I'm going to give it 4 stars because, in the morning. The service is great, it's fast. In the afternoon it starts to slow down quite a bit.

Love going #2 here in the mornings. Quiet and clean while I eat my breakfast and play some slots online. I set up like a mini office in there for a good hour and do all my emails and paper work so to speak

The worst drive through i have ever done.
First i was shocked by the prices of this location. I ordered two combos and mcchicken and paid almost 40 bucks.

Food was such disappointment and i didnt get my mcchicken.

Last visit to any mcdonalds. It sucks big time.

Consistently Frustrating Experience

I recently visited the McDonald's drive-thru on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the consistently incorrect orders and frustratingly long wait times. It's essential to note that this review is based on my personal experiences, and others may have different encounters.

One of the most frustrating aspects of my visits to this particular McDonald's is the accuracy of my order. Despite clearly specifying my preferences, I find myself consistently receiving incorrect items. Whether it's missing toppings, wrong sauces, or entirely incorrect meals, it's disheartening to consistently encounter these mistakes. This lack of attention to detail not only undermines the quality of my meal but also wastes my time and money.

After placing my order, I'm often directed to park and wait for my food. While I understand that some orders may take longer to prepare, it seems that every time I visit this McDonald's, I am subjected to an unnecessary wait. The frustrating part is that even after waiting, my order is still prone to inaccuracies, making the delay feel even more wasteful.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular McDonald's drive-thru based on my consistent experiences. The recurring mistakes in order accuracy, excessive waiting times, and lackluster customer service have severely impacted my dining experiences. If you value a hassle-free and accurate drive-thru experience, it's best to consider other locations within the area.

I ask for refill my pop and they don’t have machine refill more in this place I ask why because all the McDonald’s is free in this place not more because the owners say no more free and if you want more pop you need to pay
Bad service

I ordered spicy habanero mc chicken. And after one bite I realized its not the right burger tht I ordered. I went to manager her name is Kajal she said this is habanero and said whr is sauce she said we only give this much i through the garbage in bin and left because they dont want to make new one and replace that. Really gabage service. And this looks like a junior burger.

Drink machines are moved behind the counter and they do not offer drink refills. Good luck getting anyone’s attention who works there if you need anything. They will literally make eye contact with you and walk away. Go down the road to the McDonald’s in district, it’s infinitely better

Makes you wait 5 whole min for your little snack wrap parked with a sundae sitting in your car they handed with no spoon. Why is this place always so slow

The morning staff at 6: 00am so sassy. I understand it is night shift or early morning they took them 6 min to figure it out for coffee and no egg muffins and at the end I left without food or drink and shut the window

Customer service is good. I visit here once in a while when I'm in a pinch for a meal.

It’s alright;? I just wished staff would be friendlier. Everytime it feels like you’re bothering them. But the food is always good

Once again this is probably the worst McDonald's in the city of Calgary. There has not been once they have got things right! You basically now have to unwrap everything you ordered to find out. Wow! Is this just a hang out now for people to sling food as per what that want and get paid for it! Like come on do better or shut it down! Some one step up and take control of this location! I see alot bad reviews on this location. So not just me. No stars would be choice here

Food was typical McDonald's, but I did resent the cold poutine I was given on this particular night, plus the few occasions my order has been missing one item or the other. But altogether, it not bad. Cam definitely do better with service though.

Fantastic customer service going through the drive thru this morning! Lovely, smiling, friendly staff and quick and hot breakfast! Thank you guys for a great start to the day!

This location can't get an order correct ever
And dont waste your time going into the store because the manager is on the phone

They should hire people a bit older.
It took me almost five minutes to explain her that 6 donuts are not 5 and explain her the McDonalds offers.the bill was 16$ for a coffe and 6 donuts, I expleined to her about the price.she correct it and try to make me pay 17 instead.

For a location that has 24hr drive thru service, you'd expect they can serve food 24hrs. Every time I would make an extra trip to order food before I go to work in the morning, their "system is (always) updating therefore they can't serve me. No signs, nothing. Then don't say you're 24hrs when you can't serve at specific time or at least have a sign so people don't drive all the way into your drive thru to get a last minute heads up.

I'm so not happy with the pricing on Uber for their meals individual items are more than if you go in store what is the point of convenience if they're going to charge you more then they do in-store very disappointed McDonald's

My recent 3 orders from this store, first one makes me wait on the curb side for 20 minutes, then i have to walk in and talk to them, realized that they forgot go make mine. Second one giving me only one jr chicken when i order 3. And today they messed up my order by giving me someone else’s order. Train the staff well please it is so frustrating! The reason why i went to McDonald is because i can get my food fast, I don’t want to wait for 20+ minutes for a wrong order!

I got a double big mac that had 4 hairs in it! It was disgusting. 1 can happen but 4 is unbelievable, at that rate how many people ate extra protein that day! I put in a complaint as i was home with kids by the time i ate my burger, i put a complaint in online and their response was “out of goodwill they would give me a large burger coupon” well 3 weeks later that hasn’t even shown up! I should have made the effort to go back in and make sure they took responsibility for it!

Good luck trying to order and pay cash at this location took over 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order

Literally terrible, I have not been to this location since last April as they never get the order right or the food is a disaster and so messy to eat because it's been put together so sloppy. Today was my first time back there my large fries were literally half full and 1 sweet and sour for my chicken nuggets but 5 BBQ sauces. This location is a joke makes no sense I'd rather drive somewhere else and eat something different. 2 thumbs down.
