The people working there are usually friendly, but the atmosphere is usually a bit toxic. They need to make room for some of the homeless folks. They are usually all over the place. They need to help them out more.

Super rude manager. Didn't even ask for the manager, the dude just came up to us and started being rude for literally no reason.

Prices are very high these days. But food everywhere is too much. Everyone loves McDonald's and the staff here is very sweet.

I had to move from self service to front register since the kiosk was very inconvenient to use you cannot modify/customize an order i wanted bacon on the sandwich but there was no option, Lady on the front till was very chatty, when i say chatty as chatty as hell, she was with a customer and was talking so loud you can hear her from a far, took me more time to wait in line than the actual order, food was okay but service was bad, probably this post wont matter since its a food chain nobody would care its “McDonald’s “ i was expecting faster service as they were fully staffed during the time

Not sure why big chains don't realize not all consumers eat meat/pork and charge you for something you don't want on your sandwich while they charge for the same ingredient when you want to add it to your meal.

Time for McDonald's to start a model where a moderate discount is given when meat and pork are omitted the same way they charge you more when you want to add it.

Love the staff at this location and it's clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I use to grab coffees and breakfast every morning at 3: 45 the past week they have closed the store every time I arrive. Good thing Tim Hortons up the block can Operate a 24 hour business properly. This store was always disgustingly dirty anyway I don't mind making the adjustment.

Literally got the entire order wrong. Asking for grilled chicken and got crispy chicken. Asked (and paid) for extra tomato and extra lettuce for kids happy meal and got neither. Must be the dumbest people working at this location

I went to this McDonalds at noon. I had to deal with the manager for another issue. When he came to the drive thru window I was sick too my stomach. The Manager was so sick he couldn't talk. I'm worried about the safety of their workers.public and my health. Shame on you McDonald! BTW I have a video

Sadly this is the closest location to our house. It’s fairly consistent that they make our order incorrect and forget items. I just went through the drive through and they asked me to park. I waited over 5 minutes and the fries that they brought were cold.

Ok im not going to lie i usually have a good expirience here, but the last time i came here (today) i found bugs in my fountain drink! There were more than
two but it was hard to see because of the drink but i dumped it out anyway.you guys really need to clean your fountain drink machine.please.will not be having any mcdonalds drink again

They actually made me drive out of the drive-thru and wait 7 mins for the lunch menu to start. I drive in at 10: 53 and the cashier told me to come back at 11. When I said it’s only 7 min difference she said “the kitchen isn’t ready, so come back” so like you want me to sit in the parking lot for the 7 mins it would have taken you to make them. So instead, I spent those 7 mins writing this review. Was it worth it?

Size of their burgers are less than 1/2 what they used to be. Time to choose another fast food restaurant I think.

Tried to use the Kiosk 3 times card reader wouldn’t even turn on.tried to print the receipt to pay at the counter, it didn’t print. Waited at the till to order for almost 10 minutes and nobody helped me.so i just left.not to mention there were 5 people waiting for their order that had been there for 15 minutes.drive through was backed up out of the parking lot

Always some machine is broken either ice coffee or ice cream:), I have pictures and short videos of their notices. I will share with head office McDonald’s, and if you go in to order at counter if you are not using kiosk they don’t even look at you. I know lots of us are facing same thing:) hope it get fixed

Very quick and efficient service. Staff member went beyond the call of duty to serve me at a table (not asked for), and to bring packets of ketchup. Very clean inside. The Habanero Bacon&Egg McDuffie tasted great!

Well, that's Mcdonald's. You know what to expect and what price you'll pay. Their version of Tim Horton's iced cap is way superior.

Worst Mc's in town lol. Nothing is working here and it is a total mess. Sorry to share this but it seems like a very poorly managed store.

Asked for an item on the menu. Just got a "we don't serve that here. " For months I've gone and ordered and hardly ever get a "thank you" or "have a great day". Any type of acknowledgement other than grabbing my money and stuffing my order in my face would be appreciated.

