The young man that took my order was friendly and very helpful. I'm on oxygen and had 3 grandsons with me today and he carried my tray for me, and a couple times came to ask if I needed anything else. First time I had this done for me at any McDonald's

Something different everytime. From missing items to terrible tasting soda. Most recently asked for no bun on a burger for my gluten sensitive girlfriend. Got home and sure enough it had a bun. I drove back for her and they took the original burger, I asked for a refund and Aiden the manager just awkwardly and blankly stared off into space because he couldn't be bothered to make eye contact with me. Terrible service and followup customer service. The only lady that seemed to have a handle on operations was no where to be seen when my complaint was being addressed.

The food is good and the worker that worked with me was very kind. There is many flies that were flying around our food was a little bit annoying but that's okay. The food was made well and fast and tasted nice.

Flies everywhere, Flies on the Cash register. 10-20 dollars for each meal. Not wheelchair accessible but many children so children friendly. Vibes here are not the best. Food is not the best but it is still eatable.

Order screen is broken and there is nowhere to sit as the place is full of kids who ordered nothing.

Burnt food, dirty location with tables not cleaned and garbage bins overflowing. No tp in ladies room.

Every time I have gone through the drive-thru I have had issues. The last few times I ordered just coffee they couldn't even get that right. Coffee cup was half filled but charged for full, wrong size given, coffee that obviously hadn't had the filter replaced just to mention a few things. Staff seem to be obnoxious teenagers who don't care even when issues are brought up. I'd be extremely worried when ordering food what they may be putting in it.

I thought I was walking into an audition for Canadas worst Filipino singer auditions, the worst service ever and the singing was ratchet to say the least.they were playing the worst Filipino songs and trying to sing along just reminded me of a cat in heat sitting on a fence. I thought it was very offensive and disgusting
How many of them see canadians with there justin bieber songs performing a song along while being choked by a catholic priest while screwing up the mc orders I'm the mc fillipines. ZERO CAUSE WE WOULD NOT DO THAT! SO the same should go for them people in our country.and they think they are mcbetter than everyone else.papa dont preach and beotch dont sing, you sound mcstupid! I usually go to the Riverbend Sq but the staff and food there is dreadful. I tried this place and by far much better staff. Fries are always fresh and friendly nice people. Will continue to come by.

They always seem to forget half your order even after asking if that's everything u literally have to put your car in park qn check all the bags before you leave the drive thru order 6 nuggets you get 4 order a nugget happy meal u only get 3. They never apologize an really just don't seem to care.

This is the worst location. Always getting orders wrong. McMuffin buns are hard. This morning the coffee was cold and gave us the wrong order again.

Awful quality fries, ordered two large and they came half full, soggy and unsalted. They missed my two mcdoubles completely and the two large drinks were half full even with added ice. Will not be ordering again, disappointed since this is my local location. Will be contacting corporate over this.

As McDonalds go, this location is disappointing. I have found they tend to run out of different things, and what they actually have often doesn’t correspond with their menu. More than once they have under filled drinks or ice cream, and when I’ve shown them they agree and re-make it. Almost seems like a consistent policy!

Biggest annoyance was one night when I placed a mobile order around 9: 30 pm and walked over (On the app I selected to pick up my order inside). I arrived and the dining room was locked. I tried knocking - no answer. Phoned multiple times and the phone just rang with no voicemail pickup or menu. I tried walking to the drive thru speaker but couldn’t get their attention by shouting, and couldn’t get anyone’s attention in the window. After 20 minutes an employee finally came outside to take out the garbage and I was able to get their attention. No apology, they just said they only do drive thru at this hour. I explained I was given the option of counter pick up and selected it. When I mentioned I phoned them for 10 minutes straight, they agreed they had heard the phone ringing but aren’t supposed to answer it. What?

Travel the extra 8 blocks to 149 st and 87 Ave. Never had an issue there!

