At 7am. Drive thru closed.
1 cashier that needed assistance for every customer.
Another staff yelling from the front of the store to the back of the store to make pies.
Seems to be a little slow for this time of the day & there was only 3 customers.
Hopefully, it's just a bad day.

It's been years since I've gone to McDonalds and it was because I thought it was easy enough food that you can make better at home. I was right. Bland. It just takes up space but it's not good.

The service was very fast though and the location is nice. I had the Big Mac and McCrispy. Nah. Pass.

After 10 o'clock, only cars serve, if you come to order on foot or by bicycle or scooter, you will simply be refused under the guise of company policy. They literally can't serve customers on bikes because the owner wants it to

Fast service than most McDonald's I've recently been to. Friendly staff, food was really fresh (nuggets, fries and burgers). No complaints bout this place for me.

Do not ever come to this restaurant. If you do you will get a stomachache at the very least and you might even have to go to the hospital for food poisoning. This restaurant has been inspected by Alberta Health Services multiple times and each time there has been a severe health violation. That should tell you all you need to know about just how incompetent and unhygienic the staff here are. It's simply not safe at all to eat here, as there's a very high chance you might get a raw beef patty, rotting lettuce or moldy bread with your order. Please for the sake of your own health do not ever order from this restaurant. You can thank me later.

I would like to thank this team for going above and beyond and doing everything they could to make up their mistakes in my order today. Great customer service. You may make mistake but it's about fix it.

Omg! I just went to buy the BTS meal and I got home with a Cajun sauce not the other delish sweet Asian sauce.so disappointed.

It was Rocking and busy Izzy as well but but the refill drink fountain purred Ethiopian fountain park is not open because of because of what's going on covid 19 A lady and a little girl were looking for a little bit extra ice or some water that's one thing what was wrong with it everything else was pretty good it was nice and relaxing as well See people sitting enjoy conversations and everything else People gasil relax look around don't be afraid to be afraid scared Fred yes a little bit what's going on but Get your shot That's all I'm saying it was just like the flu shot when you get it and the next day I know symptoms of the 2nd one

Couple of weeks ago went in to 51 ave and gateway location and I forgot my coupon and my phone had died so I asked if I could get the meal deal for the coupon price and was told nope, thanks alot for that. Then a couple days ago I went in for the price drop free hash Brown I purchased a Big Mac and large fries and was told they didn't serve hashbrowns after 11 a.m. It says offer valid until 23: 59 nice false advertising to get people in the door. Always problems at this location

For an emergency I always order a double hamburger no pickle no cheese and only one bun to minimize the calories and salt of McDonald's places like McDonald's are responsible for our obesity, Healthcare cost, and increase taxes

I'm local to this McDonald's. When in want of a quick snack or drink, I'd be interested in visiting this location. Unfortunately, in both my experiences at this particular McDonald's location, the staff have been too slow for me to visit with any regularity. One particular thing that stood out as negative, was that each visit, I had stood in front of the counter waiting to order for over five minutes. I understand that the staff are busy, but any acknowledgement whatsoever would go a long way.

Drive through was real busy but the attendent was real responsive for taking our order and well mannered. Snow was all cleared up and easy in and out exit as well.

This Mcdonalds is by far the worst one in the city. The staff are ignorant and rude. Im completley boycotting it.

Stood as the only person in line for 5 minutes before deciding just to leave. There were employees behind registers trying to figure out some technical issue but even as I made eye contact with one of them no one acknowledged me as a customer. I understand they are busy but a simple "Sorry ma'am for the wait, we will be with you in a moment" would have sufficed. Some of these employees need a lesson in customer service etiquette.

It didn't look at this McDonald's they have a play center for the children and they have enough cashiers on hand to get you to quick and fast and get the order correct.

NEVER GO HERE This is the worst restaurant in the city. We stood there for 15 minutes and weren't even helped. Someone then told us they'd be right with us. 5 more minutes went by and we just left. This is my third and final time going to this location, last time was 30 minutes for food. I wish there was a 0 star. NEVER GO HERE

This location I only ever go to the pub beside the restaurant. The staff are very friendly, efficient and fast. I couldn't ask for more. Food is good here too, got nachos, just beware of the fishbowls of cocktails, they are a lot to handle!

