Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. All the tables were dirty filthy. Nobody was taking rotations cleaning them. Floors were covered in lettuce and ketchup. Bathrooms were dirty and toilets full of feces. Ketchup dispenser was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. Manager was ignorent and employe didn’t even know how to clean a table. My Big Mac sauce tasted 12 years old.this place is discusting.
It's a McDonald's they change on the quality of the neahborhood.altho some of the best food is surprisingly in some of the more ahhh less maintained locations
Sign says 24/7. Restaurant closed at 9. Wonderful. Overpriced, underwhelming, cold food that barely qualifies AS food, the only reason anyone eats here is cause its the only thing open, and now its not even open. Cool. Can't wait for mcdonalds to close their doors permanently
The passive aggressive attitude of the staff and consistent poor quality of food if they can even get your order right. This is probably the worst McDonald's in Edmonton.
Went thru drive thru.the service is good was impressed I didn't have to go in to get dips or anything.they supplied us with extra mayo. I did ask.so atmosphere in the car was chill.had to wait for chicken nuggets 20 pk.but don't mind if it's fresh n not.and if the other part order fresh n warm to eat.this restaurant doesn't often get my orders wrong the one in spruce terrible.and the one in stoney plain also good one to hit never problem thru drive.happy travels
Okay so I've yet to receive fries after I pay for it at any hour it's always " need to make more " not entirely a bad thing just a minor frustration. The food tastes fine. Don't mind helping the less fortunate from time to time but sometimes I just wanna be left alone. And lack of enforcement when I'm they sit there being loud and all that jazz is a bit discouraging when it comes to eating in.
Seriously the worst McDonald’s, the only reason we come is because it’s less than 5 minutes away. We order McDonald’s quite often from here and the food is almost always wrong. Missing items or made wrong completely, when in drive thru we always get pulled into reserved regardless of order. As of right now we’ve been in reserved for over 5 minutes, not a single other person has been through the drive thru behind us. I’ve been put in reserved for a coffee before here too. Absolute joke.
This McDonald’s drive-through is the worst in Edmonton. They get the order wrong 7 out of 10 times. Then they argue with you at the pick up window. Instead of apologizing about the mix up they would rather make your experience as painful as possible. I have talked to management and that is just a waist of time. The best way to deal with this location is stay away.
Michelle should not be working in customer service. She expressed she was the manager but then said her manager gave her instructions to close the store, yet there were people in the store chatting and laughing and customers in the parking lot wondering why they could not place nor get an order and when we called we were disconnected twice and the third time we tried to ask why we could not be served and she was extremely rude and short with me and cut me off at any chance I got, they said they were understaffed yet people are applying there left right and center? I would like to see michelle demoted if she is the manager because that was just ridiculous
This morning Staff not follow protocol since staff not wash hands when delivery food outside to vehicle then came in store. Take orders (front cashier) from customers and handle muffin and butter as gave to customers. Few customers and I seen this morning. Not impressed! Because staff touch door handle when reenter restaurant before do order in front cashier.
Staff that answered drive thru was very rude. I came thru with my ebike (which I have been allowed at other drive thrus) He said I had to go inside to make my purchase and when I said they didn't have a bike rack and I wasn't leaving my bike unattended as it's too expensive to not lock up and I was told so we won't serve you in drive thru and it's not their problem. I had even asked if I could bring my bike in because of the no bike rack and that was no as well. Um if you want customers in all modes of transportation that have money to spend locally near home then make sure you have a bike rack for some of us to feel safe attending your establishment. And just because my mode of transportation is an ebike mean that you treat someone like they are just the everyday riff Raff on the street that are bothersome.
Something about making sure information is correct, sorta even found the humour. To be acknowledged as someone who's reply for burger places seems to have caught others attention for sharing thoughts and my feelings for my past experience. It's funny because I haven't consumed meat in well over a year. What I will share thou the coffee this morning was really enjoyed as well as the curtious and friendly staff. I have Zero intentions of consuming a burger unless it is plant based. Till then please enjoy your experiences of the coffee place I went to this morning ️
Absolutely disgusting it used to be a nice location but now I wouldn't even waste my time energy and especially my money ice machines broken food was not cooked properly fries were hard like a rock dried up buns and there was no Grand Max also went there night before online said they were open till 9: 00 p.m. And they were closed at 8: 00 so they can't even control their website either like I said don't waste your time huge nepotism going on also so they're obviously feeling their Filipino bellies of the families
Ordered with skip the dishes and they forgot a whole meal, all the dips and drinks.when called the location to have them bring out the rest was told I could come and pick it up that they couldn't send the missing items out. So bascially one family member didn't get their dinner and everyone no drinks.if I wanted to pick it up I WOULDN"T HAVE ORDERED DELIVERY! THEY MADE THE ERROR! FIX IT! Ridiculous!
This is where I always get my coffee from the friendliest ladies at the window, I've been to many McDonald's in Edmonton and this the ladies are great, the worst place is the Southside McDonald's, those people are so rude and disrespectful.
