Restaurant was relatively clean given the volume of people served.
Server at order counter was clearly not interested in being there. I asked for one item. I had to repeat myself twice. She couldn't have cared less.
My food was missing pickles (happens) The woman at the pick-up counter was very pleasant and gave me some pickles right away.
I don't often go to this location, but may not return due to the order counter staff.

Tried to use the drive through at 10: 58am to get lunch, was told to drive back around at 11am. Because the machines aren't set up for lunch yet... They can't take a order ahead of time and have you pay and park or anything, just come back later, go away.

This is the WORST mcdonalds in the city. If you are able to go anywhere else, you should. The drive through is so poorly located and they will not give you your food at the window. 9/10 they force you to drive to the front where there is NO PARKING and wait for your food. What is the point of a drive through at this location?

Additionally, we FREQUENTLY get meals missing multiple items of food. Never, ever leave this location without checking your bags.

It needs a COMPLETE overhaul of management. It's so clear they do not care about the customers because they're the only McDonalds in the area it will remain busy.

I'd rather drive to McLeod Trail at this point - I think it would save me time.

They'll rip you off. Paid for mcdoubles and they only put one patty in.

I mean, i don't expect much. Actually I don't expect anything other than the bare minimum of getting the order. But here we are, below the bare minimum bar of success. At worst, they're stealing from customers and who knows why.

Its alright I mean a quick stop is okay the manager is great at dealing with the team. I saw he kept them on their toes.

I have been coming here during the day and night hours and always feel so bad for the staff. Rarely is this location staffed and staff are often running from window to window doing multiple jobs. Expect to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes when ordering. Staff are doing their very best and always friendly and polite.

Went inside at 11: 45pm when the inside is still suppose to be open, one fella told me I could still order inside and to just let me know when I had my food and he’d lock the door behind me, then I was paying for my food at the kiosk and another guy approached me and said I had to leave and go to the drive through, I said why did you co worker literally just tell me I could be in here and you’re open still. He said no you need to leave. So then I had to go outside and get back in line in the drive thru. I would have just left if I wasn’t so hungry and it was too late to go anywhere else. Get on the same page and don’t tell customers two different things in a span of 30 seconds when you’re literally suppose to be open until midnight. Really not impressed

There was 6 of us delivery drivers waiting for like almost an hour now for our order. I dont think i need to say anything else.

Rushed off to pick my 4 year old from daycare and stopped over for a treat using the drive thru. Got to the window for payment and realized I left my wallet at home. I had only a dollar in my car.and Charlotte agreed to pay the balance.

Worst McDs in the whole city. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Tonight was over 40 mins trapped in the drive thru. And usually what you do order is not what you get, so I am done. Itnhas been like this for WAY too long.

Staff locked the doors 45 minutes before closing time, seconds before I was about to go inside.

If you wonder why the drive through line moves so slowly, it’s because the employees sit on their phones instead of taking payments. Fries are ALWAYS terrible here. I have been here numerous times and not once have I ever had fresh fries. They also always seem to mess up your order

The manager serving us was really frustrated and does not understand the McDonald's mission, serving customers with a smile and getting those in a rush out quickly. Our order was done quickly but the lady in front of us had to wait while he tried to figure out his register. Please train him in using a cash register and customer service. If I was not on a date with my wife, I would have said something to him.

Very busy location! Wait times have been 15-20mins. Never get fresh hot french fries. And not once has the icecream machine been working. And they advertise summer cones! Sorry not happy! Anyone have these problems? !? !

So slow. There is tons of staff everytime I am in there but they are just moving around not doing anything. It's so wild. My boyfriend got mad that we went through the drive thru but they just parked everyone and brought the food out a minute later. If we wanted to do curbside we would have, doesn't make sense to add a extra step. Specially when that parking lots bad during peak times.

Slow service or no service, take your pick. Ordered from the kiosk, then watched as others who came later got their orders before us. Asked about our order and was told they didn't have it. Showed the receipt and was told they would work on it. Avoid this location.

