Worst mcdonalds ever. I ordered through drive thru. I was waiting around 30 minutes. And lady at drive thru is very rude. Their fries are always soggy and chesse burger without cheese.

While I have no complaints about the taste of the food itself, I am concerned about the standards of sanitation due to the majority of staff preparing food barehanded (unless wearing nail polish or extended nails).

Clean, pleasant environment, but seemed short staff early morning and focused more on drive through leaving walk-ins waiting.

Has to be the worst location in the city…mind you, the bar is already very low for any McDonald’s. Order accuracy is almost never correct. Need to park and wait 10 minutes for them to make fries during the lunch hour. McDonald’s has sure taken a dive in customer service, convenience and quality over the last few years, and this location is leading the way.

Monday hung out for my breakfast in the dining area no table/seating divided space safety measures but don't matter to me. Next day would not serve me food or sit down for my breakfast, just a black (not 2n2) coffee and out the door. Mix this with Donald's (as I've called it since I could first talk nearly 40 years ago not using plastic straws shyness so they melt and stick to your lips means not only am I not buying drinks anymore, but going to less and less locations. So, goodbye Donald's Ellerslie (and most in due order over time), and in the words of a great philosopher by the name of Simpson; smell yá later man I'm torslly having a cow.

If I could give this McDonald's less stars I would. Not only do they miss items off my order almost every time, they always always always tell you to park and wait. Today they missed 2 items off order just the worst McDonald's in the city period.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Waited 1 hour for my food via skip. The restaurant calls me when there is 10 minutes left for my order to arrive and tries telling me their menu has changed and they can give me a refund if I’d like…. Note this was 50 minutes into my wait…. Shocking.

Every time you go here, no matter what you order you have to pull into curb-side parking and wait for your order.
Last time we were there we ordered our 4 meals, had to wait in curb-side parking for the order, and the lady did not know what the meal in the bag was- asking if it was the 2 mcchickens when we ordered 4. She actually handed our bag to another car prior to retrieving it back from him.
We got it and drove away and went to our friends place about 10 minutes away, when we got there we found out that half our order was missing. We had to drive back and get it rectified. When we told them they didn't seem phased at all, did another fresh order as requested of all involved. When we were called to the counter by our # that was on a receipt we never got btw, the order was still wrong. Missing 1 fries again.
They never apologized or cared at all about the inconvenience or that they messed up. Customer Service is apparently non existent.

Will not go back, I would rather travel farther to another mcdonalds or another chain altogether!

I live close to this location so I visit atleast once per week and so far out of 50+ weeks only 5 times have they got my order right. I get free food cause thats all the manager does just gives free stuff instead of fixing the problem with the service.

I live near this location and every single time I come here they ask you to pull into the parking and wait for your food. Every space is full pretty well every time. They shouldn't have a two land drive thru since they obviously cant keep up with orders on their best day.

The girl providing the uber and skip orders was really rude …. Be sure of knowing how to treat everyone in a good way … give respect and take respect ….

This page possibly the poorest managed McDonald's in the area. The staff are incompetent, the can't get an order right and take forever. I've been coming here for a long time because it is close to my house, I will no longer use this location

Usually good. Friendly staff and all. Maybe needs more staffing or something. Always asked to wait at reserve, my last wait was a half hour. Takes the meaning out of fast food.

Both times that I have ordered from this location, items are missing or I’ve received completely different items!

McDonald's people don't know what light gravy is. Everytime I ask for light gravy my fries are still swimming in gravy.

When for a drive through during lunch today, fast service but lack of details. They give me the order without checking what is missing in the bag, good thing isn't a burger but a straw.

I ordered 2 hot chocolate and one black coffe. And when i drink hotchocolate was just milk not even taste hotchocolate

Poor management poor productivity and they don’t care about customers. Time is 4 am and they talk care about his job.

Really poor and pathetic staff.

Drive thru service very awful. Ordered just egg and cheese as I dont eat meat even after repeating the order many times still I got meat in my breakfast sandwich which I have to throw anyway. I tried calling the store manager but nobody answered and cant go to store either as my work shift is going to start soon.

Mcdonald is not good anymore the people working here do not take care of the food with covid they should be take very good care of everthing mcdonald is the worst

Food was ok but my Big Mac looked like a salad as nothing was actually on the bun. Should cost me less if I have to build it.

I posted a picture of my 2 large fries.they were maybe a small, and cold. My big Mac was also cold.very disappointing

Ordered and didn't like the way it was prepared bagel was burnt. Also not sure if they should use gloves. I will stop eating at this location.

These guys will always. Always get something wrong every single time. Just now we got 2 regular McChicken instead of Habanero. Last time they forgot a cheeseburger. Before then medium instead of large fries. It's amazing how every mistake benefits THEM.

I ordered coffee with cream and sugar on side, but they gave me coffee but with cream and vinegar on side. In general, Mc donald employees don't know how to make coffee.

I ordered two BLT Bagels sandwiches, with the bacon substituted by sausage.
After I got home, I found out it was not substituted.
Very disappointed.

Stay Away from ordering Uber from this location they consistently make mistakes and orders are.frequemtly incomplete

The worst part is the "Manager" said he would send out coupons for their mistake, but nothing ever came!

