It was drive through but it was really good. They did a good job on the food, both with cooking and delivery.

Lots of cops around that area the coffee tasted bitter and old even though I got 4 milk 4 sugar also the blt bagel wasn’t that appealing took a couple bites and was done and they added a sausage mc muffin I didn’t order that? But I was still charged it whack waste of money I wish I could not have went ugh

The worst restaurant, terrible service, I don't recommend anyone to go there, it's the worst!

What are all the heaters still off for renovation? Why be open to serve awful cold food? Rj was very rude on the phone when I called to complain today& didn't care the food was all cold or that I was on my way to work and dropped the food off to my kids. Was not willing to replace the food or have any apologies. 100% worst customer service.

Went through drive through the day the 15 cents a bag thing came up. Obviously this situation is not on the workers. (Thanks Edmonton) but when I asked “sorry they’re 15 cents now? ” Because I was not aware this was happening, I was responded to with anger and sass. I understand they probably had a bunch of people yell at them over something that wasn’t their fault, but it was uncalled for. When I received my order, my iced coffee cup had a BIG crack in the bottom, and I didn’t notice it was leaking all over my car until I got to work.

Took them 4 times to make my sandwich correct, mc crispy bacon deluxe with regular lettuce not shredded. Seems pretty simple right? Guess not for these people. Took them 4 times and over 10 minutes to get it right. Each time staff didn't apologize or anything for wasting my time or at least offer something for their gross incompetence. Who ever owns this store just know the staff here are embarrassing

Quick breakfast service, tables could use a bit of a tidy up. Customers waiting at the counter for service are left waiting for extended periods to be served, without even being acknowledged.

Went through the drive thru tonite with my wife ordered our food paid extra for mcchicken sauce and we were asked to pull around and wait when we got to the pick up window we were not given any napkins with our food and the mcchicken sauce we paid for wasn't with the order who do you guys have getting the orders ready Melmar from inglewood cmon get it together

Trash, every time i go here i end up throwing the food out, whoever runs the kitchen no matter the hour of day is horrible at making food.poor quality poor taste poor service cmon it’s 2+2

I ordered food from the McDonald's app and went to go pick up the food. When I got there, the McDonald's was closed. I waited 15 minutes and when they reopened I asked for my food. They told me the food was gonna take a long time and to wait
in the parking lot. I asked exactly how long and the employee (Indian lady probably same one from he other reviewer) told me she is gonna call the cops if I don't move my car in a rude tone. I got my money back and I am never going to this location again.

Vary vary bad service always gets orders wrong always dirty and when it is busy they ruin the food the skimp on the fries

Best service great customer service, great drive through service. Gets busy but it's worth it, an they do make up for any mistakes no problem, so thers no disappointments

Staff needs to be on the same page and attentive, whenever I try to use a coupon, it gets rejected and they say I can only use one, in other Locations they allow me to use multiple. Anyway, I specifically said that I’ll use my coupons, but got charged for a meal with every item individually, and also got my meal messed up, as I do not eat pork, and told them not to put it on (this happened to me a few times at the same location before). It was the morning so I didn’t bother staying too long and fixing it as several cars were behind me.
In the drive through, my coffee spilled as the lid wasn’t properly attached. No sorry or anything when the employee saw it happen.

1/10 would not recommend

I have liked McDonald's since I was a child, as we know, the quality is never poor but never five star restaurant standard LOL, that being said.they are always a go to at times

There was a homeless looking man organizing his needles and other various junk on one of the only clean tables. Service was slow and food was hardly warm.

I love McDonald's. There coffee is great. Can sit in and enjoy a meal thats good and fast. Comfortable seating. Just don't like the fact there drive threw, they don't except people on bicycles when sometimes that's a means of transportation for some people.

Staff could be A LOT nicer to customers.by all means, not EVERYONE.there I's this one younger blond girl who always and I do mean ALWAYS goes above and beyond WITHOUT BEING A TOTAL FAKE HACK JOB! GOOD JOB GIRL! U MAKE THE BEST DAMN MCFLURRIES.