If I could give zero stars I would EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE my.order is.messed up. I asked for a plain cheeseburger so I don't know why you would throw onions on it. Also on my other burger SPECIFICALLY SAID 3 TIMES NO PICKLES and low and behold pickles on my burger. Smh worst customer service ever.

Every time I go through the Drive Trough at this location, they ask me to pull around the front even if it's a simple order of one item like a coffee! I find this time consuming and inconvenient. If I go through the drive thru, I should get my order at the drive thru! I will stop going to this location as it has gone down hill lately and it's not worth the hassle.

Everytime I order at this location they forget something in the order. The last time I used the drive through the people ahead of me said they were waiting for 30 plus minutes. I just went there again and used the mobile order stalls. I ordered egg blt meals and when I get home I open my wrappers and there's no egg! I've never had such bad service at a fast food place over and over. I highly recommend going to a different mcdonalds.

I ment to make this a 2 star. The drive through is so bad, I dont think I'll ever be back here. Waits can be from 10 minutes to as long as 30 minutes. 3 of the last 4 times I have used the drive through, even having them repeat the order back, my orders have been wrong. Things missing, not what I ordered. I can understand once in a while but 75% or more mistakes is completely unacceptable.

This location has to consistently be the SLOWEST McDonalds in the city. If you’re expecting to quickly pop in to grab a snack go somewhere else. It’s not uncommon to be sitting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of you.

This is the first time I've been to this location in several visits where everything went smoothly.

Normally my order is completely incorrect and the wait time is atrocious. This time I went inside and placed my order in person. Normally I order through drive thru, and end up having to go inside to either collect my order because it never comes outside when they park me, or I have to go in and get the correct order. I figured I'd cut a few steps out this time and go straight inside.

Would not recommend drive thru or curbside here. Order inside and verify your order before leaving.

Easily the slowest McDonald’s in the city. I go regularly because it is on my daily drive and it never changes.

This morning the drive thru line had 5 cars in it which at this restaurant is a recipe for a 15 minute wait in the morning. Because apparently McMuffins and codes are in short supply. So after sitting at the end of the line for two minutes with no movement, I decided I should go in since I only wanted a coffee and a mcmuffin. Should have been faster.

There was nobody inside when I got in. Yet my order and some other guy who came in at the same time as me who only ordered a coffee, both of our orders took 15 minutes.

And sadly this is such a common occurrence here. The efficiency is non existent. Mistakes are way too common. This place needs seeps improvement.

This location messes up my order everytime! Doesn't matter if I order through the drive thru, mobile, or kiosk they either miss items or get my customization completely wrong. I highly discourage anyone from going to this location.

This McDonald’s is horrible 1 star terrible service, waited 20 mins for one thing and when buddy comes out to give me my food he came back 4 times with the wrong thing eachtime horrible.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered from them through skip. Got cold burgers, items I paid for without getting and fries that I don't even think were cooked. This place should be shut down for quality control. Who the heck is working here?

This is an average rating. Sometimes the service is an absolute 5. Too often something has been forgotten even when paid for and the option of waiting again for things to be corrected while there is a huge line behind you and you have already waited several minutes to receive the wrong item is not a viable option.

I hate to follow a few other reviews here, but I have had a few wrong orders in the past, and have had really long wait times over 10 mins. But today I'm posting this because with my order at 6: 40 this morning, I specifically asked for a medium coffee with my order after I believe I heard the order read back to me as a small coffee. So I corrected and said a "medium coffee please". I had the order clarified as a medium. Yet some how I still ended up with a small. It was just infuriating becaaue along with this the McDonald's app has also malfunctioned so many times also. Not logging in, re sending old orders. And then today it would not log in after several attempts, which destroys the whole reason for picking up fast food. Then to not get the right order on top of that.

