I ordered snack buffalo sn wrap and the wrap they didn't put a sticker. And the presenter person she is very rude and she's damn feeling good.

The food is always cold there was only one item that was warm.not hot.warm and they said it had just come out I'm honestly so tired of this chain of "restaurants" the quality is always the worst staff is fantastic and friendly usually always however the food is always cold or the fryer oil is so old you can taste it.

The two Philippino managers who were working on Nov 27 around 130pm were so rude to an elderly couple.

They were mistreated and disrespected.
They shouldn't be representing mcdonald's because they are far from being professional.

There is a pattern of unhinged Asian female managers working at red deer McDonald’s and I think they are pretty insane if they think they can speak to Canadians the way they do. If they hate it here so much and hate their job, then gtfo.

This has to be the most disorganized McDonalds I have ever been to. I have worked for McDonalds, and this place is a disaster. Very poorly managed.
They even held my food at ransom when I asked for a receipt. They said people like to steal their food.

Beyond slow service, drive thru gets all their attention, so if you dont drive, I wouldnt bother stopping here. And dont order Delivery here, drivers have zero consequences when arriving without a thermal bag.
Saw 6 orders go without being zipped up, and one without a bag

It feels like home (Philippines). I love their fries and chicken sandwich, it taste the same in Mcdonald's Philippines. I will definitely come back again and again.

I work here for a year place it’s so traumatizing to work at so many over doses homeless having fights with us in the store we always have cops there managers are so unfair when it’s comes to taking you break at a reasonable time instead of an hour before you’re (usually when they send you) they have zero understanding for calling in sick they make you call the store number and they usually don’t end up answering I called for three hours this one time, and when they finally answered, they tried to write me up as short notice. Managers are blank, rude when they are telling you to cover shifts, they are super unorganized and honestly seems like they have zero idea of what there doing I feel bad for the kids there that are getting super under paid and over worked my wishes go to them and as for the kids that are thinking of applying here… don’t.the building is so unsafe. In first window the roof is coming apart and there is mold. Kitchen guys don’t wash their hand I work there for a year and I haven’t seen one of them wash their hands. Managers are rude espacially Hazel she’ll tell you your ruining her shift/ day if you messed something up. Machines are always broken and I mean always lots of the times we’ll be hand putting in your creamer and sugar because the machine is broken. Overall terrible terrible place def do not bring small children here it’s UNSAFE.

Coffee was good but the food was horrible. The bread was dried out and the hash brown was cold. Hate having to go back and get it replaced. Will never go through a drive through.

Was in drive thru today around 730am ordered 3 sandwiches with chicken and round egg got 1 with egg and when I called the the store the lady pickup the phone was so rude and was saying I am lying so she asked me to bring food back and get replaced how can I get food back when I live far from store I felt so bad for kids waiting for food at home I bought them breakfast after doing night shift

Extremely poor, I would never recommend this place to anyone. My order experience goes like this, order completely messed up in so many ways. Drink spilled all over the inside of the bag, incorrect fries (medium instead of large), and to top it all off, the drink is a root beer, when I ordered a coke. If people are like this there I can imagine how bad they are in other real life situations. Like holy man, such bad service. Thankfully skip was nice enough to refund my order. As a reviewer of many places, I urge you to never give this place business, they have gotten my order wrong many times in the past, this is the first time the situation has gotten this bad though. STAY AWAY

States it’s 24 hour but they are closed wayyyyy to often after midnight.august 18 and they are closed at 2am? ! Every week they are closed after midnight! What’s the point of advertising that you are 24 hour when close up shop after midnight!

Fast affordable, for on the go, McDonald's always offering great service, affordable food, for the fast paced individual.

Fast and friendly service considering no dinning inside due to covid. For being the downtown location it was clean and service was fantastic!

Very slow. I stood at the front counter for 10 mins waiting for help, then when I finally got help. The manager was very rude for no reason. Do better with your customers service.

