McDonald's

Currently it is drive-thru only. Ordered a tea and a coffee. I asked nicely if they could fill the coffee to the top and this is what I received. If I want a large I will order a large as this was supposed to be an extra large. Funny thing is that I was told before that this is the worst McDonald's that is in the city. I see nothing changes.

I just stopped in with a friend I had a strawberry milkshake, she slurped on me, then a blueberry/pomegranate drink.on our way to use the biking trails to enjoy the fresh air.

We come often here often as a treat for the kids after school. There seems to be a training or hiring issue. Some of the kids are great but others need more training (aka attitude adjustments). One lady in particular is incredibly grumpy and unpleasant. She must be the shift manager as she’s always barking at people, us included. It also seems like the drive through line is extra long and slow when she’s working. To avoid getting barked at any more, we’ll start frequenting the A&W across the street.

This place is absolutely horrible, they can not make a double cheeseburger even though every other McDonald's does! They yell back at you when you tell them to make it a different meal, they try to overcharge and when you confront them about it, the big bad manager comes on the intercom and talks over you and says this is how it is. Once you pick up your food he also tells you "love you" which is very uncomfortable. This place needs a serious overhaul of employees or shut down asap!

Had a mobile order and went through the drive thru, everything seemed okay other than a little longer than usual wait. Pulled up to the window and waited about 5 minutes before being told to park and wait. Only waited about 5 minutes and they brought out the order, I assumed everything was in there but driving away my friend in the passenger seat checked the bag and was missing an item. Okay, no biggy, drove back and got the missing item without any issues.
In my order there was a coffee and muffin, the one thing I dislike about Mc Donald's coffee is that the drink is rarely the same, and as I thought it did not taste like the last one I had before (tossed that out). Then there was the muffin, I wanted to separate the top part from the bottom but the wrap on the muffin was stuck on there pretty good and the top muffin was hard enough to knock on a counter.

I’d honestly give a 0 if I could. This location regularly parks me for 10-20 minutes even if no one else is there. Sometimes they even park everyone but the drive through will be empty? The last 2 times I went they completely messed up my order. The first time, I clearly specified that my family member was allergic to gluten and so I just wanted the egg and sausage no muffin. I got a muffin so the whole thing was wasted. This morning annoyed me enough to write a review. I saw the Egg Bagel BLT is back so I went, I asked the women (Rhonda) I think? For no lettuce & she repeated “no egg” I said no just no lettuce.of course I got no lettuce but no egg too. She had no idea what she was doing, she asked “just a sec” so I did. The person taking orders on the other side put 2 cars through while I waited. Not sure what’s hard about no lettuce? The iced coffee was more vanilla syrup then it was coffee. I’m disgusted. What a waste of money.

Service was quick, staff friendly. They now have Buffalo McNuggets. Staff said if I didn't like them, they would switch them for the regular ones. Thanks. I enjoyed them, especially with additional got sauce.

Always have to pull up and wait for order to be handed out, out of fries? Your a burger and fries operation.

Find the customer service prejudice towards classes of people and occasionally racist, very concerning

I don't often leave 1 star reviews, but this place is a train wreck. I go through the drive thru Saturday 9am, it's not busy, only one car ahead of me, order a egg McMuffin and a hash brown. Have to go to "special order" because they are waiting for hash browns, this is fine. Wait a solid 15 minutes, while they redirect cars from the drive thru to the parking lot. People that came after me, get their food brought out, I still wait.finally I get mine, no hash brown.

After politely complaining in the store, I get my hash brown, its half cooked and unsalted because they are rushing. Turns out the egg McMuffin had a rather high amount of egg shell in it too.

This location sucks!

It's a McDonald's, I don't know why you'd need a review of it.
10/10, don't drive a big truck through the drive-thru, you WILL get stuck.

Service was really slow and the food was basic McDonald’s lol. It was not that great, but then when is any McDonald’s ever that great lol

This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live close by so I come here anyway. But they always manage to do something that annoys me. I've gotten warm iced coffees, bad service and they are very pushy trying to upsell. Today my fries were stale, my iced coffee had cream all down the side because they never wiped it down, my Big Mac has next to no lettuce on it and they didn't give me a straw. Not sure why I keep coming back here when A&W is across the street. I seriously hope the owner reads this and actually does something because this is not good.

Slow service (prioritized skip and uber), yellow ice cream, extremely loud music in washroom. Reasonably clean

Amazing lol. It's Mcdonalds. What are we talking about here? As everyone knows always order a burger special. That way you don't get cold cheese on a cold burger. And I do like mcnuggets. There has not been one single time that I have not had to say, no. No way. Not good. Mcdonalds qlwqysbto pawn off old mcnuggets. Eat one and fo back and say no. Hot mcnuggets are fanastic. Cold ones suck.

Brutally slowc at lunch time on a regular basis.

This is an old mcdonalds. They have good food and ok service. They need some upgrades to the property.

The drive thru headset was really low couldn't hear very well. Great service quick and easy, I didn't have to wait. The server went above and beyond today.

Wrong pop stale fries no hot sauce drive thru lady couldn't even take order properly had to go to the window and order still came out wrong no on the person with me burger no onions when extra was asked for

If I could give zero stars, I would. Shorted me a dollar back in change and gave me cold coffee, rude, disorganized and very poor service and product. Will never go to this location again.

This Mcdonalds has its ups and downs. Either they're pretty fast about getting orders out or they are so slow. For example there ill go there for my morning coffee at roughly 930 and wait about 2 minutes after my order has gone through. On the flip side today there was a gentleman that had been waiting for his order for 25 min. Dont get me wrong it was their lunch rush but non the less

When I say I want to pay for that person behind me and then I watch you charge him too never again will you get my service.never like you cared you pocket the money I asked my buddy if he payed too he says yes he did.