Almost every single time I go here, they screw up my order, or forget something. It's the closest to my house but I will gladly drive further to have better service moving forward! Double check your orders before leaving!

It's soooooooo slow just to get a cup of coffee, you need 15 Min!

Slowest drive through around, sometimes over 20 minutes. Save time and spend the extra time to drive to the mcdonalds on Macleod Trail.

Fast ordering at the drive through, wifi reaches far enough so that u can boot up your mcdonalds app and get some coupons

They were nice but it seems like they always lack of staff and I had my hot chocolate today it was okay but the lid wasn't properly close. It was awful because I was wearing a fur coat and I had to go somewhere important when it spilled all over my car. It is awful for me - and it always has a long line I decided to not go here anymore because it will only remind me of what happened.

Very friendly staff. Don't do drive through if it's anywhere near rush hour. No place to wait for food means incredibly long lines.

Open 24 hrs. Offers a great seniors discount. Great for drive through and early morning joggers

2 stars based on the compentancy of the staff/ management. I deliver food and occasionally buy a snack upon waiting.this is by far the most incompetent team of 8 + employees, bonus screaming manager! Late/ wrong order/ confusion. Plus angry seniors. Always 5 problems every time I pick up an order. Hillarious. 10 employees 4 customers, absolute mayhem. Sandwich comes wrong a first time. Sandwich comes wrong again. 30 mins spent on 'fast food'.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I want to wait 20 minutes to even order in a drive through to get food, I may as well go to one of the many better restaurants around and pull up a seat and eat in there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s filthy, worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They are always trying to pawn off day old dried up muffins. The wraps on the burritos are so dry it crumbles. I have waited up to 10 minutes for a coffee.
This location needs a complete overhaul. Send in the training crew. Send in a cleaning crew.

The staff seem nice but it feels like they're constantly understaffed or management is dropping the ball on keeping things maintained. I'm constantly waiting over 30 min at the drive through or they get my order wrong, or they've closed the drive through for some reason.

Too bad it's the only place in my area that serves coffee in the middle of the night.

Worst McDonalds in western Canada. They have full staff an theyve never gotten my order right, half your order will be missing and the other half is not what I ordered. Avoid this location like the plague.

Terrible place, prob the worst mcdonalds in the city. Overcooked fries and mc chicken sandwich. Ordered less cream ice coffee and literally got a cup of cream in ice. Drive thru is slow, narrow and full of pot holes. Avoid avoid avoid

Went for lunch. Glenmore Landing has to have the slowest drive-thru out of any. Then I had to wait 15 MINUTES! For them to bring my food to me, which was cold. Not impressed with this location ever. Don't know why I go back but I've learned my lesson this time.

It isn't as stylish as it was when it first open decades ago. Gone are the Naval motif but it's still a clean quick place to grab some fast food. I'm not a fan of the modern grill to order instead of the original bank of cashiers with heating trays behind them but somehow they make it work even though it's really heating drawers now and simply assembly upon order and not really grill to order. I was trying the Grand Mac, it's pretty much just the Big Mac only with larger sized patties and buns.

Oh this is my 2nd review.hoping it would be better years later and that has been determined as a NO. Today was a plain and dry burger when it was suppose to be made like a mac. My iced coffee looked like a drink I would get at a bar.not stirred. And not to mention the drive through. I got out of line after about ten minutes of not moving and blocking traffic. I then decided to park in the mobile order park and get out and go in because well I knew I was going to be in for fun at that point.

This place takes for ever for taking orders and the management sucks interns of finding solutions and resolving customers issues. Definitely I’ll not spend my money there.

Went through the drive-thru with a simple order. The drive-thru attendant, Augie, was so friendly, quick and polite. Give this person a raise!

