McDonald's

It's a fast food restaurant but I find it's always Fast, Hot and accurate every time.

I just came to McDonalds and I asked if I could get a Oreo McFlurry and she said it’s unavailable but as she said it a guys was making one

They always give half full fries and too much ice in the pop to save a dollar. Their paddy's are never fresh either. Terrible!

Typical McDonald's. Mess up your order all the time. Today they forgot the drinks, fries, didn't mark the coffees. Which would be great as I'm a diabetic. So we had to taste test them to find out what's what. I literally had to tell them what they keep forgetting to give me at the counter. They are brutal in store and via skip the dish.
***Update. Still continuing to mess up orders. Today ordered a dbl burger with no pickles and get home to find out it's a single burger and has pickles. Kids nuggets without dipping sauce once again. They look so unorganized inside watching them prepare meals. It's embarrassing to see.

I ordered on the mcdonalds app and it instructed me to go to this location. Upon arriving I found a worker half asleep and the drive through blocked off, mind you it was 3: 20am in the morning. Even though they say open 24/7 I was told to come back later? Should not advertise 24/7 if it is not true. Evidently it is lazy nightshift workers who change everything over for breakfast in the kitchen early before the 3: 59am cutoff. Because they'd rather sleep than do their fu<king job. Unbelievable. Customer service is dead.

NOTE: I arrived in Fort Mcmurray me and my daughter and we were hungry after a long flight. Should not advertise as open if you're actually closed for business.

It was fresh. So there's that. Good recovery. Waited 15 minutes for it though.

SECOND EDIT: LOCATION IS STILL DOGWATER, GO TO ANY OF THE OTHERS. THEY MESS SOMETHING UP EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Service is pretty standard as far as time deliverr but it's a different atmosphere since it is outdated. Unsure of if its a franchise or not. But I've seen some McDonald's where it makes you wanna stay just because of the atmosphere, even if its just to eat outside in your vehicle.

They are not 24/7 like they advertise. They said they close from 3-4am but many times they are closed before 2: 30am. Change your signs to the proper hours or stay open

Not going to this place again! They always forget my fries in my meal. Very poor customer service. They need some serious training (managers and crews)! They did not even genuinely apologized. Thay just hand you the missing fries and turn their back on you! Very rude or maybe they are just scared and don't know how to handle customer complaints.

I went to Macdonalds in Thickwood this afternoon and had one of the great experiences I have had in a restaurant. I ordered through the drive thru and the customer service and kindness of the lady on the drive thru was just amazing. I had to ask her name to recognize her. Her name is Henzel Torramocha. After I had completed the order, my friend asked me for a coffee. When I went to the drive thru, I asked Henzel, if I could order a coffee as well. She greeted me with a nice smile and in a very professional manner. The transaction and the order was very smooth. This lady deserves a raise.
