Young gentlemen working tonight with a jade necklace really showed incredible care and service tonight
Recently had some car troubles I live up the block and work nights when I get off most things are far closed I had to change my order multiple times and walk up to the window but he handled it with absolute grace and kindness just wanted to reach out and give that man some praise he still gave me a a drink with my order. Really made my night after walking home from the downtown core on an empty stomach.
Another visit review: Waited 15 minutes for a McFlurry at the window. They took payment and I guess forgot to give us the McFlurry… girl walked past window multiple times looking at us didn’t think to ask us if we’re waiting for anything after honking multiple times. Also while ordering the girl asked us after every item (4 times) to go to the last window while we were not done ordering. Y’all should learn customer service and how to upsell. This location needs some training
Use skip the dish. Food was good hashbrown was cold but I eat them lol. But the bag broke and only got half of my med coffee good thing I had mango banana. But overall food was good
This McDonald's used to be so good. Now it's recently become almost inedible. Soggy lettuce, hard, dry buns, half the fries you should get etc. Management needs to step in before someone gets seriously ill eating here.
Fries are always cold, takes forever to get food, and anytime I get a milkshake they only half fill the cup. Place has really gone down hill over the past couple years.
Went this morning - my daughter is vegetarian - asked for an egg Mcmuffin NO sausage - what do we get sausage. Asked for a coffee with a shot of expresso, one milk, one sweetener get a coffee two cream. What is wrong with the people that work there. Do they not read what the order is. It was correct when I was ordering. Ridiculous
If you like to have to wait after going thru the drive thru then this is your spot! Drive thru should not take your order and then make you wait everytime.around the side.then your employee doesnt know which vehicle the food belongs to.not ideal
Ordered boo bucket happy meals and they screwed it up. Than I continued to wait 10 minutes other people were getting served and their meals first. My order wasn’t even on the screen anymore not impressed

I love McDonald's, but everytime I ask for extra pickles on the burgers, I barely get any.there are times when I say I will pay extra for them and there is only two pickles on the burger. Whyyyyyy
Went thru drive thru. Ordered food. The cashier repeated back to me. The bag was missing 2 items. Went in and manager seemed like I was trying to rip her off. Made me repay for items. Horrible customer service
This used to be my go-to MCD since they were faster than 130th but now, most of the time there's only one person taking drive thru order which cause me to sit there while they take 3 cars from the other side before realize they forgot about me! AS SOON as I get to window, I am instantly told to wait at front for 10+ mins for my order just for it to be WRONG! And I have to go inside to get it corrected since they REFUSE to fix it in the drive thru. Unbelievable. If I wanted to go inside to eat I would have just done that! Do better MCD
Always terrible service. Drive through forces you to leave if they are even slightly delayed and then tells you to park in a crowded parking lot. If you are out of fries during dinner rush chances are everyone in the line up will need to wait to why make us all cram into a tiny parking lot.
Say what you will about fast food, but beyond that, it's a very clean location but the real focus has to be the staff I've interacted with - all have been helpful and polite, and some consistently do more than one might expect for a fast food customer. They deserve recognition.
As an avid McDonald's patron, this particular location has been highly disappointing - time and time again. Staff here are very professional and friendly but filling orders is a whole other issue.
Check your food before you leave the premises - their QA is inconsistent. On several occasions, we were missing items from our order, did not receive exactly what we ordered and their portions are terrible. Half filled fries, half filled poutine and missing cheese, mcdoubles were single patty, missing cheese and no extra pickles as ordered. Frustrating when you don't receive what you paid for and not worth the drive back when you realize this after you get home. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over and over again, even speaking with the manager to raise concerns but left with disappointment with continued failures.
Again, their staff and manager are very professional and friendly but they really need to assess their ability to fill orders and quality control.
Just tried my first ever quarter pounder with cheese. It must have been sitting on the warmer since lunch. The bun was hard like toast and the patty dried out. Disappointed to say the least.
Waited for 20 minutes to get food (that they couldn’t deliver). Got frustrated and asked for my money back. I then went 5 min away to the 130th ave location and received my food in 2 minutes. Dine in is not worth the wait time. Fast food has gone down hill for a while.
TLDR; You are better off going to another nearby McD's location.

Is completely accurate. I only go to this location for proximity to home and almost always regret not going to the another location (like 18st).
Good fresh crispy fries (not too salty, the way we like it), burger is delicious, not dry and freshly cooked patties. Very good and fast service on this location compared to other McDonald's in the area.
Its nice to see the Manager has time to fool around with un uniformed employees behind the counter while I watch my food get.cold in front of them. Goggle some more you fks July26 2022 218 pm
I miss the people that used to work here. My order was slow and wrong.
The guy dealing with drive through was talking to me. Then another guy jumped in and started yelling at me. What a service! Such a poor professionalism. Shame for the brand. This happened Tuesday (June 7) night (mid nightish). Hope the management trains the staff on how to behave.
Every time I go bad service. If I don't say the proper terminology, I get met with annoyance from them. Then I'm always told to go park, no one is behind me and its a simple order. Not sure why it needs to take so long to be made.
Mobile Order for a sausage N egg muffin, a hush brown, a medium coffee. Their stuff let me wait on their parking lot, they said they will deliver to my car, after 20 minutes, nobody deliver my order. When I go to check my order, it is on their on counter.
I often sit here while my car is being serviced at a nearby shop. I’ve been coming here 3-4 times a year for years and I can say the staff make all the difference. Ruth-Anne, a friendly, hardworking lady who’s always there to great people, is a big asset to this location. Customer service is everything & she & her team are always bright and smiling (behind the masks rn), first thing in the morning. I get my meal quickly delivered to the table (or for takeout), and it’s always hot & delicious, I think this is one of the best McDonald’s in Calgary. The staff are helpful and look like they enjoy their jobs & helping others. The store is very clean and drive threw always seems to be running efficiently in the morning.
My wife works at this location. It is the most cleanliness restaurant and the staff there are very friendly and hard working. Keep up with the hard work Douglas!
Just went through the drive thru, got two coffees. The decaf was literally freezing. Double checked it at the window and asked if I could have a hot decaf coffee. They seemed a bit frustrated and asked us to park out front to wait for the coffee. I’m going to an appointment so didn’t have much free time to wait. Went inside, they hadn’t even started brewing the decaf coffee so ended up leaving without the coffee so I can make it to my appointment on time. The drive thru lanes were jam packed and barely moving. Not sure what’s going on in there today, but extremely slow, bad service and seems like they need more staff to keep up with the rush or in generally really.