(Damn I really hope she's on tonight. I just gave myself the biggest craving and I'm gonna fix that)

This location has become a lot worse over the last couple of months. The regular staff are good but the new ones are screwing up pretty badly. Ordered a smoothie on 8/21/21 at about 6pm; smoothie tasted like water. It was so gross I threw it out - and I love their smoothies normally so for me to complain about it means it wasn't good by any reasonable standard.

And today; same guy who made my smoothie yesterday, the one I threw out, didn't give me my change. It wasn't much, only 5 cents so whatever - but this young employee needs better training. On principle, the not getting my change isn't acceptable and being served a smoothie that was so bad that I threw it out wasn't a great experience.

There's also another younger kid who works the counters in the morning; he always gets my order wrong so I've just stopped relying on him and use the automated menu kiosk instead. The kicker is when the price comes up wrong, before I just gave up on him, I'd mention the price isn't as expensive as it normally is; that's a pretty big tell to figure out what's going on - but he just doesn't think that far ahead. I finally figured it out; every time I'd order 2 espresso in my coffee; he'd give me 1.

I don't like complaining but I'm not sure I'm coming back to this location. These kids need better training.

Just went though the drive though. After paying for our food and in line for the next window the store passed our food to the people in the car ahead of us and it was passed back to the store opened
They then tried to pass us the open food so we said we were not wanting it. Then they came back asking if they could just replace the fries.
To which we replied with its the age of covid and we wanted our food.
They had us park out front and brought us the food hot and fresh.

Not a thing to ask people this day in age.

If you want half your order missing and your food soaked in sauce and poured into a box without regard and then thrown sideways into the bag the order then this is your place. 100% of orders incorrect.

Kiosks are always broken. I would just like to pay & be on my way with my order. Please fix your kiosks, thank you.

What can I say, it was as expected. Best salty fries out there and a tasty cheese burger with one of the smoothies blueberry pomegranate hit the spot in this heat!

This mcdonalds is more reliable when it comes to getting our order right & not missing any small parts like straws, or ketchup packs, or the hashbrown that comes with your breakfast combo.

This location has just given up on any kind of standards and should just close down to be honest. The amount of times my order has been wrong is palpable. Speed and quality of service is constantly lacking. Go to any another location!

Came to pick up my mobile order and the person was so rude to me in the end was waiting for my order and the manager give me a refund because I didn't want to move up since I never got my order stay away from this place bad customer service and manager service as well.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. They accidentally charged me for someone else’s order and instead of trying to figure out the issue in a calm professional manner she just kept repeating “you didn’t pay” when I had paid. Ended up wasting 20 mins of my night trying to get a refund. It’s not that hard to give good service so I recommend driving 5 mins to the next closest McDonald’s.

Spent over 30 mins in line and recieved some old, cold, dried out fries and chicken nuggets that are WAY undercooked. Just called in 8 times and no one is answering. Now it just beeps right away. Phone off the hook? I think so. Your obviously taking WAY more orders from skip and Uber than you can handle. I just wanted to eat after moving all day! FAIL. Oh.you need to change the name on your "triple thick" milkshake. Its more like a "melted" milkshake at best

I don't expect 5 star food, but when I get a filet-O-fish (bun, fish, cheese, tarter, bun) i prefer a little bit of errort into stacking it. The box doesn't need to have the 4 corners filled.
I also went out of normal hours, so of course the fish was rubber. That's all McDonalds though.

I was there at 3: 52 am on sunday (nov. 22) morning. I was thirsty, i just wanted to order coke. But they said they were closed. So i went to the window and asked what time they guys close. (I didn’t knew their timings at all) She said at 4am.
So i said i was there before. She said we guys had closed all the tills.
Why you guys had closed the tills before your actual closing time?
They closed the tills before their actual timings so they can just run home at sharp 4.
Don’t work guys if you don’t want to. Many people are looking for jobs and they can do this job a way better than you. Let them do it!
If you have closed the tills before your actual closing time then don’t say it’s open till 4 am.
Period!