Messed up several times. Once they didn't even add salt to my fries, they messed up my boyfriends Big Mac, they've gotten one of my orders completely wrong. I would recommend going to a different location

Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless dining room and washrooms. Fast hot and good tasting food

I order med coffee only 3/4 in the cup pancakes has no syrup and fork and knife, mc griddle sausage i recieved the mc griddle bun with chicken.chocolate milk doesnt have straw. Also waited for long for just a small order.i am very very dissappointed.it looks like the one that serving our order intentionally dies this is unacceptable. I think this guy is a facist.

Worst place to order food.
I ordered chicken sandwich and it was very hard, burnt and old chicken. I can't even eat that. It was supposed to be a garbage. Totally waste of money.

What an incredible bunch of staff at this location! Everyone so very friendly and welcoming. Very fast service. Best location I have ever been to, and, I've been to a bunch. Great job and keep being awesome.

WORST (lack of hygiene) Staff did not wash their hands after going to washroom, dining table & windows not cleaned

Worst location maybe in the entire city. Constantly screw up orders and essentially argue with you. They also dont answer the phone for 4 days until someone answers. Stay away from this little dump.

As far as McDonald's go I'm happy with the consistency and cleanliness. Super friendly service, and enjoyable breakfast.

I don't appreciate paying for a large fries and getting a half full container. I didn't order a large container with a side of fries. That's annoying, and disappointing.

This McDonald’s only serves a small portion of the menu items offered by McDonald’s brand. Drive through is oddly shaped and very small. Drivers often have to leave their vehicles to pay.

If there is more then 2 people in line then they will make you wait in the parking lot to receive your order.

It's literally never fresh and I always have to throw out my food whenever I go to this or any McDonald's anymore. Quality has dropped severely the past few months/years. One of the touchscreens doesn't even work for self-ordering. Make the small trip to the other McDonalds nearby. It's less of an eyesore, anyway.

Terribly disappointed went in kiosk not working stuck in my login tap not working drink with no flavour fies half fill tried called to get a replacement no answer just close urself down already

The service here is exceptional! My friend and I go here 3-4 days a week for lunch…we are treated like royalty by the staff! …to the point where they bring our order to our table!

To be totally honest, take the extra 2 minutes to go to the other closest McDonald’s. I went in after school to get a cheeseburger. JUST a cheeseburger, and it took them almost 20 minutes, and I was the only one waiting. Don’t waste you’re time here.

Slow. Always gets orders wrong. Should be replaced with an A and W. I had to get my order corrected and they still got it wrong. It's not hard. Egg Mcmuffin with bacon. Not a bacon egg mcmuffin. It's like you guys are growing your cows. Which at this point would run this McDonald's better then the people there

Not a place for vegetarian. I surprised by the fact that when all other Burger joints have a menu for vegetarian burgers, MC Donald's offers nothing. Their coffee tastes like hot water.

I don't think this place has warm food mine was cold and you pay for yhe extras a buy never get yhem was quite disappointed

Bought a quarter pound burger, then started back to Calgary, and eat my burger, but it was cold, must have been sitting for 15-20 minutes before I got the burger, that's how bad it was

Just got through the drivethru, one car ahead of me none behind. Ordered a big mac meal and went home.got home and found 3 fries and no burger.

This place deserves a 5 star review. I come here frequently and like 9/10 the food is hot. Yea sometimes the food could be fresher but considering it's a McDonald's and peoples expectations aren't high - they still slap. They're efficient, quick and accurate.

Promised my son McDonalds we walked over shortly after closing so they let us walk through the drive through even though they didnt have to, thank you so much! Best staff

Just went to the Meadowlark McDonald's for a quick dollar drink and after wondering why the cup didn't feel as firm as it normally does I opened it up to find the cup has been water stained by God knows what. Absolutely disgusted by this McDonald's and will more then likely never be back.

The manager aphisha was nothing but a delight to deal with, she rectified any issues we had from a previous visit with care and compassion. This is the third time I've had" above the call of duty "service from this location.

My drink was shoved in my face. A door was slammed on me and change thrown on the floor all because I asked for a change she deliberately threw on the floor. They shouldn't be dealing with the public. They get jobs and treat people with disrespect.