Also don't come here if you drink decaf. They almost never have decaf anymore and won't start a new pot for you.

This is one of the closest McDonald's to me and is conveniently located on my way home from work.

In all the times that I have received food here, it has been consistently fresh and hot. I suspect that their proximity to the LRT station contributes to their popularity which resulted in fresh and hot food almost every time. However, it can get annoying when there is an influx of Skipthedish, Ubereats, or Doordash delivery people which does happen a lot. Guess that is part of the price to pay for consistently fresh food!

The staff are friendly for the most part. Usually they seem happy to be there. Plus, they work hard and move back and forth to take care of patrons.

Waited 30 minutes curb side after going through the drive through for a chicken wrap meal.the fries were ice cold, chicken wrap was the same.not the first bad experience here.trash location, worst i've been to.

I can order 4 burgersand a large fries, ill get 12 packets of ketchup for my one order of fries and only 2 napkins for the whole order. Be sure to tell them you want napkins that are about a penny each with your order. I hate doing bad reviews but this place doesn't get it.

It's MacDonald's so the food is usually as I expect it to be. I mostly go to this location for breakfast and, with the exception of the occasional egg shell, the results are consistent. What I really like about this location is the speed of their drive-through - it's super fast and the staff are friendly.

My favorite McDonald's they always get it right and are always pleasant with smiles and happy dialogue.

Egg mcmuffins were not wrapped properly with the meat and egg at the bottom of the bag, and they stuffed 5 meals in one bag squishing everything, and breaking the hash browns into pieces. Brutal experience, and presentation.

The Indian guy at night shift ask me to go inside while I’m in the drive thru. So i drive backward just to to get inside. I ring the doorbell but nobody response. I tried to call same thing. He just ask to go inside the store but nobody open the door. I spent almost half an hour with the freezing temperature. Maybe he doesn’t know how to handle the situation.the delivery guy still customer. He need to prioritize too.

This is the third time I got careless work!
This time with my Ice cream after I paid they told me wait in the parking Area after 15 minutes they bring my Ice cream half way full and look unpleasant then he said sorry our machine is broken why you wasted my time and You guys excepting from me to come again. YOU LET ME DOWN

Ordered a big Mac at the drive thru, was told they ran out of the big Mac sauce. How does that even happen? Ran out of your most popular item?

Haven't had problems with their food yet, but the type of people that lurk around the restaurant are questionable. Be on guard of your personal belongings.

Unsatisfactory, changed order without asking and then I had to go from drive thru to park in front of building and wait several minutes. Counterproductive to say the least.

When I go through the drive through in the morning, and I go almost every day, they are so quick! Probably fastest McDonalds drive through I have ever seen.

Her first job and still one of the best joints to eat around. Ronald McDonald for now always and forever!

The bathroom was gross. 2 toilets plugged and flowing on the floor. Garbage flowing over. Stall doors were so dirty. We used the bathroom first and decided not to buy anything after we seen this. We were afraid of what it looked like where they cooked food.

Just picked up what was supposed to be a quarter pounder.
Must say I was very disappointed. There was no cheese, very little of
anything. The coke was also very watered down. I threw it out.
No more McDonald’d for me.

Alot of sketchy people at this mcdonald's location. But otherwise fast drive through but they manage to ruin orders

This place was terrible idk if it's cause we went there at 11pm on a Saturday and all of them wanted to go home.but its not my fault you rush me at the order box and got my order all messed up, which by the way was a simple order large coke small coke and 2 cheese burgers but if yall had bothered to actually take my order in the first place you would have known that.then yall proceed to spill coke on the side of my car and on the inside as well, I'm just mad i didn't get my large coke, and then my girlfriend took the only straw so there's that too, yall have to work on your customer service skills or quit cause tonight wasn't it, yall gotta do better

If you want old and cold food while getting your orders wrong then you might like this McDonalds! This morning, like many others, I receive a cold order with a stale bun. I ordered 2 coffees, 1 Medium with 1 cream and 1 sugar and 1 extra large black with a chicken mcmuffin. I received a cold chicken mcmuffin with a stale bun and 2 EXTRA LARGE coffees with 1 of them bring a 1 cream and 1 sugar. If i wanted an extra large with 1 cream and 1 sugar I would have ordered one! The cream and sugar is so watered down that you can't even taste it.
I threw away the chicken mcmuffin because it was horrible and cold and I will NEVER go to that Mcdonalds again. I will drive 10 km's to another location if I decide to go to a McDonalds in the future.

