No attention or care for an order, arguing about what was ordered even after receipt is produced

It's just McDonald's Food is the same, Atmo is the same, but the staff works very hard to get the orders on time and correct. Thank you

DO NOT GO HERE. I got a Vanilla Chai Frappe. The first sip it tasted like chemicals. I immediately had to run to the bathroom and puke because of how much was in it. They clearly are incapable of properly cleaning their machines. I tried calling the restaurant no answer.

The least friendly Mac D's I have been to. I have stopped here so many times in the morning as it's convenient on certain days and this is by far my most unpleasant place to go to. I go out of my way to visit other McDonalds as I stop every single day somewhere. The lady that hands you the food at the drive through is arrogant and rude. She has mischarged me more than once as she was not watching the que properly. The last time she gave me some free coffee coupons as she said it was too hard to redo the transaction. The coupons did not add up to the amount I was overcharged. Today I got sugar when I asked for cream only. I order the same coffee every single day at other locations and never an issue. She never says thank you even though I always do and often look at her waiting for a thank you in return but nope she does not even look at me. Plus there is hardly anyone in the drive through line where everywhere else there is a lineup at this time. To the manager. Do better to improve the staff or like everyone else I will not be back

The fries were a mix of fresh and old batches. Some were cold, and some tasted hot and fresh.

The girls are amazing, but always, this place is a big mess and needs a lot of cleaning.early morning some stuff won't be ready all the time

Customer service is not their forte. Ordered a double cheeseburger, recieved a single. Went inside to correct it, now I'm waiting 20 minutes and counting just to be served. To be fair the workers look overworked and understaffed.

Very rudely our order was handled. Even the manager didn’t pay attention towards our complaint. Will never come back

35 minutes in your drive thru last night. There we’re only 5 cars ahead of me. The Big Mac was dry and cold the fries were hot and awesome. I went there for fast food not a35 minutes wait

Unfortunately i can not give zero stars. Night time crew is a joke. Specially the lady working the drive through tonight wearing pink shirt is very rude and stupid. Gave me a stale and old fish sandwich, did not upsize the fries after charging me for that, no hello no thankyou nothing. Just kept making faces as if she did not wanted to be there. If you are tired of your job then quit instead of taking it out on customers who are paying their hard earned money for a meal. Wish i could throw this food in her face!

Made my toilet deposit, flushed and left with positive physical relief. V. Clean and restful depository!

Food + place are awesome but every time I go to this branch workers miss up my order and make me wait for extra time
I know you're bussy but what I noticed is that all what they care about are the people in the drive through!
Like last time I placed an order Three cars were served before me though I'm sure that I placed my order first!

Very poor service. Took me 15 minutes to get my mobile order.
I saw my order was ready but manager didn't alow another person to give me my order when other employee try to give me my order because she wants to give to skip order first. That's why my order was cold and I ask for no bacon and they put bacon on my burger I end up through my burger.

Good service but can get wild during busy hours when the high school students and people coming from work order at the same time. I waited 20 minutes because my order was skipped.

Stop delivering other people's orders to our unit! WE DID NOT ORDER FROM YOU! Numerous times my husband and I have had to throw out orders that came to our home because there is no info on the receipt as to whom the recipient is. Get the delivery address correct from now on.

Went to this location for a regular run, when we ended up at the window we realized we were missing 2 items from the order. When we asked for those 2 items we were given one and for the other one we were told to cameback around after being in the line for more tha n 10 mins. Manager (Rupinder) wasnt willing to solve the issue and instead kept telling us to come around and not even saying sorry for wasting our time. She shut the window and walked away. Poor customer service. Food itself was quality like always. Need to teach the manager leadership skills.

Very slow drive thru, I waited at the pick up window and nobody showed up until I shouted. I was confused whether there was another window for pick up on the other side of the restaurant. Never order happy meals from this branch. We paid money to get a proper toy and all we got was some Pokémon pieces of junk. Who in the world still watching Pokémon to collect their cards? ! You wasted our time and money for nothing

I love the staff of this location. They are always smiling and very polite even if it's at 2am at night. Food will always be served hot and fresh no matter what time you visit them.

I ask to exchange a boy toy to a girl. The supervisor said no.i always go to this store.not any more. I will go to other locations.

Some people hate cheese so when you try to order breakfast burritos they come out half Made very little filling.they say everything is fresh, not fresh from microwave

Terrible is the easist word to describe this mcdonalds. 3 seperate occasions where i have taken time between each screw up so they can redeem them selves.and yet the manage to screw up.especially when ordering something paying for said thing and getting half of the order correct. DBL means DOUBLE not single.each and every time.is this how you get your rocks off by charging people for 2 patties and delivering one? Get your head outta your arses managment and hire some actual people who pay attention to orders.ive called numerous times and still no solution.freakin ridiculous

Customer service has no meaning at this location. Avoid if possible. I received the wrong order and when asked to fix it they said no it was not their fault and it was mine instead.

Go through the drive-thru turn my truck off ask for a burger with nothing but cheese they don't deliver even after you ask them do you understand

Horrible costumer service! Had to stand at till for 2 mins never got service then had to use the self order machine witch was not working right there was a worker working on them. So when my order came out wrong the fight with me about it before changing it.then go to eat my food and no fork for my poutine so no way to eat it so that was a waiste of food. Oh and don't forget that there was no napkins or any other source of cleaning. It take out food people and u eat with your hand most of the time. I am so disappointed in the service that has become Mc. Donalds you need to open your eye to your customers again.

The good ole fashioned MacDonald experience as you would expect it to be. Conveniently located in the NE of Calgary near the airport.

