Say in kids play place for our daughter to play in. Other family’s on there had zero consideration for other people or supervision of their kids. Kids screaming throwing food. One woman’s kid was coming up to us and disturbing us as we ate. She was too busy on her phone. Her other kid did a headfirst fall off back of bench. No crew members in side cleaning. Could not say anything to family for fear of being called a racist.

This is one of the better locations where the fries are cooked right and thr burgers are juicy and hot.

I had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's recently, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This fast-food chain continues to impress me with its impeccable service, mouthwatering menu, and inviting ambiance.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff, making me feel instantly welcome. The ordering process was a breeze, thanks to their efficient self-ordering kiosks, which allowed me to customize my meal just the way I like it.

Let's talk about the food! The iconic Big Mac was an absolute delight, and the juicy, flavourful patties left me craving for more. The fries were perfectly golden and crispy, making each bite an irresistible delight. And to top it all off, I treated myself to their creamy and dreamy McFlurry, which was pure bliss in every spoonful.

One thing that always stands out at McDonald's is their unwavering commitment to quality and consistency. No matter which location I visit, I can always count on getting the same delicious taste and excellent service.

Moreover, I appreciate McDonald's efforts to offer healthier menu options, catering to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences. Their salads and fruit choices provide a guilt-free yet satisfying dining experience.

The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Whether I choose to dine-in or take out, I always feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit.

Ha Ha. Slow and getting the orders wrong. People from the drive though coming in with wrong orders. I actually went on so they didn't get the order wrong. It was very slow and. They got the order wrong.

All their ice cream was out of service. My fries were warm not hot. Also the dining room was filthy.

Terrible services in drive through. Unfriendly attitude made us feels like we owe them billion dollars. As you see, we have handicapped sign and also having kids inside the cars. Our kids are carefully and slowly grab food because they doesn’t want to make food fall. They should to be respect. We doesn’t need services for keep pushing us drive away, and I cannot hold the food and control the driving wheel at the same times. When we park at reserved parking lot, try to separate food to different kids. No need to tell us driving away again. Thank you.

First for a Manager to give attitude is very bad and wrong not to mention when something is not satisfactory; it should be addressed, and corrected.not with attitude or lies and or excuses. As a McDonald manager you should be training your staff on all aspects of the duties and machines in the Restaurant.for the example we ordered 2 Vanilla ice cream Cones, that really where unacceptable, to be told that the Ice Cream was soft, than to change to well we weigh them when you did not and then to give us an attitude rather than fix the issue. This is an opportunity to train and even as a manager you need to be trained on customer respect. Now if you have a bad day, like everyone else does you still need to show respect. It is very imperative to train your staff as well as make sure you managers are also trained correctly. We really got a shock with the treatment just because the manager did not want to make new Ice Cream Cones that should have been done correctly. Hope this will bring some like to the McDonald's Management to make training and corrections to how to treat customers.

Food quality isnt great, yes I know it's fast food, but it's dropped in quality a lot. Service is still nice.

Horrible service. I've been waiting over 8 minutes at the front counter with no service. Then when Tina finally served me she charged me for sauce that I didn't ask for and she was very rude to me when I had asked her about it.

They were getting ready for McHappy Day today and the store was nicely decorated with a display of socks and items you could buy for charity. Service was fast, efficient, and employees were friendly. There's a small play place here and lots of seating.

Don’t waste your time here if you need serious INTERNET to do Important Business. WIFI here SUCKS! It is controlled by Bell Telephone Company. I cannot connect. Tried multiple times on NEW windows LAPTOP. I asked manager for Assistance. She was helpful, but afterwords my computer would still not connect. I think they may be silently disabling the Internet for anybody who looks or appears to be homeless or maybe everybody because of the homeless problem now in Calgary with too many people are using their Wi-Fi.

The absolutely despise people that are homeless that just want to buy some food or coffee and will not let them have their cart or belongings on the property

Hi I found the staff very friendly and polite I had passed the screening interview and had called on Tuesday to discuss with the manger ect about the interview booking he told me to come Thursday and so I did he said he would look over my resume and ect and he sent me back the staff asked him. I don’t think it’s right manger or not to do that and not keep
Your word it takes time out someone’s day to come and bring a resume in person when that could’ve been used elsewhere the time and resources. For that I think the manger here needs to own up to it it does nothing to me but it’s not right to do that. A job is a job and time is time should be respected as such.

It was a McDonald's. What else can be said? To their credit, nobody makes a better egg muffin sandwich than McDonald's. Coffee is okay too.