I have visited this place no less than 20 times. I can honestly say that they missed supplying my orders in 7-8 times.

I live nearby and go here when I’m hungry often but I’m always let down. Things aren’t as fresh as they should be. And burgers are slapped together. And I often get the wrong thing but I’ve never complained, I just got the 5 worst sandwiches and one was missing too. Talk to the McDonald’s by COP even there coffee tastes amazing. Maybe cause they stir them.

Worst McDonalds I've ever had, everything was stale.fries cold, burgers were microwaved to the point that the meat was rubber.

I was desperate and went back.the exact same stale fries and stale burger.these guys just dont care

Order a caramel sundae and an apple pie (or two!) Open the pie box so you can use it as a plate. Break up the pie a little with the spoon and scoop some ice cream and caramel on to the pie. Enjoy McDonald's Caramel Apple Pie Alamode ;)

People working here need to learn how to talk to Coustomer. If you can’t work today or your mode is bad so don’t attend your job take day off.
This location management is horrible that’s not first time the behave like this.

Food is never ready at the window, so you have to try and find a spot in the full parking lot then they can't even get an order right. Terrible McDonald's

Service was quick, accurate, and the food was good. I took a star off, as they have a stack of table delivery sensors beside the tills, but weren't offering table service.

Disgusting place. Bathrooms had pills, used saline in it and when i asked the manager to come see what my 11 yr old had found, she told me not to be rude. Lucky i was not rude.

The stove through is actually pretty quick, especially compared to the one at West Hills. They also seem to spend a little extra time when making their burgers; I haven't had a burger here yet with too little sauce or lettuce like other locations.

Since our office Moved to Westbrooke the decline in this store it is shameful. They get orders wrong. Do not listen to special orders and usually the quality is poor. The doors are always broken and the staff lock the doors making it appear that they are closed to avoid certain clients. Then someone will make an attempt to fix things to restore faith. Such as allowing us to call in the day before and making sure there is fresh muffins at 3: 50 am in the morning, or allowing us to walk up to the drive thru window to order coffee at 4 am. Some of the staff work very hard but some do not and it's easy to pick out which is which. But the past week I have tried to go thru the drive thru only to see pylons, and you are unable to order. Drive thru is blocked with several cars in the parking lot. The lobby is locked at this time as well. Today I was told everyday at this time of the day I will not be able to order, after pulling into the drive thru that was open. With other cars behind me also wanting to order. Which obviously not true as I have stated that I have been able to previously. If your restaurant needs to close for 1 hours everyday, then perhaps the signs that states 24 hrs a day should read the daily hours instead, or advertise which hour you will be closed or alternate hours. I understand you need to do your computer system, but at the same time, you have customers that are loyal and want to order. Perhaps not doing all the tills at the same time, or hiring security at the times that you require them is appropriate. During your maintenance hour you should have a different system, even "Cash only" Please this is not a once in a while thing. These are regular issues. Please address them. Always remember 1 customer is only one but placed in the right place in the pattern of things can build your business.

It's McDonald's, unless you find a severed finger in your food it's what you'd expect like every other chain

Meh. The people working here seem like they are better than everyone else. Just so mouthy the lot of them.

This location used to mess up orders less than Westhills location but it seems like they switched.

Now its this one that constantly leaves bacon on things I get it removed from (cant eat it: c) and either puts too many sugars in my coffee or not enough.
