Staff are very unfriendly and will charge you extra if they are not in a good mood. Avoid if you can.

This location cannot seem to get orders right or put all the order in a bag. Very frustrating.

I wish every McDonald's was like this one although they did forget the salt on my fries last time but other than that it was pretty good Stafford super friendly place was nice and clean I would go back! Wondering friends better than that awesome

Food was not hot. Big Mac tastes like old not freshly made. No pineapple slices that I requested for happy meal. Think it's time to find a new spot to eat not even worth it anymore.

Being a food delivery driver I would say that this is the best mcdonald's branch to pick up an order. Fast, efficient, and very accomodating staff and supervisors (specially crystal). As regular costumer, this whole team did amazing costumer service everytime!

This location is fantastic. The staff are so friendly, coffee is always fresh and I've never had my order filled incorrectly. It's clean too! It refreshing to have the staff look at you and smile.

When you order from McDonald’s, how does it work?
1) order
2) wait
3) the staff calls your number or brings the order to you (car, table)

Right?
Well CRYSTAL at this particular McDonald’s thinks that step three is hide the food around the corner and ignore the customers waiting.
And then when you get upset, rightly so, (I don’t know anyone who would be happy having their food get cold while the staff ignore you, especially when it’s happened a lot at this particular location) —-Crystal will proceed to yell at YOU and say sorry my staff did not see you! And every time you try to speak she will cut you off. You won’t be able to say a thing. Not anything. She can’t be bothered to let you speak. Then will call you rude.

Um, what!? I was standing right there the entire time. Your staff did not look. How does one see something without looking with their eyes first.
No. Thank you, Crystal, but the McDonalds Staff are the ones who’s JOBS ARE TO CALL OUT ORDERS WHEN THEY ARE READY. NOT HIDE THEM.

Do not blame ME because you are bad at your job. Not one single customer in the history of customer service would be okay if their food gets shoved aside into a corner while you start making the next order. It’s up to the staff to call out when it is ready. Not the customers job to hunt down where their order went. Name ONE restaurant where the food gets shoved aside and ignored while staff continues making food WITHOUT notifying the customers? (By calling a number or serving it to them) ?

This is NOT how you treat your customers.

I will FOR SURE be mailing head office and the owner if this Franchise.

Very poor service. Drive through staff didnt talk or look at us. They must hate their jobs.

Early morning today I attended this location. I was having a hard time with the app. Woman taking my order was rushing me along. I wanted to redeem points. 10,000 to be exact. She said to place my order and drive to the second window. Ok. I do that, and then I'm asking to redeem my points and buddy at the till is trying to get me to poy for the one meal that should have been a reward. I didn't have enough money on me. Explained the entire situation. Then he said to just redeem it next time!? What? Oh yeah, I asked that there not be any sausage on the mighty mcgriddle and to replace it with more bacon. No. Not allowed. WHAT? I know about the secret menu. This isn't allowed? Said can only remove the sausage. So I ended up canceling my points meal and moving along simply because this had taken longer than it should. People behind me probably raging. I'm extremely annoyed with the whole situation. I'd love to hear from a manager. This sucked badly.

Can’t get a order right. 2 times order skip and didn’t get the ice cream that we ordered. The first time I was told nothing they can do this time the manager will have a talk with staff and I can get a refund from skip and reorder and pay the delivery fee again. Thanks for but no thanks.

My regular McDonald’s, it’s okay Indulging in fast food burgers is a guilty pleasure, and McDonald's knows how to satisfy that craving. Their burgers boast timeless flavors, while the convenience keeps me coming back. From the iconic Big Mac to the juicy Quarter Pounder, McDonald's consistently delivers a familiar and tasty experience.

Very good people and service, ordered there countless times. If you want to eat McDonalds, you should go here.

You think they'd put toilet paper when you tell the workers they are completely out but no.

The person cleaning tables was really rude asking me where I'm going when I was leaving. I found that odd.

Went today through the drive thru today tried to use my points, the girl at the window was new and didn’t know how to, so I asked if there was someone there who did know, she got the manager Rosey. The lady comes out the window and said she was too busy, and asked me to come back another time to use MY points to get the stuff. She said they had a line up and were too busy, there was one car behind me, before I could say anything she walked away. I can’t believe how rude she was. I felt bad for this new girl who was clearly not trained properly. It was not her fault at all. But what’s the point of rewards if we can’t use them. And it was around 1030am on a weekday. It wasn’t busy at all. Terrible customer service.

Just like most people, I can't believe how expensive McDonald's is. Luckily that's a great deterrent for unhealthy food.

Decided to give McDonald's a go after years long boycott. Never again! Just gross.now I know why I haven't eaten there in a long time.that meal sure ain't gonna lure me back. Big Mac was disgusting & cold.fries dried out and hard, pretty much the worst I've had, no straw, no napkins. Grade: F

Went through the drive through ordered got to the window my order was handed time on a tray. I needed a bag (obviously, drive through) was told that's another 15 cents, paid it but said maybe the order taker should ask? Needless to say food Luke warm by the time it got bagged and handed to me. I get the new single use bag deal but come on Mcdonalds, how about just add the 15 cents auto in the drive through. It's just a way for you to make another 15 cents on the order anyway. Bags aren't 15 cents each.

& for my free dessert today! Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. I hope the staff there are treated well as well - because I've personally worked where we provided incredible services to the public but our management sucked. It helps when your cup is refilled, just like you fill your customers'.

Slow service.all I wanted was a coffee and it seemed to take forever. Big confusion at the till. Still lousy service.

Probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in Alberta. Gave this place multiple chances but won’t be back after today.

15 people working and very funny but everyone is working at DT. How about front?

This place definitely needs a better management!