Waited 15 minutes for a mcdouble meal when it wasn't busy. Also when ordering watched 4 people go through the other drive thru before my order was even taken.

Did drive-thru for a chicken mcmuffin about 2-2: 30, this Saturday afternoon. Not busy, just a trickle of vehicles. Had to wait close to 15 minutes for it, and when it did come, it looked like they had dumped half a jar of mayo over it. Disgusting. That was the one food item I could stand at McDonald's, but have once again learned why it is better to just stick to the coffee.

The app said curbside and I filled out spot 3. Waited 15 minutes for someone to bring food to the car beside me (who got their coffee in less than a minute) and then asked them where my food was. They came 7 minutes later telling me I had to go through the drive thru because I had selected that. I had not so their computers messed up. My kids were upset. Was not a pleasant experience

Terrible establishment. Make every drive thru customer wait and doesn't listen to what they want. If I could give 0 stars I would

The service is really awful, They gave me cold coffee and we told them to change it and the stuff were disrespectful. This happened on Nov 18,2020 around 8: 00pm, please try to respect customers as Mcdonald has got great reputation.

This location almost never has any selection. Went a few weeks back at 10: 30am, they were out of hashbrowns and wernt making more. Went there today and they only had 2 out of the 6 or 7 muffin options McDonald's offers. They are everywhere, don't go to this one.

The service was fast and accurate. It was easy to understand what they were asking. That means they spoke English well. The food was hot and the pop did not have too much ice. Great service!

Haven't eaten in for a while but have continued to order at the drive through. Most of the time they get the order correct but if they are busy they take shortcuts. Crispy Chicken instead of Grilled, missing sauces, missed instructions. One time we received a 1/4 BLT Burger instead of Grill Chicken BLT despite the tag on the package and receipt being correct. Be sure to double check your order.

It's McD's. I'd give it 5 but 3 out of 4 times when asking for extra pickles on your big Mac you get extra sauce instead. Or they don't give you all the hash browns.

It looks run down and disowned, like since Covid no one cared for the building. I honestly thought it had closed when I saw the building. But the staff are pleasant

McDonald's was wonderful and the orange juice juice and the pink Donuts were pretty good highly recommend that you go and check it out

Got told to wait to the side to pick up my drive thru order. I waited over 20 minutes. I asked politely what took so long. The woman said because we had to wait for your food. I said I understand that but what was the problem? She repeated herself by saying we had to wait for your food. I looked in the bag. The order was wrong. I asked for the receipt. She said they lost it and said my order is right and told me to leave. Won't see me there again

Not Great. In the Drive through, They told me to wait, and a person next to me came in gave their order and got in front. I just ordered fries, and they said I needed to wait so I sat in the reserve until someone came out to ask what I ordered, I then had to wait another few minutes before I got my fries. I don't mind waiting for food, but I definitely got an impression that I wasn't their priority.

We ordered burgers and got chicken nuggets instead went back they did not seem to be too thrilled with us

The McDonald's on Stony Plain Road is fabulous, when they make my ice cream cone. Their burgers and fries are also great.

The manager or lead hand do not want to serve me, after I pay my order, so annoying. Never go to this branch again.

I always goes when i need mcd from here as it is near my home. I was craving for mcgriddle for months as it was stopped for a while and i am not able to get it as i am working morning. Today as i had take my kid to doctor i took some time off from my work and on the way i stopped at this place for Mcgriddle around 9.45 am today. I used drive trough and i parked at this place and start eating. Other than meat and egg rest was ice cold. Made my hopes down. Very much disappointed. Did complain as i was running late for appointment. I gonna call them now.

I am an avid Mcdonalds breakfast eater. I like the items and the coffee. This is the worst location. I will drive past it every time.today i went against my better judgement and ordered food. The drive through always starts with an up sell (no manners or an up sell that makes sense to an order). As per standard at this location they shorted me my extra hash brown, (standard practice at this one). I had to ask for my receipt and when I opened my sausage and egg mcmuffin it was missing the egg. I get that errors happen, this location has and error almost every time. Dont go here. There are a few Mcdonalds close to here that are far better.
Just keep reading below, many many people have bad experiences at this location. All the same complaints as I have.

I just bought thru the " drive thru " like a few minutes ago. And lady who handed me my food was not nice at all. I was asking questions and she replied disrepfully and rude. Too sad! I would never buy here in this brach anymore.

2nd time in a row getting a 3/4 full cup of steamed milk instead of the mocha ordered. Consistently slow and unable to get orders right.

Standard issue McDonald's but check your bag before you drive away, the last couple times I've been to this location, they always miss something. Everyone loves a fast Drive Through but take a few extra seconds to make sure you have the whole order complete.

We were given the wrong order 3 times and when it was the “right order” it was still wrong. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. From drinks and food coming out wrong even after employees verbally confirmed the correct order, it’s always wrong. Awful.

Not that loving it: (experience bad customer service every time i come here, the lady on speaker is very rude this morning, she talks aggressively, i think she is the manager there and do whatever she likes.

Dining room is still closed. Drive through is only open to cars. Don't bother trying to take an electric or gas bike through they will turn you away. And then suggest you order from their app that can't keep card details secure. Go across the street to the open A&W where you can bike through the drive through and the dining room is open aswell. This Mc Donald's is an embarrassing joke.

Everytime (5/6) there is something wrong with an order.

Its not was used to be. Everytime I go there is less and less in the menu. Its not only McDonalds but lots of business are using the pandemic to deliver less and much less to their customers. These businesses in one way or other 'you are a valued customer'. Evertime I had ordered a blueberry muffin, or blueberry danish or any bagel they don't have. The last two they no longer make it. I have gone to a few different McDonalds the same story.