I always admire Cristal who works at Stadium branch for her services. She is always polite, friendly and super nice. Today, I forgot my wallet and figured out when I wanted to pay. She was kind as always and gave me my coffee double double. I would like to thank her for making my day and recognize that Cristal is a star who goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Tried to order a milkshake and the girl said they had no ice cream after 3am, “MILKshake” not ice cream. I told her she was just being lazy and not making it and I was going to write a review, and she gave me attitude saying “go ahead ma’am, but they are made with ice cream not milk so you can order something else if you like or have a good night ”. They just don’t teach people the customer is always right these days, im the reason you even have a job so serve me what I ordered.

Generally they serve good hot coffee
But sometimes they serve just little warm
Today they serve me bitter one seems i was served last cup of coffee in the batch

If you are going to purchase a large fries, or upsize your fries in your meal, I highly recommend looking at your fry container before leaving the restaurant. I have NEVER, not even once, received a full large fries from this location. Every single time it is half full of fries. They do not follow instructions provided on Uber Eats. I know it is a convenient location, but I do not recommend this McDonald's; eat elsewhere.

Breakfast burritos were wrapped wrong and dried out on the ends. Could do better. Also they cut back on filling so now there is more wrapper than filling.

Lovely staff, the manager on duty tonight was a wonderful woman. Was my daughter's 4th birthday and made the kids extremely happy by greeting them with cones and wished her a happy birthday. We really appreciate you

I worked long shift that day and around 8pm i was so hungry migt as well get something to eat and i receive a fresh fries and good quality burger thanks guys

Was just fed sanitizer fluid in my big mac.coming from a guy that has worked in the food industry and has tasted the spray "from cleaning actual functioning kitchens. " doesn't help that the order was never made properly and ive seen a collective 4 onions.from my last 3 meals.

Horrible quality. Ordered a meal, but when it arrived, my fries and burger were both cold. They seemed to have been left out for a long time. When called to complain, the restaurant failed to answer the phone, after numerous attempts. Extremely unprofessional. Do not care about customer satisfaction.

Childhood memories of visiting when I was younger. I've moved into the neibour hood again. The menu convinced me to get chicken

Food was what you'd expect but my coffee was black when I had requested milk and Splenda. I didn't open the coffee for 15 minutes afterwards so I couldn't go back to ask for it to be corrected.

Everytime we order something they always forget at least 2 items, staff is slow, drive thru slow, over all not good experience. Always dirty on the inside. Lazy staff.

Service was fast and friendly but it can be a bit of a wait for the washroom. As there is only 1 per gender in the restaurant.

Boooooo! Ordered Big Mac bacon and it is missing bacon. It's line when you ask for stuff, those are stuff that's missing. This is not the first time.

Dining area was dirty, had to clean the table we were going to use. Washroom was also disgusting.

Food wrapping and preparations were sloppy. Ordered a McDouble (just scrunched up the wrapper around the burger pretty much. Some of the burger was still visible) and a Fillet-O-Fish (which had half a cheese slice that didn't even make it on the burger. It was on the bottom of the box under the sandwich).

I would never go to back to this location.

Double cheeseburgers are always dripping in grease. Even the buns are covered in it but I cant stop myself from eating them. It's a problem.

We had ordered extra lettuce and add a tomato onto a junior chicken and it ended up with a hamburger patty with no mayo or extras. This happened to us twice in a row. Will never go to the mcdonalds on 82nd and 112 ave again. Worst. They dont confirm on the screen so that you can ensure your order is correct.

Ordered a meal and wanted to sit down in the dining area to eat it. Well, the dining area was messy and not attended to at all during my entire visit which was just over a half-hour, washroom included (walked right out as soon as I entered because there was no way in hell I was going to use it! I opted for a nearby tree in a dark shaded area).

Also, my fries were extremely hard, super salty, and tasted like they were sitting in their fry tray for atleast an hour.

I never complained even though I come to this McDonalds often mainly for a coffee. However, I am fed up! Enough is enough! Get some staff who actually care and want to make this McDonald's attractive and desirable! Your current management is disgustingly horrible!

The price of my mail keeps changing sure I order the same thing every time it seems the verium price in the staff have no answers
