I never really appreciated McDonald's for what they are - a boon to civilization.

In a small vacationing town during the season where every other person seems to have the same idea at the same time it is difficult to find a place with less than 1 hour waiting time. McDonald's never disappoints.

Service was really slow. No cashiers and everyone was confused, which made customers' food delayed.

Visited this McD while in Banff. Over crowded, extremely noisy and due to this staff was overwhelmed. I’d say avoid if you can.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to ever. 30 min wait times for simple orders. As your orders prepared, they take from it off the counter giving your order to others waiting. By the time you get your food, you've waited 30+ minutes and got cold food with horrible service. Not worth the time or frustration. AVOID -Banff resident review.

A pretty remarkable location and service for a McDonald's! The upscaling the stores has worked well in their favor. Specially having a location in middle of Banff downtown is superb and everything about it hits the mark that you expect from a McDonald's. Tried out their habanero chicken sandwich which had tiniest bit of kicks, would love to see it go higher in heat. Overall a quick and fast service for adequately okay food (I'm basing this off of McDonald's level, not anything higher so set expectations accordingly) in a nice location.

I ordered off the app before I arrived at the restaurant. When I arrived at 930pm, they were absolutely slammed, and the food (two mcdoubles) took over 20 minutes to be given to me. At which point, I immediately sat down and ate; only to find the burgers cold. This was very disappointing after waiting so long for "fast food ".

Banff can be hectic and overwhelming in the summer. It's nice to find a quiet relaxing place that is familiar to calm down. This mcdonalds is always well run. We make it our go to stop.

It's a McDonald's in banff. That's all it is everything's is same. Just vibe is diff.

It’s McDonald’s, so you know exactly what you’re getting. The big advantage to this McDonald’s is that it probably has one of the best views from the patio seating that you’ll ever find. The food was the typical mediocre McDonald’s food, but eating it while watching the sunrise over banff made it extra special. Can’t complain!

Congested and unorganized. We waited 20 minutes for our order. We ordered a few cones a couple of flurries a coffee and fries. I spoke with the Team Leader to get it fixed as I saw other ice cream orders getting handed out before mine.
They completely forgot our order because they cleared it off the screen and we had 3 people dealing with our order.
Assistant Manager was laughing it up outside with his buddies while his team members were slowly completing orders.
Effort was only seen with the Team Leader. Though she needs work on her customer recovery. No apology for long wait and forgetting our order.
If it wasn't the only McDonalds in Banff, we wouldn't be back.
I gave a star cause its minimal and another star cause the ice cream was cold.

Prices are more expensive than other McDonalds because it is Banff. Expect to wait longer for your food as it gets way too busy.

Normal like others mcdonalds just ice machine was broke for drinks so bring your own ice.
And also the born for commande was not working so you need to wait in line to order. Other than that its cool mcdonalds very very quick and the worker there are very very nice all of them are students they came there for saison to work little bit and have fun when making money nothings wrong with that.when everybodys is happy.

Place was super busy but extremely hot on the inside unfortunately and I paid extra for a drink and got the regular version instead
