This is the best mcdonalds I've been to, the workers are very friendly and their interactions make a pleasant environment! I would definitely recommend this mcdonalds to everyone.

I ordered one Ms chicken meal where they charged me for 2. I asked and paid for extra mayo but did not get in my order. The staff was not helpful either.

Went to this location for ice cream. Had a few simple questions and the "supervisor" in drive through was so ignorant and rude that we just drove away and vowed never to return. Base on the reviews, seems to be a common theme.

I ordered a bagel BLT without bacon and they gave me a sandwich with only lettuce on it and charged me $6.08 for that. Super disappointing and they wouldn’t remake the sandwich. Waste of time!

Visited this location for lunch today and was disgusted by the RAW chicken nuggets I was served, not once, but twice! First order came out with three nuggets still frozen in the middle. I had already eaten a few nuggets in the first order, when I picked up the next one to eat and realized that it was ice cold. Took them to the front and the staff was very polite and added a new order to the queue as a promo.

About 5 or 7 minutes later, they call my order up. So I picked them up and returned to the table. Pop open the box, wicked, they all were nice and crispy on the outside and felt warm. Dip the first one in my sauce, take a bite and instantly spit it back out. The chicken inside was completely mushy and pink!

At this point I asked for my money back, tucked the refund receipt in my wallet and started praying that I don’t end up with salmonella poisoning. Staff was very polite, did what they could to help. But whoever was in charge of cooking the nuggets, needs to learn how to cook them properly.

The manager even said that they had had a bad batch come out, so I’m guessing I’m not the only one to receive frozen/cold nuggets. Will not be going back to this location again. Unfortunately, I was so disgusted, that I didn’t think to take a picture. If anyone else ate there today and had cold nuggets, and gets sick. Let me know!

It’s was a fantastic experience and my food was so delicious and on time. JASMEHAR was so professional and provided a great customer service and I would love to visit at this location again.

Left my order with them so that they can give that to some needy person as they are not able to give it to me on time.left hungry as came from work.

Service was quick and friendly but not very accurate.
Only got 9 nuggets in my 10 pack. 1/2 sauces correct. They got the extra pickles on the cheeseburger happy meal but the wrong side (wanted apple or carrot and got fries)

Impossible to ever get ice cream at this location, never available, maybe should take off the menu. Also the management team should be embarrassed, 10/10 times you order any meal you will receive old stale burnt salt less French fries, doesn’t matter what time you go. Must be a rule from management to not salt French fries… Also drive thru staff refuse to honour coupons, tried using one and the employee told me not to worry and assuming my discount was applied, it was not. Will drive out if my way to go to other locations then here.

People there are not trained to take orders properly constantly you have to watch and keep asking for your order if it's coming or other ways they always mess up

Having to wait for a burger is one thing, waiting 12 minutes and watching people get served who drove thru after me is another entirely. I did get a sorry though? ! They still make a very good ice coffee

McDonald's as a company needs to close its doors for dine in experience. If your not going to serve the customer that's waiting patiently in line to serve the outside line up. Then just close the doors. You're creating unequal customer service. And thanks for wasting my time.

Usually always accurate just a little slower making chicken and teas, and when ordering anything chicken always check order for missing items.

Its my daily routine to visit McDonald's 3 times per day excellent coffee, breakfast any time, Chicken BLT and Big-Mac are mine favorites

My order is wrong almost every time I go to this location. And management never seems to care. What ever happened to customer service?

