out they forgot our order never going to this store again

Pricey, $5.00 for sausage, egg McMuffin! Better to have a real bacon, eggs, toast and coffee breakfast at A&W for similar cost.

They have their usual fare. Most of the time cooked right, depends on who's working. You always have to check the order to see if right.

I will not purchase another McFlurry from this specific location. I consistently experience what I perceive to be below quality standard for the McFlurry product. My expectation is that the CUP be filled to the rim (and to be more clear, I don't expect it to be filled to the top of the plastic LID).

I have reached out to this location before via email regarding a separate issue as well as an attempted phone call (no answer) and I did not receive a response, so I choose to write a review instead.

I know some might think, get over it, it's a McFlurry, but my point is that customers should expect to receive what they pay for at McDonalds.

Most of the time I go to this location my order is messed up somehow. Today was no exception. I should check my bag once I get my order but assumed everything was right. I look in the bag for my straw but to no avail there wasn't one. Plus my drink was disgusting. I think their co2 was empty. I ordered a Pepsi but certainly ddin't taste like it at all.

Came in yesterday got a double quarter pounder blt & they didn’t even add cheese or actually make it a blt all they was add lettuce when I paid the extra money. Always in a hurry to get you out of the drive thur slammed the window right away not even a “have a nice day”. Lack of common sense when I called the manger who is such in a hurry to get off the phone, told me they have a new rule that you have to call right away when they mess up on your food which I did and no one answered so I waited till the next day and said they can’t do anything. McDonald’s is my favourite fast food joint & a huge disappointment when a restaurant consistently has bad quality & no attention to detail even tho the customer is why they get their pay checks.

Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, twice I've ordered twice it was completely wrong/didn't show up. If I could rate no stars I would.

No service. We went to their (split) drive thru. They never acknowlwedged us where you order, but the car on the other drive thru they helped. By that point we had already been waiting for a number of minutes, and we are aware that other vehicles on the drive thru we were on had been helped.