Friendly, qnd somewhat fast, was husy at the time. Only screwed up on the drink order, I asked for no oce in my Ice Tea. And of course there was ice in my drink

Pulled over in drive thru, she told me to wait for a minute. Some other guy pulled over took his order. Pretty good way to prioritize thru thru orders.

We had trouble using a coupon and the management took too long 2-3 ppl to figure it out. Wasted my time

At this location wow what a bad service. Took my order asked me to come to 2nd window. Then asked me to go to 3rd window. Waited.then got asked how I was paying. I said card oh sorry our debt is down. I would have to wait or pay cash. I did not wait

My time as a customer wasn't valued. I spent 17 minutes in a drive through waiting for a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets meal. I ordered food around 4: 30pm ish on a Friday. It took 2 minutes to wait, order, and take my money. Then they asked me to pull up ahead to the third waiting window. I didn't expect to wait for 15 minutes and have 9 cars pass me. I honked my horn, then they came running with my food. Not fair. It didn't feel like fast food service.

Always get cold or undercooked food. Half the time my order is wrong. I gave tried phoning on 2 occasions when my delivered order was wrong and no one ever answers the phone

Absolutely useless, ordered a grilled wrap and after getting home it turned out to be crispy. The receipt and the order screen at the drive thru show it was grilled. Not gonna be vack in this location

I have to wait for a very long even after doing a mobile order. And then after waiting for so long the server came and said sorry our machine is not working we can't serve u ur Mocha

This location is busier than it would seem the staff can handle. People are always waiting at lunch.

Didn't know the junior chicken was spicy not enjoyable.dirty soda area, not stocked.expected at peek hours but was 10: 30 pm

Burger was extremely poorly built. Box was damaged with patties sticking out of the side. Most of the lettuce wasn't actually on the burger, it was around the sides in the box. Also very little sauce

Can't believe it, 20 min. Waiting. Only 5 staffs working. They should hire more staff to run the restaurant. No extra staff to maintain store cleanliness.

Ordered 2 coffees and waited 10 mins at the window. No one greeted us. Said hello a few times and some lady just popped her head around the corner and was rude saying Im making your coffees. There was 5 cars ahead of me in the drivethru, why cant you multi task and make more than one coffee at a time. 15 mins wait for coffee is ridiculous. We drove off without coffee and was late for work. Slowest drive thru ever

Don't order the herb and garlic french fries. Overloaded with seasoning and oil. Mostly just blame the staff that made them, but come on!

I never expected McDonald’s food to taste absolutely amazing, but I didn’t expect this McDonald’s to fail at everything I ordered: chicken was dry and cooked to dark brown, angus burger was also dry, BLT chicken burger came with no sauce and lettuce was turning brown, seasoning on the fries were just dumped on a few and most had no taste, and the FKING HOT CHOCOLATE was basically diluted milk with slightest hint of chocolate taste.
There are so many choices around this area, just don’t waste your money at this McDonald’s.

Worst McDonald's on the planet! I only go here because it's right next to work and they're (supposed to be) 24 hours. I've been denied service here several times due to they being too incompetent to take orders while doing a shift change. It's supposed to be 24 hrs! Ordered some plane cheeseburgers one time, only got the bun and cheese. 10 minute drive through wait just for coffee. Occasionally I go in and it's quick and painless like it should be. Other times it is just abysmal. Only go here if you literally have no other choice.

Rude manager, didn't care about customer service. Never ever enough staff.

I have dined here most times around midnight. They usually have 3 people working at this time so the service is a bit slower than normal, which is to be expected. The night staff are very friendly which is nice.

Nice location for this McDonalds. They have all the usual burger, fries, sandwiches etc on the menu. Service is exceptionally fast however that causes mistakes in their order sometimes. I once planned to take a carafe of coffee for 10 guys but it took forever, guess they can't compete with Tim's on the volume of coffee but McD's coffee tastes very good. Overall a good place for a quick bite.

I went through the drive through the other day, placed my order, and the worker said "ok drive to the window. " Well, there's 3 windows. 1st one has no one there, so I move to the next. Also no one there, and the car in front of me is at the last window. So I go to the last window. Also no one there, and I waited there for about 5 minutes, and was passed by 4 people behind me before someone finally came and rudely asked me how I'm supposed to pay. So I asked how much, since they didn't say before i drove up, and he went to find out for another 4 minutes. Minor annoyance. Today I decided to give it another go. The kid at the window got wiser because he specifically mentioned which window to drive to. Then he hands me a coffee that was dripping all over the place. Like as he passed it through the window there was literally coffee dripping out the bottom and he didn't seem to think there was a problem at all. So I've got coffee all over my car door, hands, coat, seat, cupholder. As you were walking from the coffee machine to the window and there was coffee dripping all over the place, did it not dawn on you that there might be a problem with the cup? Wow.

Bought four meals. Upgrades two with poutine and new garlic fries and they Forgot our two regual fries.
Went back in and the ones we got were cold and stale.
Multiple people on one order never works.

I love a great burger and fries. My kids always enjoy themselves whenever we visit. However on this particular visit it was less than enjoyable. The issue was not with the food.that was on point. This problem was a high pitched beeping that lasted over 30 mins! It was loud and rang throughout the Restaurant. It gave everyone a headache. When I finally mentioned it to the staff they casually stated it was due to the ice cream machine being broken and that they couldn't do anything about it.but mention the maintenance people were called and that we had to wait for them to fix the issue. They offered no apologies nor did they seem to care it was causing discomfort for clients and clients leaving part way through their meal. Strangely enough.after my comment.the beeping signal stopped mins after. Interesting. I figured they must have unplugged the machine. But that was too late.the ringing in our ears remained.

Everything you expect from the chain. Clean place, lots of seating. Play place, drive through, fast kitchen.