Pretty nice staff. Slow service but busy so it’s understandable. Fries were hot and place was clean. I will be back when I’m in town next

It's McDonald's. Three levels of service:
1. Where it's a 100% correct. Almost never get this level of service with orders of more than one item.
2. Where 30% of the order is correct, at this location, this seems to be about 80% of the service I receive.
3. Where you have a hard time believing that they were actually reading your order from a screen, but at least they remembered the napkins.
So now, I don't leave until I have ascertained that what I have ordered, is actually in the bag.

On closing, here is a tip for McDonald's. If I roll up and ask for a sandwich with a large fry and a large smoothie, don't ask if I would like to make it a meal, to then a minute later, tell me you can't make it a meal because of the smoothie. Instead of constantly trying to up sell, promise less, while exceeding expectations!

I got 11 chicken nuggets in a 10 pack, I devoured them all by the time I came round the corner to the traffic light. They be gone

How am I supposed to get a coffee if the front's not open? Kind of annoying seeing as your just as exposed at the drive through. Its almost as if its a goal to be lazy here.

STAFF HAS TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER! IIve been in there 3 times and they never put extra sugar. Every single time I have to get them to remake them 3 times.

Just went through for a big Mac. Opened it to eat it, the patty was torn apart and looked like it was dropped and mashed back on. Worse then that the bottom of the bun was moldy. Worst part of this experience was that when I called to complain I was told to bring the burger back and he'll see if there's there's problem. I asked to speak to his boss and was told it's not possible and that I'll have to return it to him to decide if there's an issue. Ignorant, unsafe, and should be visited by the health board and if this is their standard.

They Messed up my order it was supposed to be a double big Mac bacon no cheese they gave me a regular big Mac with cheese the fries were cold and I ordered a root beer and they gave me a Coke

Awful Experience. Was served warm drinks.missing one meal but was given three extra drinks. The manager was very rude. Wouldn’t acknowledge their Error

They ignore any on-line order I have ever made on my ap and not once gotten my order correct in the drive-through. Blackfalds McDonald's only.

I sware the staff here are just as dumb and as slow as the owner of this location i am truly shocked that it has not burned down from how dumb these staff are.

This store has the worst staff even at the top of the staff tree Bob carpenter the owner of this location who does not care how bad his staff act nor does he care if the lack of repairs to his property cause damage to someone's car.

This location should just be shut down.

I would have put 5 stars but the girl gave my order away and never asked me if any of it was mine. So a supervisor finally came out with a different order and She asked what I was waiting for? Said my order and I told her what it was. She went back in and then came back and said there was nothing because it was already delivered. Well obviously it wasn't. She went back in and in a few minutes she appeared with a new order plus an apple turnover.

Staff were friendly. They forgot to pack a meal. I didn't notice until after I left. So no breakfast for me this morning.

Wouldnt recommend dining here as they are unruly undesirable towards the food, chiken nuggets I got 'fresh' are hard and stale and cold, the scotch bonnet burger includes tomatoes and lettuce. I received neither of these except a small dollop of sauce and none of the included vegetables highly disappointed 5 dollars I'll never get back because of this greedy corperation

Learn how to stir coffee and take an order. We said 2 mcdouble meals and a jr chicken and got 1 mcdouble and 1 jr chicken and had to pay for another meal because IT WASN’T ADDED! Not to mention she FORGOT OUR DRINK! So i had to go inside and grab it. This store really lacks on how people do they’re job. If you don’t like working or doing your job properly then just quit please.

Burgers are always dry, breakfast sandwich muffins are always dry and hard. Disappointed every time coming to this mcdonalds.something needs to be done with management here, by far the worst mcdonalds in red deer!

Its Madonalds, not much to say. The drink bar and ketchup station was dirty, one empty ketchup, empty napkins dispner, sticky counter from uncleaned pop. Service is good, friendly staff.

Food was incorrect. I guess they cannot read their grill slips. Got my coffee and one was wrong. Ordered the same thing in both and it was entered incorrectly.

We visited mcdonalds for a quick snack. Food was okay. Hashbrowns ice cold. We were surprised to find a person sleeping at one of the booths. I told the manager. When we left the restaurant 30 min later the person was still sleeping. Atta boy mcdonalds way to fail miserably.
