Super unhappy. Ordered delivery and they kept bumping time and never did show up. I called driver and there was no answer. Now I'm super hungry and have no supper.

Worst experience at mcdonalds ever or at a restaurant in general i have an hour long lunch break and work 5 minutes away so i decided ti stop in quickly for a big mac combo and a couple other snacks
After waiting literally 45 minutes i finslly received my back but had tj rush back to work so i grabbed the bag ran back to my car to find out the food was cold and put together with such mess it was literally unedible i was mortified at how after such a long wait my food still wasnt even fresh let alone edible the one star option is still too much credit

This is a good location I always put them up to a challenge in the drive through by ordering custom burgers like ordering a mcchicken hold the chicken add a quarter pounder pattie, with extra mcchicken sauce and a tomato. They've aced it everytime All in all as far as rotten Ronnie's goes it's an above average one.

I’ve visited this location I would estimate 15-30 times in the last year, hoping things would improve but despite leaving feedback directly to management nothing has changed

The time you wait to just receive service is often 3-5 minutes, and then another 3-5 minutes for the food/drink to come out.

I have been in here on several occasions with an empty lobby and waited several minutes just to be greeted

There was one young man working named John, working diligently getting orders ready but his spark of effort and hope is unfortunately drenched by the disorganization and obvious lack of care plaguing this location.

It must be a local management issue because when I visit the location in the Leduc WalMart it’s a state of the art McDonald’s experience

It says theyre open 24 hours but both drive-through lanes had pylons blocking them, there are several vehicles in the parking lot and I can see employees inside.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin and they forgot the egg. That's completely inexcusable. And when you're going through the drive through it's probably because you're in a rush so I didn't have time to go back and ask for the egg. Who tf wants a cheesy piece on sausage on bread!?

Very quick, accurate, efficient. Stopped with a large group and we all had food within 10 mins

It’s been awhile since I tried McDonald’s for breakfast, but had to drop the car off next door so thought I’d try.
Ordered the Egg BLT Bagel and an Americano coffee. Coffee was delicious, although they don’t have decaf espresso.
The bagel, however, was a disaster. I’d love to describe the taste, but what I got was really a mayonnaise sandwich with egg, bacon, a green tomato and brown lettuce garnish. It’s harvest time - the tomato should be fresh! There was enough mayo squeezed out on the wrapper to make a sandwich, and that doesn’t include the excessive amount still on the sandwich and squeezing out the bagel hole - waaaay too much mayo, to the point that was all I could taste.
Lesson learned - stick to burgers (Big Mac or cheeseburger). Big Mac’s will always be great and cheeseburgers - well, they are consistent.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in leduc. Whether drive thru or delivery they NEVER get the order right. This is the third time in a row that they mess up the order.
Today it was through skip the dishes ordered a sausage and egg mcgriddle but got the chicken one instead.

Stop putting salt on the sausage, eggs and burger Pattie’s. It’s disgusting. 4 times in a row. I’m so grossed out I’m done with McDonald. Just gross

Had a great breakfast. The young man who served us was very polite and professional. Very.sort wait for.our food but it was brought right to our table.

Good McDonald's location, clean washrooms, food is always hot, employees are polite and friendly. Do reccommend checking take out orders before you leave location, as they have forgotten items or got them wrong.

Only the drive thru was open. The reason for the 1 star rating is because of the food. You pay for fresh food but received old food.
The kickker they made us wait for the food.
I order 20 nuggets, but the nuggets were where not all made the same time. I had old nuggets and really old nuggets mix all together not cool. Only to find this out as you drive away. Not cool mc Donald's. Too the point we through out 11 out of 20 nuggets3

Not very Professional Drive thru first told to drive to the red cone then told park at stall #1 then waited around 5 min for 1 mcchicken sandwich and then was told by the roude employee here's your Dinner. That was not professional and That's my last visit at this McDonald's!

I don't typically leave reviews for mcdonalds because let's be real, the expectations aren't usually very high. However I feel the need to leave a 5 star rating for this location as they killed it. The restaurant and washrooms were clean, the food came out fast and it was all cooked perfectly!

Overcooked chicken burger, cold fries, Wai time was ridiculous and dining room was dirty with almost every table dirty. If I didn't have kids I'd never step foot in this place ever again.

I was disheartened yesterday when we went through the drive-through and witnessed the treatment and disrespect from an older staff member to the younger staff. Her position of power was evident as she walked amongst all the staff. I would encourage the owners to not leave these managers unchecked. Being put in a position of power often brings out poor behaviour in the wrong people when your not looking. These young people are out there working and they do not deserve to be treated that way. Please keep an eye on your managers and their egos. Proper leadership skills need to be taught as well as enforced.

The food is typically always right however my son loves the play place and I would be surprised if they clean it every couple days. Was in for breakfast and the garbage was full and the tables and floors were full of food.clearly from last night! The play structure is literally black (picture attached) wish they would do a better job of this!

Drive thrust were blocked off at both locations at 1AM last night. My incoming flight to Edmonton was delayed, and I couldn't even get a coffee for the drive home.

Ordered plain burger. Gave me one with onions and ketchup wiped off. The second still had the taste of onions and pickles, on the driest patty ever. They definitely don't wash there hands won't be back.

Service was fast, food was hot and fresh.no complaints. Love the order delivered to your car service if you order ahead

This is the McDonald’s I always goto if I have to make a trip to the airport. It’s close by. The only thing I noticed when I was there is the bathroom that’s closest to the kids play area is absolutely disgustingly filthy. If when I go there again it’s clean I’ll change the stars but for a washroom that’s meant for parents and kids it was just too gross.