The place was filthy and smelt of urine. The tables were not cleaned off from the previous customers nor were they disinfected. I've never been so grossed out of a McDonalds in my life.

This location has inventory issues. We haven't been able to order any McWraps or Snack Wraps from here in months. Unreal! Try the rebuilt location down the street on 149St instead.

I ordered through the drive thu with a coupon yesterday afternoon. Service was fast, They had good covid safety measures in place. My food was packed well, accurate and tasted good.

Slowest drive thru in Edmonton. It’s the closest to my house so I have used it Monday to Friday for the past 7 years. Unfortunately I just started using the McDonalds on 87th and 149th st.

Poor customer service! Cashier with lots of earrings was rude and no professionalism in dealing with customer!

The food is hot or miss. If you go at the right time the food is always fresh, butnif you go when it's slow then sometimes the food tastes stale

Staff were rude, burger was smashed together and falling apart. They didn't update their menus so food that's not available is still listed.fries were old and dry. I understand that McDonald's is not a high end restaurant - but this visit was so bad it almost felt personal?

Worst, slowest, always too cold from no heat when it's freezing or too hot in the peak of 30 degree July from no AC - had to leave when I almost passed out (true story). Just a brutal representation of the McDonald's brand.

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. It's run by a bunch of teenagers who have no manners whatsoever. They've cut down the menu to next to nothing. Half the time, you're not even going to get what you came through to get. The other half of the time, there's going to be something wrong with your order. And who this hell stops selling hotcakes altogether? They should just shut this location down it's so freaking useless.

They water down their drinks.ans cup was 70% full. Taste them before you leave after drive through. Has happened to me four times at this location. They never answer their phone when you call. This location has tried ripping me off many times.

Terrible service. I ordered 2 mcflurries, 2 hot fudge sundaes, and a mocha. 1st mcflurry: actually nothing wrong with it. 2nd mcflurry: non existent. Both hot fudge sundaes were cold fudge sundaes instead, and they came without spoons. The mocha was also old and not very warm. Not recommended.

Ask for kids hamburger without beef patty.what I got for $2.50 is only bun with one tiny pickle and few oinions without any dressing. After I order staff is start talking in his home language with his employee and both start laughing. This happened to me second time. I wish store will train their staff some professionalism.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg Mcmuffins. BURNT muffins and BURNT bacon GROSS. And of course they take there phone off the hook in the mornings so you can't complain. Or there so busy taking complaints that the phone is constantly busy. I always have problems with this location. Don't recommend this place for anyone.

Messed up on my order, but fixed it when I pointed it out. Try the quarter ponder with the habanero sauce.

Redeemed a free coffee and recieved a burnt coffee. When i went back in to ask if they could get a fresh one the women who i asked gave me attitude about it and gave me another burnt coffee that tasted the same.

I always give this place a second chance, but everytime I come in the drive thru or into the store the staff are rude and barely give you their time. Orders are always messed up and parts missed them never give you a receipt to show what you ordered.
Tonight I asked for pickles on a burger, never got any, asked for mayo was told it is in the bag then after there were wasnt any i was told I never paid for any.
Go the two blocks down the road if you need mcdonalds.

Order was wrong. Not a big deal.but the attitude and arguing over what was clearly on the receipt and the way they talked to me like it was my fault wasn't cool.there are other McDonald's in the area I I will go to instead.

This location is FUBAR. Nastiest McDonalds I've visited. The staff are incredibly rude, I was told "I made this myself I know its right" after the THIRD attempt to make my burger even though the chit clearly stated NO PICKLES while we were staring at a burger with pickles.to make matters worse, after my meal I visited the restroom to no soap, no toilet paper and a scene like a bomb went off inside the restroom.

Do yourself a favour find another location, save yourself the troubles.

Worst McDonalds ever! Slow service all the time food is always old it seems, they can't even do coffee right. The only time this place runs well is when all the corporate big wigs are there.

