It appears that Manager Harman Preet has been treating employees in a manner that is disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior includes raised voices, demeaning language, unfair work assignments. Such treatment creates an uncomfortable and hostile working environment, which is not conducive to a productive and pleasant experience for both employees and customers.

I believe it’s crucial for McDonald’s to maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect among its staff members. It is disheartening to witness behavior that contradicts these values. I hope that the management can address this issue promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that all employees are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I'm not sure I've had as many issues with any other McDonald's, but I don't believe I've been to one as often as I went to this one.

This location is the worst. Every time I come here they screw up on my order. How do you not understand I just want cheese and pickles on my burger. I drive away and it ends up being everything on it. Also quite a few times. The burger buns have been hard. I’m done with this place totally inapt workers.

I usually do not eat in the restaurant but use the drive through a lot. The food and drink are consistent but ordering seems hard. Not sure if it's a speaker problem or what, but I find it hard for employees to get my orders right. I seem to have to talk really slow, yell and clearly onunciate only to have it wrong still. It frustrates me.

Drive through in horrible place when it's busy it's almost impossible to navigate parking lot

No refills most of the time drink station is always messy and it's a 50/50 there is ice in the machine.

I was a little confused when i seen the manager yelling at one of the servers for not wearing gloves while handling.no one else was wearing gloves.not even the cooks.

Plan on spending 10 minutes in the drive through. Not sure what changed but this location is terrible now.

It's what you expect from McDonald's the food tasted fresh and clean the oil the fries were cooked in was fresh.we got exactly what we expected

Just went to this location to grab a skip the dishes order. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes and nobody even asked my order number (welcoming is far beyond at this location). Those 3-5 ladies were busy talking in punjabi. One lady walked by me from behind the counter and gave me a look and went outside to give one of the customer's their food. Then finally one of the lady asked me my order number and i was surprised that the order was ready and was just sitting on the table. And i wasted good time just to pick up the order. Very bad customer service. What if i was a customer not a delivery driver. Someone please teach them some customer service skills.

This place has the slowest nighttime drive thru in existence… their Reno out lipstick on a pig… but clearly something is still missing when it comes to management or staffing

They speak very very poor English which makes my order wrong almost every time and the food is very poorly put together. The cheese is always 1/2 off my burger. Absolutely avoid this location

Normally pretty good here but just came through the drivethrough and ordered a chicken BLT muffin. Got to work and discover a maple pancake with a plain piece of chicken on it. Nothing else, just a piece of chicken. Not best pleased.

If zero stars were possible they would have earned that.hands down worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Only ever ordered coffee. Only triple triple. It's pretty simple. Never got sugar once. If you want to experience what an uncaring step parent feels like go to this location. They'll spit it your mouth before letting you leave happy

Stopped by before work in the morning and was given the wrong order. Again. I wasn't driving so I had no choice but if you can manage it go somewhere else. It's not hard to pay attention to what you're handing out the window. Really ruins people's mornings when they can't exactly come back to return the items for what they actually paid for and it's even worse when you ordered one of the higher priced items and were handed a mcmuffin with no bacon on it!

I asked for chicken (no sauce im allergic!) i get it and its covered.like its a joke or something. I get home see it and drive all
The way back. I get a new one and its a burger. I call them and they tell me to come back AGAIN for a replacement they were so rude and put me on hold for 8 min. Its very simple customer service. I was very nice and still got treated poorly. Also these burgers are 10 dollars! Maybe do some quality control for that price. Sincerely, a hungry customer!

One of the few McDonalds where the floor wasn't slippery from using the same water to wash the floors without changing it so all the grease from the kitchen coats the rest of the building. It's a positive over most.

Awful service.we never get what we order.why is it so? !?
when we tell that something is wrong, they try to justify themselfs, but are not willing to correct a mistake.

Slowest drive thru service EVER! I waited 13 minutes for my order and I was only the second in line! I don’t know if they just have one person doing it all at night or what. Very slow service for fast food!
