Wrong size fry, when asked about it they said the default has changed. Forgot food in the drivethru and a drink. How does that even happen?

Spoke to Carmen at mcD's about booking a kids birthday party. She was informative in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate us for my sons birthday. Thanks Carmen!

When you go for a smarties mcflurry, haven't had one in years, and end up getting more oreo then smarties. Didn't even ask for oreo either. More than half of the cup was oreo, and the top was smarties.like really?

Loud music while I enjoy coffee, my god shut it off. Dirty place, cashier had no change, what a joke

Horrible! I didn’t even get half my order! I don’t understand you guys had exactly 48 minutes to prepare my order and I’m missing half of it. You need to check your bags and the order before it’s been sent off!

We are Hindu family and we order MAC chicken burger from 7149,50 Ave, Red deer. We got beef burgers instead of Mac Chicken. Unfortunately I didn’t notice and took a bite. Since then I am scared and very traumatized, We not allow to eat beef as per Hindu tradition & religious.

Go there because granddaughter likes to play. However; service is awfully slow if inside, serve order booths and drive through first. It should be by order number not where you order. Who ever is managing needs to learn how to organize and direct better. Food is okay for a kid but not great otherwise.

I always get the Best service in this location. My file is always fresh. Dining room clean

Not sure why but the last few months the food hasn't been very fresh. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you go either. I'll order nuggets for example and they will park me (don't mind waiting for good quality food ever) to find out the nuggets are either double dipped in the fryers and are so hard you can barely bite them or so old you take a bite and can't continue eating them. Used to be a once in a while thing but seems to happen more often than it doesn't. Must be focusing on their service times over quality product.

Asking customers to park to make 2 drinks is a ridiculous JOKE. Also love how the employees stand there and glare at you when told no. Maybe learn some time management skills!

They accidentally made a mistake with my order, they were very nice and apologetic about it and gave me a free meal due to the mistake.overall great staff!

I came there with my son- play place was clean. The girl who took my order was very friendly she offered to bring my food to my table rather than standing and waiting. All food was fresh. Definitely recommend this location.

If you want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee this is your place. It doesn’t make sense really….
Quick service isn’t in their job description.

Adding onto corporate shutting the play place for nonsense meetings that can easily have been done online the manager did not even apologize for the jnconvenience when there was at least 4 kids that were disappointed by having the door locked to their play area. The manager tells me "thanks" complete nonsense. My 3 year old was so sad when we had to leave and she didn't get to go in, which was the only reason we went there (we never eat mcdonalds).

At least even put a sign on the door? Nothing just locked. Ridiculous.

Apparently the play place is best suited for corporate meetings and not children. It is closed far to often for them to hold meetings, third time this has happened, and on a monday afternoon no less. Absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my 5 year Olds birthday lunch with dad. They have an entire basement with offices they could hold meetings in. They also have a habit of clearing orders off the screen by the in store pick up window before they are even close to being done. Perhaps to lower thier order times? All in all, very bad experience.

Slowest McD's drive thru in Alberta! No other customers in drive thru, they asked me to park on the side for my order. 3 Xtra value meals, took them 9: 04 am ordered through mobile. 9: 25 order came to vehicle. Missing one breakfast sandwich. Girl had to go back in.
The staff from pay window to pick up window to delivery to vehicle lack customer service skills; very poor!

Quick fast and friendly. Nothing was forgotten in our order but the tables weren't clean and the in-house ketchup was empty. It was morning and not busy so these things could have been taken care of better