Stealing! Stealing! Can you believe it that McDonald's employee was saying we were stealing the burger.
This afternoon we ordered 3 big mac's and 1 mac chicken. Pick them up and find out one big mac missing after get home. My son called the manager and she promised to give us a big mac meal. My son went to pick it up and one of the employees who brought the bag to us before said toson that he already gave the right number of burger in the bag and it was not possible for him to make mistake. My son was so upset and start ed crying. I don't understand how Macdonald train their employees and he had no respect to my son and dare say this to my son.today's incident was really bothering us a lot. I am not sure if I will take any legal action to that employee or to Macdonald. I also don't know when my son will get over from this incide.

It's McDonald's.but the staff are friendly and they're usually fast. My only complaint would be getting a double quarter-pounder covered in only mayo and I mean absolutely covered. Inedible. But it was a one off. Have been back since with no issues.

Drive thru recommended. I was in here tonight and the place had a strong smell of urine. We informed the staff who didnt seem to care to much.

It’s an okay location. The staff level is average. The food queuing isn’t too bad. Overall it’s okay. I had one instance where I feel it was a bad experience. However it wasn’t too much of a big deal. I will still eat at this McDonald location.

Be prepared to be parked for every order you put in here from a ice coffee to a burger you will be parked and it's a stupidly small parking lot they try to jam more cars then spots.

Only go there for senior coffee and ice cream cone. Both are very good deals. Place clean n feeling spaceous. Good place to meet friends and relax.

Bad service. I ordered a vanilla icecream cup in a drive thru but instead the lady gave me a cone.i told her nicely that i asked for a cup so she took the cones back and just placed it in a cup. I didn’t know what to react so i just took it and drove away. It’s not a big deal but it’s really inconvenient for us to eat it

Only McDonalds that doesn't screw up my order.except occasionally with my tea order. But great friendly staff and decent fast food.

Very poor order management. Out of 10 times I go there, they have forgot an item in the order at least 5 times. Make sure to check your order before you leave the window every time.

My biggest complaint is the coffee.it tastes so bitter! I'm not sure if the pots are not getting cleaned enough or what but it is terrible!

I rarely have this issue with other McDonalds & I now go out of my way to avoid this location when I need a coffee fix.

Worst McDonalds this side of the Mississippi they will forget something in your order or just get it wrong literally everytime I wouldn't go there again if it was the last McDonalds on earth

They are always very slow at making the food and always have big lines. They often don't get my food right. My last meal my burgers said "mustard only" and "mustard and mac sauce only". None of them even had sauce on them and both the sauces were wrong to begin with. I ordered a ranch snack wrap and got the wrong flavour.
I have had to park in the waiting stalls too many times for a "fast food" place.

Very slow and unorganized. Ordered online an iced coffee, waited a half an hour. My order number was on display but they kept serving the orders out of the line.

It is consistent, fast, and the lobby is mostly clean. The bathroom is dodgy (but aren't they all at McDonald's?). It's busy, so they stay on top of things. Could use dedicated lobby staff/porters, but so can every quick service restaurant.

The manager here is RUUUDDE! I was there today and the yesterday and seen how rude the manager is to customers, as well as to my friend. Either don’t work there or learn people skills because she obviously doesn’t have good social skills.

I'm constantly getting parked for the smallest orders. Finally, today I got pushed over the edge when I got parked for two iced coffees. Have no idea how I can get parked for a beverage, but I did.

Superslow at night, if there are more than 5 cars in the drive thru then go to windermere or parsons McDonald’s instead. This fast food restaurant is not fast enough.

Food was cold and didnt get our fries.line up was huge and in store closed.didn't want to sit in line again at 130 in the morning.ridiculously slow as well

Tried to order a mcflurry and was told there was no ice cream. Had to park and wait for food and watched ice cream cone one after another get handed out the drive thru. Sad face!

Ridiculous service. First they have white hot choclate on kiosk menu. When you receive your order you only find regular white hot milk. And when you ask them where white hot choclate, they say we don't have it. Please put up the kiosk if you are out of anything, so if anyone pays the price they are ripped off. Please check your order before leaving the place.

Always mess up my order, lately my reg mcflurrys havent even been half the cup.dont plan on going back.

Brutal! They forgot our drinks and I went back to get them. It took ten minutes of speaking to the girl. It was a language barrier which is fine but she should have gotten help. I kept politely and calmly saying they forgot our medium regular coffee and large coke but she kept asking if I got my fries. I'd say yes I got all the food just missing those drinks. This kept going in circles like a bad who's on first sketch. Truly terrible frustrating service.

An exceptionally slow drive thru experience at any time of day and regardless of how many vehicles are there. If there was another McD's on my route to work every day i would avoid this one.

Poor service, was told napkins were in the bottom of the bag and when I checked, there were non. Being lied to is not great service. Not to mention the fish and chips with tartar sauce is diffinately not as the picture describes it to be.

First the receipt machine was broken, then they did not have the burger I ordered. After waiting 15 minutes I got my bag with the wrong burger and wrong size fries.

This is one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've been to. Food poorly prepared, cold un-melted cheese on burgers, fixing dumped in the middle with no empty to spread them causing top bun flop over on the mound. Wrong drink. The staff that barely spoke English, had no clue to want they where doing and didn't care. To add the place is not clean, the shift manager and store manager should be fired at this location!