Reliable and friendly, some items they run short of. I believe it's due to the McDonald's being rebuilt at lynwood, left everyone swamping Meadowlark with big mac attacks

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
I was doing over night shifts this week.

1st night: they forget my fries.
2nd night: they forget my sweet n sour sauce.
3rd night: forget to put sauce in my wrap.

If I could post 0 stars i would, I am beyond furious. I ordered through the app, a double big mac, chicken nuggets and an entree ceasar salad. We received everything, but the salad was a side size not a full size. My husband goes in to the restaurant to rectify the situation and is told "that's what you ordered". Not knowing any different he pays for ANOTHER salad. I go into the restaurant and show my order to the attendant and am told that regardless of what is on my phone, the receipt on their end says otherwise. Okay. Fine. A glitch. My husband asks for his money back for the second salad that we have NOT received and are told we never paid. My husband repeats that he handed her a 20$ bill and she says "I'm calling the police" and refuses to interact with us further. CALLING THE POLICE OVER A SALAD I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. We then had to stay and recount what happened to a uniformed officer which was utterly mortifying since we had done nothing wrong. We were calm, used our manners and did not curse or become beligerant. Once the officer arrived and came into the restaurant the attendant (who's name tag said Russet or Russel, and claimed to be the store manager) suddenly had a 20 bill in her hand. I again showed my order on the app where it showed I paid 5.79 for a full sized salad. The officer thankfully saw that my husband and I were just looking for the items we paid for and suggested they give us what we asked for. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I will be calling to see that this person does not continue to have relations with the public as she is clearly not capable of simple problem resolution.

Absolutely not. Theres no way I'm ever stepping foot into this joke of an establishment ever again. I will not spend another penny at a restaurant that condones their customers being treated like liars and thieves and CALLING THE POLICE ON THEM over a salad. The woman I dealt with that night has absolutely none of the skills required to work as part of a management team or in a customer service job in general. She has zero communication, problem resolution or interpersonal skills.

As a manager myself I can tell you she should lose her job plain and simple. ***

By far the worst McDonalds. The dining area is dirty and none of the staff bother to clean up the tables. Customers are ignored if they're standing at the counter to place an order, even though there is only one kiosk and a high traffic location. They can't build a sandwich properly, and it falls apart just by looking at it. There is nowhere to sit, so you have to take your order to go. But you'll have to go back because they didn't put any straws or napkins in the bag. They act like it's a huge inconvenience to be held to an expectation, like putting a straw in a bag.
They never have the proper supply to complete most of the orders on the menu, like Angus burgers or chicken for a wrap. Don't waste your time going to this location.

My friend and I each had the fish & chips lunch with an apple pie and green tea. Each of us finished off with a vanilla sundae topped off with the chocolate sauce. Lunch was good.

Order and was charged for a Sausage/Egg McGriddle, Muffin and Orange Juice. OJ was the only option since they didn't have smoothies available. Got to work and discovered that they did not include the Sausage and Egg McGriddle. I guess it is my bad for expecting that the orders be right and should have checked the bag before driving away.

This location is terrible. I watched a friend have ti demand a refund due to this location not having anything he had ordered aside from fries (but they still accepted his money).
My own order (to go) was missing napkins and straws. My big mac represented the leaning tower of Piza mixed with a Nile of grease, my poutine had a single glob of gravy in the center keeping my cheese buds from melting, and the customer service was absolutely bunk.

My food was not placed on the counter or handed to me. It was tossed onto the counter, my drinks as well, the stupid worker nearly spilled 2 of the drinks and I was met with the stupidest look of shock when I requested a drink try.

Contrary to what your staff may think, people only have 2 hands and everyone would experience a tremendous degree of difficulty trying to walk with 3 drinks and 2 bags.

This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I don't have high standards for fast food, but a little bit of effort is the one expectation I have.

Found paper from my ice cream cone in my ice cream, my mother and grandmother's didnt have it, it also took longer thsn any other ordered placed, mcdonalds whats up with this? Makes me never want to eat at the meadowlark location
