Food is always cold, fries are old, and they put way to much mac sauce on that it drips out.

Wow. Bad and slow from start to finish. My expectations were low and the lack of attention to cleanliness, slow service and food prep is an embarrassment for the brand.

Compared to Ukraine, the quality of food is much lower.
The service is very slow, the tables are dirty, they don't bring them by the number, the kitchen is full of dirt. This is the worst place I've ever been.

Nice clean store. Very friendly staff. Often have to wait for smoothies and the ice cream machine goes down often

If you wanna wait 20 mins for your order and get a frozen poutine 2 times in a row this is your place horrible staff extremely dirty and after the second time I went in to get a refund they where extremely ignorant about it place is a joke never get my service ever again

I ordered a BLT bagel. Got a sausage bagel and the bagel was stale. Didnt have time to return it so it went in the garbage. Not impressed

I ordered the 6 piece McNuggets meal through the app and they delivered within 30 minutes.
The fries were nice and warm and my meal was in tact, no spillage etc.
I do find that you have better results when you order for delivery versus in person.

This place can't get anything right. I have had at least 7 order this year alone missing items. Fries, drink, toys, you name it. I once yelled at the manager in front of all the employees because they all don't understand checking your orders. Everytime I go through the drive through they run out of fries and ask for me to wait. 15mins the last time. Meanwhile 10 cars went through no issue and still forgot the nuggets in a happy meal. I once order 3 happy meals with apple juice, they gave me water!? IDIOT'S, Inside the tables are dirty. Now I report them to corporate every time.

Another disappointing visit. Pulled these white tomatoes out of my McWrap.

This place is consistently bad. The McDonalds across the highway is way better.

I waited 20 minutes along with 8 other cars for a snack wrap. They wasted my time and money because I had to leave to get to an appointment. On every other occasion they tried to over charge me for pop because this restaurants cash registers don't recognize when I'm ordering the dollar drink special off the app. I won't be visiting this establishment again. They have zero customer service and are very poorly run.

Worst Macdonalds ever wait 20 mins for my food then it shows up and my breakfast sandwiches awe open and scattered around the bottom of the bag like a disassembled build a bear my hotcakes were cold enough to re-refrigerate the butter.hashbrowns were good

Had to wait for the rush Nota problem that's just the time. My issue is that I was told they didn't have change (paid cash) and theirs nothing they could do. I got nothing else to say. I'm upset.

I would surly of given a higher rating but one time I went here throw the driver throw and ordered a simple McChicken mean and two cheese burger and got told to wait in spot one while the got it ready to manged to serve everyone else even those who ordered Aftwr me before they brought put my food to me!

Update! I'm lower the score because as I ordered my food throw the drive throw they told me to wait in stall 1 and they would being out my order but as I'm waiting they are having food out to otger cars as they pull up and yet I'm still waiting!

Service was mediocre at best, took way too long, people with larger orders that came through after us were served first. Not a great experience.

Came through the drive thru early this morning, turns out Tangerine happened to be making changes to their banking app, and I needed to make a transfer, so I couldn't pay. Told the employee at the window I had to cancel the order, and he pulled out his own card and paid for me.

Thank you again, stranger, you didn't have to do that. I appreciate you:)

13 minutes for 3 McMuffins and a bagel is a lot of wait time. And I get it that the workers here don’t care too much on a Friday morning, but getting stared at blankly when given feedback was just strange behaviour on behalf of staff.

Edit: changing review from 2* to 1* because they couldn’t even put straws in the bag. Man this McDonald’s sucks lol

Worst McDonald’s I’ve had! Always cold fries and patty’s like hockey pucks! Not very clean. Will never go back

I would say this is the best McDonald's in st Albert, a bit of a mess to get out of the parking lot as there is a giant shopping complex in the same lot. But over, bathrooms are usually clean, service is good

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Just spent $50 take out get home and half the order missing. Crispy chicken way overdone and missing fries and half portions. Tried to call and no answer. Frustrated and will NOT BE BACK.

It says its not too busy atm but order takes 20mins.and still waiting atm manager is doing temps on nuggets with her fake nails nit using tongs and no hairnets!

The food tastes just like any other McDonalds, pretty good. However I have never got a order correct in the three times I've been here. This lets me taste more of the menu so I guess that is a good thing.

Parked me for 20 mins. Noone else in drive thru. I got a mcdouble. It was terrible. These guys are incompetent to the max. 0/10