Singularly not only the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever frequented in Canada, as well as the US, it’s the worst fast food location I’ve ever experienced out of any company around. They get 100% everything wrong about a McDonald’s; 1. There is always a long line, 2. The staff taking the order are poorly trained, poorly motivated and lack any basic skills to simply take an order, 3. The accuracy of the order is completely wrong (just one small example, I received a sprite instead of ice tea) or they completely forget to put the proper item in the order, 4. Always - ALWAYS - ask you to park in a stall because they need to make something. This is consistently found here, and shown in all the other reviews. To the management, to the staff, to McDonalds corporate Canada (who I’ve now called as well) you should be absolutely 100% embarrassed beyond belief of this store. Those that say “well, it’s just high school kids there” are wrong! Do the math, 4 people X $9-$11 (avg meal combo) is close to $40-$50 with tax. You can get away with that kind of excuse if you’re at a lemonade stand not a multibillion dollar franchise where people are spending that kind of money. Stop accepting excuses from your people there McDonald’s, and start embracing solutions. Total and epic failure and anyone there reading this should be embarrassed - everyone that frequents this location thinks of this place as a total joke. What a total dump of a place.

I live in the neighborhood and continuously you have forgotten half my order. And I never realize until I get home. How hard is it to give me the food I freaking pay for. This is the 3rd time where half my meal is missing but I paid for it. Fed up. Do ur job.

Appreciate the free wifi that is available from the car park right outside the front door next to the disability spaces.

Fast food restaurant has the best chicken burgers and the best French fries in Edmonton. In summer McDonald restaurant offers $ 1 fountain drinks and $ 2 tasty smoothies.

I know were busy.but seemed very disorganized.many people standing and waiting for orders.
I think this location needs to look at their processes

This place is always getting my orders wrong. A McChicken is not. Habanero chicken sandwich got all the way home 15 min drive to find both my sandwich’s were wrong. Waist of time and money.

I won't be buying food from here until McDonald's starts paying their employees a living wage and stops giving their shareholders the billions of dollars that their workers' should've gotten

Fresh fries, no waiting forever in line at the drive-thru, employees get the custom orders correct most of the time at this location.

I live near this McDonald's and we always go here for my kids meals and so when some time they get my order wrong I call and tell them about it and today I called about my kids happy meal fries they look old and Taste old too plus they never even get my order right thats why I call ever time and all they said to me today is you always call so we will give you a free fries on us like that's not why I call is for free food I call to fix what was wrong I have worked at McDonald's myslfe so I know how food should be Served when ordered so I think I will be done going to this McDonald's

Two habanero chicken meals that’s all even after we told four different people the actual order.
Still No extra burgers. ‍️ ‍️
Pay more attention to orders

1- I asked for no pickles on my Big Mac and it's on my bill.
There is a clown working there placing "no pickles sticker" on the box but adding extra pickles.

I received a Big Mac falling apart with not 2 pickles but 4 pickles on it.
What a sloppy job.

2- I wanted BBQ sauce for my Mcnuggets and got sweet and sour.

I went 3 times to the front counter, no thank you, your welcome or sorry about that.
Careless staff with no respect for food and customers.

This restaurant has the most disrespectful staff, I could hear one of their members mocking my stutter and laughing loudly as if I couldn’t hear. Completely unacceptable, I was very patient while ordering even though half of my order was wrong, strongly recommend another restaurant that’s worth your money.

Don't know what you're expecting to get from reading my review. It's a McDonald's you know what you're getting into, check your order because 60% of the time they'll get it right but that 40% is when You're in the drive through and they give you 9 nuggets or a single burger when you ordered a double.

Food is mediocre yet I keep going back for convenience and their coffees.

You know I look at this way about McDonald's their customer service is gone down the tubes they don't care about the customer anymore their food is gone downhill you know they treat themselves like they're a restaurant charge unbelievable prices for not very good food and you go through a drive-through and you got to sit and wait like you're going inside of a restaurant the most craziest thing ever what other shows what McDonald's think of their people that help pay for that services in there I need to be treated like you're just a nobody for garbage food

They are always so nice here, the food is done surprisingly well here compared to most, and always fresh

Tooo slow in service. Even in store be careful as it would take 20 - 25 mins at this location to grab the order.staff needs training.

Ordered a McChicken and when I bit into it I found a very long piece of HAIR. I almost tossed my cookies. When I went back in the person at the counter Was rude and said exact words Whatever I guess we can give you another one. I'll never go to the McDonald's at heritage again.