The manager or staff member was the rudest I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s.turned me off from eating here so I decided to drive to the A & W to order/eat instead

This place must be the training McDonalds for the city. I only go here out of necessity because it’s the worst run McDonald’s in the country. Think I’m lying? Go for a fun joke. You won’t be disappointed. The managers are terrible (and have bad attitudes to match) and the whole restaurant can’t pump out a simple order on time. If it comes in a decent time, check it, cuz it’s not yours lol

Fast, excellent service with great tasting well cooked food and excellent employees. We were assisted at the self service kiosk machine by an employee who also provided us with free Bic Macs for filling a quick survey about our experience!

Food was fresh and hot. Table service was fast and the employee who helped us was very polite. Restaurant was very clean.

The service there at noon-ish is so bad they were slow and their mechanics were broken. The customer service was bad and they were rude.

They seem to have trouble placing cheese I. The centre of their sandwiches and keeping eggshells out of their eggs.

Drive through lady didnt give me half of my order. When i asked for my refund she said no the foods fine and proceeded to argue with me. Avoid this location

Went to order food via drivethru, was told I would need to wait 10 mins as rebooting system. Waited, then was told to pull forward and very rudely told to just leave. No apology, rude tone, and eyeroll and window slam.after waiting all that time and no service? I just said okay and left but it bothers me to be treated so poorly, What the heck mcdons? So rude.

If I could give no stars I would, drive through takes forever worst drive through in the city. Our coffee wasn't stirred at all the sugar was sitting at the bottom of the cup.

Really nice place and the employees that work here are always very helpful especially Anna. I come here everyday for morning coffee and it’s awesome all the time.

The oder kiosks do the work when you try to complete your order. Kind of annoying when you take the time to place the order then it messes up and doesn't allow you to complete the order. Food came fast and was fresh. This location is better than the 130th location which is very poorly managed!

This is by far the MacDonald's with the longest wait in drive through in Calgary. 2 cars ahead of me, took 15 minutes to take my order. I am not coming back.

Certainly great management and great staff. Unfortunately it is an older store, which means it's not that most appealing McDonald's ever. But, it does hold up to the proper McDonald's service standard.

I'd honestly avoid, they don't listen to your orders I called to complain and they ended up hanging up on me didn't even say sorry for there mistakes

Unfortunately like most McDonalds in Calgary they shutdown between 3: 30am and 4am. They claim for "change over" not sure what that means since they serve breakfast all day now; so what are they changing over for? So anyone that works nights doesn't get anything after work, I even asked for just a pop. If you want some late night drive through I'd suggest A&W they seem to be open for all the 24hrs their sign claims.

Hands down this place has to be the most inefficient McDonalds in North American. Had to sit in wait area for a bagel and coffee. This is a regular occurrence. Will not return, rather drive further to Tim Horton’s

Took my daughter here for a treat after her lab appointment. Viviana at the front was so welcoming and pleasant! When the drive through staff were backed up, an employee named Kayce yelled at Viviana to come back and help in a rude manner and continued to berate her, swearing in her own language (I know the swear words!). Kayce should be more respectful, communicate more professionally and mindful people in the dinning area can hear her!

Dont bother with this location, they are slow, rude and the food is always bad. Cant believe that a company like McDonalds would allow this.

A team leader waited on me and she was so unfriendly. No smile, rude when I presented my coupon. Made me feel stupid when I didn't understand what she was asking me.had to.ask her to repeat. She spoke so fast it was hard to get what she was saying.
Overall not welcoming at all.

Went inside to order an egg BLT bagel and XL dd coffee. I ordered at the kiosk mind you. Well to start i got a small coffee and they didnt bat an eye at the fact i paid for an XL. On top of that i got just a bagel.no egg no bacon no tomato and no letuce.

Another time i waited 5 minutes at the speaker till they took my order and there was only one car at the drive through window. Then when i got to the window i had to go wait in their parking spot for my food for almost 10 minutes mean while there was no reason i should have to wait for coffee and an egg BLT at 7am.

This location is always a disaster. Long wait times, never clean, not enough seating. Staff are usually friendly though.