My burger was a culinary delight. The toppings were in perfect balance and the bun was very fresh. The fries were hot, seasoned with the perfect amount of salt, most likely kosher sea salt, and hand a pleasuring crispy texture. The only think i would say was mediocre was the lighting wich was a little harsh and detracted from the ambiance.

Slow waited for 20 min in the drive thru. Under staffed. Didn't get what I ordered. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too.

The McDonald's is at a very convenient location, and during the nights it's often the only place to eat at. However, the location is consistently understaffed and always busy. And this leads to long waits of 10 minutes or more. So much for fast food restaurant. I recommend ordering using app before you arrive. Food quality is hit or miss. The restaurant is not very clean most of the time, especially the bathroom.

Cleanliness is an issue, homeless hang out and the staff is unfriendly probably because of the former issues. Good for those that seek a friend boost.

I was the only person waiting to order for 7 minutes before I decided to leave. There were 11 people waiting for their orders and all of them were complaining. Please hire more people or train them better. This wasn’t the only similar experience at this location so I decided to write my review this time.

One of the worst service, waited 60 mins to get my food, if you are hungry and waiting to get food don't come in here. As they are constantly serving skip couriers, I guess I wud b better off wid skip then.

Took a long time for food. And was completely disgusting. Food everywhere. A street person came in and ate old food on trays laying around.

I like mcdonalds but this branch is pretty bad. Under cooked french fries are the worst and this location cant handle the busy atmosphere at all.

How anyone can give Mcdonalds any less than 5 stars is mind blowing. It is everything good about this world; Value, Chicken and a cllientele that is as diverse as its burger selection. Don't change babe, you are perfect the way you are

Dont eat here.i took my bagel sandwich back cause it was made wrong, when i got it the way it was supposed to be made i had opened it up to find that one of the workers spat a loogie in it.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have been too. It’s poorly managed with little staff. Each time I have been in, the bathrooms and eating areas are disgustingly dirty. The wait times are ridiculous 10-20 minutes just to receive your food. It’s all on management, if I were McDonald’s, I would remove their brand from this location. It’s that bad.

I’ve lived in the area for the last 10 years and it is definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a 5 km radius. Service is slow, whether you’re inside or at the drive thru and at any time of day. I once was at the drive thru for 10 mins. Also, I’m not sure how the quality of food can differ so much between locations - I once had fries that were seemingly fresh but had a very weird greasy aftertaste to them. Save yourself some grief and drive to the McDonald’s down the street or better yet, head to Gateway Boulevard.

WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION IN THE WORLD. The wait is always so long and many times they’ll screw up your order. The turnover rate is so high and not surprisingly, I’ve seen a manager berate a new employee in training. Completely unprofessional. If you can go to the McDonald’s on 104th is recommend it instead.

They lock the whole place down at random times especially at dinner time to do updates and let certain people in but not those whom are women or have children with them on the side door. The orders are always wrong. This location sucks

This McDonald's (formerly a Dairy Queen of yore) is a pretty okay joint. Aside from the Dairy Queen style architecture and setup, it's everything you expect from a decent McDonald's restaurant (except for the lack of self-service ordering stands, likely absent because this place is not busy enough to warrant the installment of those machines).

The place is fairly clean, the staff are competent and pleasant, if not friendly. We got what we ordered, and it was for the most part tasty, as you'd expect. One downer was that the promoted Szechuan burger that one of us got turned out to be rather smaller and far less appetizing than advertised.

Overall, a pretty good place. Worth visiting for a nice cold McFlurry in the summer.

I made them remake my breakfast bagel, and I'm pretty sure they spit in the second one. I couldn't eat it.

Not too busy in the daytime, friendly service. Five stars just for the fact that these employees probably deal with the worst late-night crowd.

Terrible service, two managers and two staff members all behind the counter. All acknowledged I was there but no one helped me. No customers ahead of me and yet one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to.would not recommend this locoation if you are in a hurry. They might not even take your order.
