Can’t believe that you have to pay for the paper bag for the food that you have ordered that’s insane they gave me the food on a tray at the window of the drive thru

Fast food locations are a hit and miss, but we consistently get hot food, with speedy service here.

Horribly slow particularly at night staff laying about doing nothing the average order takes 25mins.or more Horrible service. If there was a category score lower than 1 I will give that.

The lady who is at the cash register in the drive thru is such a wonderful human being, always friendly always happy, she seems to work 24 hours a day …She deserves a raise

Exactly what you expect from mcdonalds, order modifications will be messed up but otherwise they usually do a good job. After making 1000 burgers the same its easy to mess up the 1 thats different. Not a bad coffee stop.

Orders 4 different combo meals and the restaurant got my order wrong. I tried to filed for a refund with SkipTheDishes and they won’t refund my money. Every time I order food from this location or do dine in, they always mess up the order. I know this place always has enough people working here so how is it that you screw up on peoples orders. It’s messed up. Do better.

Ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin meals. 1 sandwich got the sausage, 1 only got an egg. Thankfully my coffee was correct.

My son ordered for Oreo Mc flurry and they gave him M&M Mc flurry we asked them we order something else and you gave me some other stuff but no reply for that and they didn’t change my drink
And we ordered ice coffee and they gave me latte coffee and I told them I ordered something different and they gave me what I ordered but because they gave me other drink they charged me that as well

My son came home crying because he didn’t get his favourite drink

They took way too long serving us and we didn’t get anything which sucks for supper time break probably cause everybody was sitting in the back doing nothing such bad service

This McDonalds is pretty decent. There's some terrible ones in the city but at this location I haven't had any issues in the past 4 years going here.

This place is a hit and a miss. Most of the time they get my order wrong at the counter or drive-through.

I recommend to always double check on your order. The managers at this McDonalds do care about correcting and making sure you are satisfied if you do have any concerns.

Clean kitchen, dining and restrooms they do put effort into thier work but they are not happy about it the lady at the drive through was a bit rude but other than that, good

Worse store ever. I ordered for junior chicken meal and this is how I got my junior in burn bun and tiny bit of lettuce.

Efficient and customer service oriented staff. They keep moping the floor for safety. Gets messy due to snow especially today.

If I could give no stars I would. I am a truck driver and was refused walk up service by every manager at this store. It is ridicules that someone in my occupation can’t even walk up and get a coffee or a hot meal. Will never be going back to this McDonald’s.

I had a large order (4 meals, and 2 egg mcmuffins) so I was expecting to wait a bit, especially considering it was the lunch rush. But the drive through was fast and they were all very polite. Also the woman in the first booth gave me a coupon to lower the price which was so appreciated. Awesome service today! Thank you:)

Despite of being out side west edmonton mall, this mc d manage to get the attention of the customer like restaurant inside the mall. They keep it very clean and the night staff is just awesome.

Horrible service from this McDonald's had to wait for a cheeseburger for over 15 minutes. We then asked for the manager to talk to and the manager would not come to the window to talk or apologize. Would not recommend this McDonald's at all.

Quick service nice cooking, but have to double check order if it's same what you order on drive thru

During the time I ordered the crew was sweet, friendly, and was patient with my orders. In the beginning I already mentioned that I have a coupon for 2 can dine breakfast. No issue upon ordering. When I reached the window to pay for my order, the crew asked for my coupon, I showed her my cellphone with the coupon from Foupon app. She asked me where did I get that, I replied from Foupon app, she then said " I know but where did you get that? " To which I replied again and said Foupon app. She doesn't seem to want to accept it and so I asked if she can just get the number of the coupon and enter it, she replied "That's not how it works". I explained that I always use this coupon from the app and I didn't have any issues, but even before I finish my sentence, she told me the amount I have to pay ($11.15) with an attitude. When I asked for the receipt, she just replied "Next window! " She was rude. Too bad because we came from the same country and she treated me as if I am not a paying customer. What she should have done, is to tell me nicely and respectfully what to do next time I have a coupon from Foupon app, if in case I was not doing it right. Because normally in other stores they will just scan it from my phone. On the next window, when I picked up my order, the guy was pleasant and nice.

Slow service, undercooked fries, order is often wrong. Guess it’s too much to ask for Mayo on my quart pounder BLT

If I can give you a zero I would. We ordered today two meals along with 20 McNuggets. When we got home we realize they did not give us one of the burgers. When we called the manager picking up was very rude. We explained that we live a good amount of distance away and do not want to go back to pick it up. The manager was very rude, did not introduce himself, did not offer any apology, just said he will give us a coupon code.

Again we told him we bought the meals for dinner and now we are gonna be hungry and why should we have to go back to pick it up when it is their mistake? Once again no apologies just said they can not deliver the missing burger and he shouted take it or leave it. He keeps saying he is trying to make it easy for us when he was taking easy way out.

When I told him I want to take his first name and employee number so I can file a complaint with corporate, he *refused* to provide either. I have NEVER seen any manager refused to at least provide their first name or some form of identification. Perhaps if you’re afraid of seeing customer complaints you should find a better solution or you shouldn’t be a manager.

