Hi! It’s honestly hard to believe that you are rated here as 2.9 because I would give you -3. I dine here frequently as I’m in the area but the service has been substandard as I have received wrong order and cold fries I’m not always satisfied. This is one of the worst Mcdonald’s. I work at the restaurant business, I work in fine dining, satisfaction should be guaranteed. I notified that quality of service went so low. I was trying to get some meals after a hard long day at work though the drive through, took an uber and IT WAS CLOSED. But says that opened 24 hours. See you never.

Ordered breakfast in store. Got 1/2 of the hashbrowns ordered and missing one sandwich. Forgot to check bag before leaving. Went back and they knew that the had missed some things and handed me another bag. Got the hashbrowns, but 2 turnovers instead of the sandwich. Didn't go back again. Restaurant was not busy both times. Suggestion to staff - take a few more seconds to get orders right. Will be leery to use the McDs again.

I haven't been to this location since 2019 (when I was in highschool) and I have never had a problem.untill today when my boyfriend and I had dinner, everything was fine the food was good as always but right after we left and got home it all came outta me with in the span of 10 min and I have felt this sick after eating from this location so something has gotta be wrong or changed

I came to bring my kids to Callingwood Arena across the street and figured I would have a small snack while I waited. Food was fresh but I couldn't believe that this McDonald's did not allow refills for pop. Go to another McDonald's anywhere else in the city.

The worst mcdonalds in the city! The prices are false. They always charge you extra then the advertised price yet you never get a receipt. Never gets your order right, staff is so rude. Missing items. Wont be going back here again. They are advertising 1.50 for ice coffee yet charges you 1.70. They talk about you when u bring something back. Incredibly unprofessional.

Everytime I've visited this location, the staff have been efficient and treated me with polite respect. Food comes quick and with little to no errors.

Food has always been alright and usually not a long wait. The whole building needs a serious overhaul and clean though. Charging additional money for your bags now, like others have said, is incredibly dumb. This is a business cost, it should wrapped in with the business expenses. Why am I still getting an arguably more wasteful tray liner too then?

Ive been buying a triple triple for 3 days now its tasted like bleach everyday they dont clean there equipment properly thats its a public safety i wish everyone not to buy coffee from this mcdonalds if you dont wanna get sick

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We have frequently had to wait 15-20min for food. After coming here multiple times and never having a good experience, we now purposefully drive out of our way to go to other locations.

The price of foods been jacked up and now you expect others to pay 15 cents per paper bag because some room temperature iq politicians said so.

McDonald’s should be covering the 15 cent fee per bag.

Very Bad experience. I ordered a meal and missing an item. They asked me for refund but thats not the thing. Its for someone’s food and its late night. And i was told to pick up the missing item to their store! Very frustrating!

This is amazing good service really good food yummy but this guy in the bathroom was smearing poop all over the place.

Absolutely foul food, I ordered a chicken McMuffin and got some disgusting cardboard slapped between nasty mushy pancakes without a drop of moisture or flavour. Across Canada this location might be in contention for the worst ever. Constant wrong orders, the food you do get is inedible, it feels unsafe and dirty if you go in, truly impressive how far a McDonald’s standards can fall.

Orders are never right, no garbage bin in the drive thru so it's full of litter, and the food is rarely hot. Make sure to ask for your receipt in case you need to complain, the receipt is always conveniently missing (never included with Skip orders). AMEX tap doesn't work in the drive thru.

McDonald's gets 1 star and no more business from me or my family. It's awfully petty of a GIANT corporation like them to start charging $0.15/paper bag. I ordered over $60 worth of food for my family and they have the audacity to charge me for 3 paper bags. Might as well start adding on fees for the for the wrappers your products come in, the electricity and gas used to make the food, the property taxes you pay, you know, the stuff that is THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS! Greed is ruining your reputation.

Absolutely had horrible service from them. Waited OVER 2 HOURS for a skip the dish for me and my family. We had even gone there earlier that day and service took so long.

Customer service: I have come across the same woman at the pick up window for food, that should not be in customer service, She looks miserable every day, says nothing to you, yawns and acts like its an inconvenience to hand you your food. They get many orders wrong when I go, this McDonalds needs some human housekeeping and needs to amp up service.if they can badger you about buying apple pies, they can surely smile and say hello or your welcome.

Worst McDonald's in the city. Always making mistakes and forgetting things. Every time I order from here there is always something missing or wrong. For example, I asked if the dips were in the bag and was told yes, only to get home with no dips! NO ONIONS MEANS NO ONIONS! GET YOUR S### TOGETHER MCDONALD'S!

Bathroom was not clean at all. Missing items in my order and it was wait to have it despite of the fact that it has nobody in front of me. But people was nice

I ordered here from online, and when I cancelled my order they did t even give me my refund, even though I didn’t get my food.
