Everything I come to this McDonald's get the worst service never get wat I asked for even after I repeated myself over 2 times garbage I will never be coming back here I will go to dq down the street or go to Wendy's McDonald's is slacking hard lately especially wen they make me wait for my food and the place isn't even busy

I just ate here, they have an incredible amount of surveillance equipment. I have watched little drug runners bring substances in the back door.
They don't wear gloves, they don't have sanitary conditions to be making the food. 10/10 they need a health inspector ASAP. This is not somewhere I will eat again, nor should anyone else who is immune compromised. I'm starting to think we need another Covid to wash the rats out. Holy Nutcracker.
Two specific manager types are walking around as though they are jailers. Not lifting a finger, walking in circles. What are they using all this information for? What are they getting paid for?
Are they even giving to the RMH or do they use it to launder money and get tax breaks?
DO NOT EAT HERE.

If I could give you zero stars I would buy I can't so I give you 1 reason being the drive thru staff is so rude and kept glaring at my husband who is the nicest person around and the kitchen thinks one pickle is enough are the pickles coming out of their paychecks?

This location sends an unusually larger portion of drive-thru order customers to wait in the parking lot. No exaggeration, this occurs more than 80% of the time in my experience. Given the extra time needed to put the order together it is surprising to receive orders with errors anyway.
*2023 Update* Another year but the same experiences. I made the mistake of returning to this McDonalds location for breakfast. An apple juice, a hash brown, and a bagel breakfast sandwich. The juice was provided immediately at the window and I was asked to pull forward to wait for the rest of my order. After more than 6 minutes waiting in the parking lot I went into the restaurant to collect my drive thru order - it was sitting at the front counter waiting for someone to take the initiative to run it out to the vehicle which wouldn't have been a problem if I was waiting at the window instead of being shuffled through so the restaurant can pretend they are getting orders through the drive-thru in acceptable time. In future, I'll agree only to wait at the window for the food or accept a refund.
Recommend to go to any number of alternative McDonald's locations where wasting the customer's time is not a routine part of the customer experience.

It's McDonald's. The burgers have no juice and cause gastrointestinal regret, and yet, for some reason, I come back.

I think this location is pretty good. Has a play place which is a nice bonus. Clean and new decor. Friendly staff. Good food. Only complaint would be that several of the mcnuggets in the happy meals today were conjoined and so we were sort of given less nuggets, since it was like 3 pieces instead of 4, since two were attached. Other than that, will be coming back for sure.

Food and service is fine but the washroom is very bad, paper towels on the floor and toilet is dirty

Wouldn't serve me on a ebike with functional headlights and tail lights. Also has pick up option but won't let you in too pick up.should fix that option or out up a walk in style drive threw. Either than that good is alright and servers are nice

McDonald's is consistent with the same fast food we always order. A few times a language barrier has gotten us only part of our order. They are always glad to fix it though.