Finally he said he doesn’t want to help us and cut off the call without the coupon or any kind of resolution.

This is a top tier McDonald’s. Modern clean interior, *most* of the staff is very nice (theirs always a couple oddballs who have no clue what they’re doing, but are visibly trying their best). They have only gotten my order wrong once over the last month, but it was at 4am and the guy looked really tired so I don’t blame him. Everybody has always been very polite at this location, and the general aesthetic is chill.

Busy, and they just rush you through giving wrong items. It's McDonald's, don't expect much. But standards are dropping.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Orders are always correct and the staff are always friendly. Drive thru is pretty quick and if they need to they have lots of parking space to keep the lines moving if there is a delay.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers wtih no onions and a strawberry shake.
Received 2 burgers with no cheese no pickles no onions. And a chocolate shake.

Major fail guys.

I just got home from this McDonald’s and of course 2 wrong burgers and 2 wrong drinks they just went in the garbage the staff are all completely brain dead I wouldn’t recommend

Really don't like the fact that I have asked for the items that contained monopoly specifically asking if they still had them left and ordering large drinks and fries and nuggets just to get them instead of the usual vp meal and low and behold when I got home to get them out and eat i was astonished to see that NONE of the items contained monopoly. Not impressed with this at all

This is our go to McD as they gave the best services out of all the other McDonald's around. Food is fresher, quicker and less mistakes.

Another location that takes waaaaaay too long when you place a mobile order for curbside pick up. Apparently it's common that the employees don't notice when a mobile order is placed.

Went and ordered 2 ranch snack wraps with grilled chicken and 1 ceaser snack wrap with grilled chicken. Ended up with 3 spicy yet sour wraps. Don't know what they were doing or what they were thinking. Seemed to me that they were making a spicy wrap (that still wasn't our order) forgot what they were doing, and went on to add completely different toppings. Was not happy. Would not recommend. Will never order the snack wraps again. They were inedible. Had to throw them away.

Typical McDonald's quality of the food is there service is pretty friendly at this one and they're fairly fast and efficient.

Messed up my order and missed one meal. Than said I had to deal with Uber eats even though it wasn't Ubers fault. Never got reimbursed by either

I told them multiple times in the drive through that I was allergic to ketchup and pickles. So what do they do? They put exactly that on my burger. I had to pullover go back inside have them remake it. Once they remade the burger I took it went to my car opened it up and they didn’t put pickles this time but still loaded it up with ketchup. I threw the burger out, screw this location I hope they go out of business. It’s run by idiots don’t support them

A so called 24hr mcdonalds that closes their drive thru from 330am to 4am, thats not a 24hr mcdonalds.

Very fast drive thru! Even though they were busy we were whisked right through even with a fairly large order. Order was accurate and fries where nice and hot!

Standard McDonald’s experience this morning. The five stars relate to quality time I had my kids sharing hot cakes and plans for the day.

Staff here are always very nice and friendly. You get served at very fast speed and good quality. Portion size is always nice and steady. Some other McDonald stores should really learn from this one.

Terrible drive through. Multiple items wrong on order. Why ask customer to confirm the order is correct when staff don't care enough to do the same?

Its McDonalds. A lot of their food tastes good. Fries are always 10/10. You can't go wrong with the big M

Worst service ever guy working drive thru cares more about his phone than taking orders then can’t even get the order right other lane doing 5 orders to his 1 and I line up around the building give them zero if I could

I'm convinced this is the best McDonald's in all of Edmonton. I don't eat much McDonald's food but like the coffee and I'll go for breakfast sometimes. Food always taste fresh and I'm pretty sure they actually change the oil here because food doesn't taste stale. Coffee is always good here and of course staff is next level amazing here. What ever they're doing is working here!

Came here twice and never again, we orderes iced coffee and its always bitter and has coffee grounds in them, cannot even give 1 star.

I was waiting for my meal when I caught a worker in the back DRINKING A SHAMROCK SHAKE. I then proceed to ask if I could get one and they said they aren’t in season but I clearly saw a worker drinking one. This is a ridiculously terrible location!

This is a great location. The guy working the window last night remade an ice cream cone after we had to wait for our order.

Not the greatest location or the newest store, but well staffed with friendly people and the food was hot and fresh. Way better than some of the alternatives in the area. Easy on and off the Yellowhead with lots of parking for cars or trucks.

Usually busy around noon and could use more staff at lunch time. The staff was friendly. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. They were out of grilled chicken so they gave me the option of waiting for the grilled chicken or getting crispy instead. I appreciated that.

Drive through girl name jessica was so rude and annoying She don’t how to talk with customer. I always buy food from this location and never had problem before but today I don’t know she new
Or on training but she really don’t know how to talk with customer and she used very bad word against me.

Seems like they had many issues with staff training. They were out of apple pies which caused an issue because I prepaid on the mobile app, the the people at the second window accidentally deleted some orders so they had no idea what people had ordered.