DONT EVER GO HERE! Of the 5 times I’ve been here in the last year, they NEVER stirred my McFlurry, and refuse to serve people inside. I drive with a trailer, I HAVE to go inside. I was in there for 20 mins before someone even looked at me. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to.
Poutine is best with a generous helping of gravy, this outlet served with probably 3 teaspoons of gravy, like they were running short of it. Fries were off-white in color because they were not fried enough.
Just got home with out drive thru order. Had to wait a while to revive the order and we opened the bag to find missing items. Not the first time this has happened at this location.
Terrible service. Can't order a coffee without getting told to go wait in the parking lot. Made me and many friends late for work. Whether its the fact that little English is used or understood but I mean. It's supposed to be fast food regardless of language so this is just sad. As I sit here waiting 7 minutes so far for a coffee for the second day in a row. I advise anybody expecting ACTUAL fast food to look elsewhere. Almost certain if food was involved, a sit down meal would be faster. Inconvenient as can be.
Worst McDonalds ever! You order one thing and get another. Ordered a mcdouble meal yesterday with poutine extra cheese and gravy, and an extra large triple triple. On the receipt it said I ordered a medium fry. And the coffee tasted burnt and had no sugar what so ever AND THEY SKIPPED OVER ME MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 281 THEY WENT TO 282,283,284 THEN THEY FINALLY GOT TO 281. Then this morning I went over and ordered coffee. I ordered two extra large 3 milk 3 sugar and one 3 cream 3 sugar. I recieved two 3 cream 3 sugar and one 2 cream 2 sugar. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER TO BE INCORRECT!
I don’t know why, but there is something about this place that they seem to ALWAYS get your order wrong. Whether you ask for no pickles, sauce, tomato, or otherwise they only get it right like 25% of the time. Very disappointed, don’t go here if you ask for something custom. Also one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been to, they always make you park and wait.
If you like to eat infront of starving junkies that only go to McDonalds to do drugs in the bathroom and use the wifi.this is the place for you.honestly though some days you'd think you're in boyle street
Been here twice in the last 2 days, the first day we waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and there was not many cars in line. Our order was correct, they just forgot straws. The next night we also waited for a long time because we had to keep repeating our order over and over. You'd think after repeating it 4 times they would remember it. I don't know why the night staff have such a hard time.
Morning staff are usaully doing a great job, jeff the manger there is doing a great job, but dont go there in the eveing because they drive through take about 20min to get through, and they offer little remorse to you when you complain, also dont let them park you ahead becaue they tend to forget about you and you will have to walk in to get your food
They got my burger correct on the first try. (A double quarter, made like a big Mac with red onions, on a big Mac bun) Sometimes it seams like it's a complicated one, but I don't think so. They would have gotten a better rating except the 30 minutes time limit was not enforced. I was in for 31 minutes, 43 seconds (I set a timer). There was someone in there before me sleeping and he left long after me. If your going to post restrictions, make sure they are for everyone.
I was not impressed with their "salad" it didnt even fill 3/4 of the bowl. For a healthy option, I figured one would get more than a few pinches of lettuce.
They often forget condiments, napkins, or any kind of kindness in their demeanour. The people who work this location clearly do not enjoy their work or take much pride in the location. Very disappointing that I tried to call to provide feedback and no one answered.
A very nice, little McDonald's! The young manager was zipping all over the place keeping the customers happy and making sure everything was running efficiently.
Poor service, been there so many times and they never get my order right! Always something missing or wrong order, so tired of that BS. Please hire competent staff which cares for customer service and keeping their customers happy and coming back.
It took way too long to have our order taken and it took really long for our orders to be served. There was nobody at the register and there were lots of flies. The staff also were not wearing gloves. They were also very rude. There was also way too many people waiting.
Well, all of the tables were dirty and the seats too. I mean the service was fast but the bathrooms were disgusting, the toilet was dirty and the mirror was terrible
It's good if you want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a sausage McMuffin at your curbside spot. And then it still doesn't come so you have to go in and retrieve it. And then you get a cold sandwich. So nice.
The lady at the counter was rude. She didnt smile and gave attitude. She served my coffee off of the screen. I went up three times asking wheres my coffee. She used the tone saying "what coffee? " Unprofessional, they stand around and just talking to each other. The place would be packed with people waiting for their food. I've seen people standing for 10 minutes for one burger. I understand if their is short staff problems, hut could cross train people and help with this problem. I'm not much for a complainer. I've worked for McDonalds, I know the ins and outs of how things work. But the disrespect right off. That's not cool.
I'm done with this one. They screw up my order every time. I ask for no pickles. I get pickles. 2nd time now I've gotten a grilled chicken ceasar salad and they didnt give me any dressing or croutons. How is that a ceasar. Westmount is further for me but I'm going there from now on. I'm tired of getting the wrong order, or missing things like ceasar dressing for my cesar salad!
They didn't put my drinks in an Uber eats order and made me get charged two delivery fees and wait an hour on top of that just to receive my two drinks again. Should have used a vending machine I guess
I think this location is more suited for drive-thru. The restaurant is very small and tightly packed. Service is good, food is what you'd expect from any McDonald's, and the staff are very friendly. Just not an overly comfortable place to sit and eat.
